Tastefully built, clean spacious accomodation in a quiet residential locality. Mr.Khalid who is the owner is very helpful person. He was quick to respond to and solve any query we had. All amenities mentioned on the website were actually provided. We had a very comfortable stay. If some provision can be made to hang/ keep the towel in the bathrooms while one bathes it would be better. I would recommend this place to anybody who is visiting Muscat with a big family (we were 8 people).

This is a nice place to stay in Muscat. A large villa, clean and well equipped with all the necessary facilities (even a pool table). The host is friendly and accessible, he gave us directions to find our way around Muscat and also helped us solve some problems we had along the way. He also speaks good English.

Be aware that the house is located a bit outside Muscat. It's easy to reach it by rental car, but it's complicated to get to downtown and back without one. Taxis costs us between 4 and 8 OMR to downtown areas and it will take some directing to get the driver to find the house.
