The flat is very nice and it has all the necessities such as washing machine, iron and all neccessary kitchen appliances.

The flat needs a deeper cleaning, especially the carpet, the sofa and the kitchen cabinets. All the tea mugs and glasses are quite dirty, including the drawer where the cutlery is kept. Finally, the area is convenient, but there are a lot of drunk and homeless people around who were bothering me coming home in the evenings.

This felt like a secure apartment in what our Brno friend described as "the dodgy part of town." It is certainly near the main railway station, although that retains the unsavoury characteristics that have been expunged from many large european rail hubs. The layout of the flat works well, with the second bedroom being a mezzanine level under the eaves that is well separated from the room below. The washing machine/dryer is high end (although it would have been helpful to have some instructions available).

The area: perhaps not as bad as the locals suggest, but still not great. There is a lot of noise at night from the main road outside (earplugs advised). The walk from station to apartment is complicated by numerous road-works - we found orientation difficult on arrival. Good beds but awful polyester sheets. Good shower room, but the shower fitting was broken. Windows don't open so use of air-conditioning cannot be avoided. Sofa and chairs very worn/stained, so camouflaged with various throws and cushions. The walkway outside the apartments is a haven for smokers, with the result that the smell of smoke drifts in.

Quiet apartment to relax after a day of sightseeing. Nice and clean with all the expected amenities. Checking in and out was easy.

We loved this flat! Spacious, modern and quiet apartment in the very centre of Brno. We travelled with a small child and found it very comfortable (there’s even a high chair!). Great stay.

Big apartment, good furniture

Location near the center but a lot of homeless at night. Aparments was not clean, dishes and kitchen stuff dirty.

I have booked this place for one night because of it's facilities. I had a smooth check in and the place was good and has everything you need. Communication was easy.

Booking stated it had on-site parking. I have read in the reviews that it was difficult to park. (and i guess it is) But its only for one car / apartment . (and not mine because it was occupied)

My room was so so so so amazing, really clean, nice architecture, really convenient kitchen ( better than mine 😆), nice location- really close to the center. I just love it!!!
