Comfortable bed, two bathrooms, strange and old fasioned but cozy design

Everything is old and needs repairs, only one socket in my room and not anouph anywhere and not good cleaning

Great flat with parking and not far from Nicosia historical center. 3 big bedrooms and nice terrace.. George very kind and available. I recommend to everyone

I enjoyed the stay, because we had everything near by.

The owner was very nice. Location was good.

Kitchen equipment was poor- I did not find any plates in the kitchen.

George met me at the door when I arrived and ensured that everything was OK. During the stay, the flat above had a water leak, causing water to enter through the ceiling. When I told Goerge,, he came round to the apartment immediately and went to see the neighbour.

Spacious

The apartment is located near the road, from the 6th the traffic of cars has already begun, it was not possible to sleep. The check-in was for five days, upon check-in we found only two towels. We contacted the owner and asked for more towels, he brought a couple more for the face. I don’t understand that it’s impossible to leave a set of towels per person !!!!

Sizeable apartment in a great location and really nice views. Has everything you need for any length of stay + free parking on-site. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

The host welcomed my family personally and explained how to use and where are all of the facilities within the apartment, which we especially appreciated!

The only good thing about this apartment is price. The price for this size apartment is very good. Location is ok but when I saw how dirty everything is, nothing was good for me. I was cleaning all day.

When we arrived in the apartment we could smell the stale air and that no-one came in for very long time. The owner said that he cleaned apartment two days ago, which was not true, I am sure. The apartment is not new and I understand that, but when someone rent something and I pay for it, I expect it to be clean. When I opened the windows and turned on the lights I could see that apartment is very dirty. My husband had very important tests in these few days and I didn't want to make it difficult for him so I didn't complain. I decided to clean everything and make at least good atmosphere so he can relax and pass the exams good. It is little to say that I was disappointed, horrified and shocked how dirty everything is. I started cleaning, and as more I was cleaning I was seeing more dirty things. The dust was everywhere, even on the bed sheets. Under the bed was 1cm layer of dust. I was cleaning the floor and I needed to clean it two times. The dirt was stuck, I needed a lot of power so I could remove it. The kitchen was dirty. Toilet was bad smell and dirty. Veranda was also dirty. I can talk all day about things I found dirty in this apartment. I am sorry to saying this bad things, but this was true.
