Fernleigh Coach House a été construit en 1882 mais converti en 2012 aux normes les plus élevées. Il conserve les poutres et les murs exposés, rehaussés de sols en calcaire et en chêne partout.
Il y a une cuisine claire et aérée avec des unités de shaker peintes à la main et des portes françaises ouvrant sur un patio ensoleillé.
Un salon avec mur de briques apparentes et poutres avec porte stable pour laisser entrer le soleil.
Une salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée carrelée en calcaire avec double douche.
Les escaliers mènent à la chambre au premier étage avec lit double et portes françaises avec balcon en juliette donnant sur le jardin.
Dehors, il y a un patio privé de bonne taille et un jardin parterre pour que vous puissiez profiter des repas en plein air. La propriété individuelle est située dans l'enceinte de la maison des propriétaires, avec un accès par un chemin gravillonné.

Very convenient to get into Stratford. Did manage to find a parking place on the street by the pub.

This very chic and stylish coach house is in the perfect location to explore Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding areas. Stratford is about a 30min walk which we did most days. The accommodation was exactly as described. Full marks for style, function and cleanliness. The Spa store just a few doors away is very convenient for picking up essentials for the stay, although our thoughtful host had left us coffee, tea, milk and even a bottle of wine! There is also a pub, and 3 restaurants all within a few steps of the coach house.
Everything was provided to make our stay extremely enjoyable. I can't think of a way that it could have been improved. We highly recommend the Coach House to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I had a very nice time staying at the carriage house in Tiddington. It was perfect for the two of us and Matt and Karin were very welcoming. It was a short distance to Stratford Upon Avon which we walked to even when it was raining. I would definitely stay there again if we go back.

The property was exactly as advertised and well equipped. It was lovely and cosy, in a great location for Stratford-upon-Avon.
We managed to find parking on side streets the whole time we were there, so that shouldn't put anyone off.

It's hard to imagine a more ideal experience. Karin & Matt have created a guest house with great taste, tender loving care and unmatched attention to detail. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time there. I'd gladly do it again.

The host was helpful when it came to last minute changes of our trip, and was very accomodating. The place was bigger than I expected, came well equipped as well as being clean and warm. There was lots of information available about the local area, things to do and places to eat. Thanks so much for a great stay!

A gem in Stratford-Upon-Avon
This is a fantastic place to stay for an adult couple. The cottage is clean and tastefully done, with a wonderful mix of Stratford charm and modern convenience. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The cottage is in a peaceful neighborhood, roughly a (pretty) 20 minute walk to downtown. My only complaint is that we had to leave!

Lovely break
2 night stay in the coach house which was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy access by car or foot to Stratford and a National Trust house with deer park a few miles up the road. Very peaceful tucked away from the road with bonus of very private garden.

We enjoyed our stay,found Karen & Matt to be friendly and helpful on giving us advice of places to visit. The property is well equipped comfortable and very clean with a delightful secluded garden. Would stay again if visiting the area again. Would highly recommend the Indian Restaurant nearby. Michael.

Perfect home from home
The property was lovely, modern and clean. We couldn’t have asked for any more! Karin was super welcoming and informative about the local area. The property is close enough to walk into Stratford upon Avon which enabled us to stretch our legs and see the local area. Would definitely recommend!

First mini break out of lockdown
The little house was perfect! We couldn’t fault a thing. Location into Stratford on Avon was a 15 minute walk along a very pleasant road. Whilst staying at the house we also visited nearby Warwick, Leamington and some beautiful cotswold villages. We also enjoyed the little courtyard garden in the evenings. A real gem. We would very highly recommend this place. Thank you to karen for the Prosecco, coffee, tea , milk and sugar. We felt very welcomed

Lovely, romantic getaway
Karin and Matt were wonderful hosts and we had a fantastic weekend celebrating our engagement! Hopefully we will get to return to this little slice of heaven soon!
The only note for those who need to get any sort of work done remotely... the internet is quite slow, so if you need to stream anything, prepare accordingly... simple internet and email is all good though! Thanks so much!

A quality experience
We have just stayed at the Coach House for four nights whilst we explored the Stratford area. The property is perfect for a couple with it being cosy and quiet. The quality of the decoration, fixtures and fittings is of a very high standard along with fluffy towels and soft bedding. The proprietors, Karin and Matt are the perfect hosts and showed us round the property on arrival to ensure all questions were answered.
Be aware that there is no on-site parking, and on -street parking can be at a premium when arriving back in the evening. This is a small issue which does not detract from the quality of the cottage, but can be inconvenient if the weather is bad.

Perfect accommodation for two
We had a lovely six night stay in this beautiful and comfortable converted coach house. Karin and Matthew were on hand if needed to answer any questions and the prosecco and milk in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated. The village is an easy 30 minute walk into Stratford, though the no 15 bus is available to take you into town if needed
Tiddington itself has a small supermarket and decent restaurants on your doorstep. The accommodation is well placed for easy access to the surrounding area. Overall we had a well relaxed holiday in beautiful accommodation, with the weather being sunny an added bonus.

Great place to stay giving easy access to both Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick.
Compact but well configuered property which, whilst in back garden of owners' property, provides the seclusion and privacy required. Karin and Matt are very pleasant to deal with and are always on hand if needed.
Property benefits from late afternoon sun providing opportunity to relax in secluded garden after a day's sightseeing.
Only small niggle is that parking on road at front was not always easy or possible and it should be noted that car park just around the corner is private and parking charges apply at all times.
