This was our second stay at the Landmark in Lionshead but our first in this unit. We found the layout and furnishings a little better than the unit we rented last year and lived the location, amenities and convenience just the same. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros - Great location close to Lionshead gondola, shops, and restaurants. Great view from the living room. On-site covered parking, ski locker, 4 bathrooms that have been remodeled. Cons - Not as many beds as advertised. In the VRBO listing it says in the graphic under “rooms & beds” that Bedroom 3 has 1 twin bunk bed and 2 double beds” This is incorrect. This room only has one bunk bed and is extremely small - basically a closet with no place to store luggage or much of your clothes for that matter. Bedroom 4 also has only one queen bunk bed. Room 4 is also incredibly small, basically the size of the bed. Kitchen is extremely small with room for only one person. Knives are so dull they do not cut much. We could not even find a broom to sweep the floor, just a Dyson battery vac that was non-functional. Overall, I would say this unit is in a good location, but not worth the price given the tiny kitchen and tiny 3rd and 4th bedroom which would really only be adequate for small children, not adults.

3rd time staying here and had no issues once again- we’re a group of 7 old skiers and love the location - Jose is a great communicator and helped us out when we arrived a little early - so we were able to check in. we did all our cooking at the condo and found everything we needed to cook amazing meals. Grocery store is very close and had all we needed! I highly recommend this place and plan to come back again.

This property is in need of repairs and a good deep cleaning before renting again. Issues include: 1. Entry way rugs and stairs carpeting need cleaning. 2. When we arrived the entire condo needed dusting, which we did, as it appeared the condo had not been dusted 3. The closets are cluttered with junk and there is no room for suitcases 4. The bed mattress on the second floor needs to be replaced 5. The second floor bathroom sink leaked so badly that we could not put our bathroom supplies under the sink 6. The second floor bedroom lamps are broken and do not function at all 7. The blind on the second floor bedroom is broken and does not open 8. The furniture pictures in the VRBO listing are not reflective what’s in the property 9. The oven good light is burnt out 10. The outdoor grill should be trashed as it is unusable despite the owner telling us he has a working grill. He lied about a grill that does not work. The property manager told us that she told the owner to get a new grill 11. The drip coffee maker in the kitchen doesn’t work consistently 12. Since the condo is not very clean, owner needs to supply a vacuum and cleaning supplies. We had to go buy cleaning supplies 13. When we arrived the dryer had 15 wet towels in it as the dryer malfunctioned and stopped. My husband repaired the dryer and we spent four hours drying towels We would like a partial refund of $1,800 for our trouble. When relayed these issues to the owner and he didn’t seem to care.

This place was great for a group of 6. With so many bedrooms and bathrooms it was easy for everyone to have their own space. It was a nice place as well.

This was the perfect location for 4 adults and 3 young adults to share while attending a family wedding. It's right at a bus stop and the free shuttles take you all around Vail. You can't beat the location. Front desk gave us two parking passes even though the listing says you only get one. The condo is well furnished. Some things that we don't believe were mentioned in the listing. The unit does not have air conditioning. It was in the high 80s during our stay. We did find fans in the all the bedrooms, used them and the ceiling fan in the living room and opened all the windows and sliding doors and kept the front door open when were there to get a better breeze. Still al little warm for our Florida family members. Also, there is no housekeeping unless you stay 7 days. There were plenty of towels, however, and a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms with the bunk beds are very tight. One has room for a dresser; the other is just a bed with no floor space and no window. We had young adults in those rooms so it was fine for them to crash after a night out. But it might not work for everyone. Loved having four bathrooms and the spacious living room to entertain other family members staying elsewhere. The pool area is very nice. Overall it worked great for our needs although it was a tad bit toasty and a tad tight for sleeping.

This place was perfect for the short visit we had for a wedding. The layout was great for the three grandparents that needed to be on the bottom floor. We didn't get to use all the amenities, but they looked terrific. We would stay here again. The location to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding was perfect. Thank you.
