Je n’ai absolument rien aimé. Honteux de faire payer ce prix pour une chambre d’hôtel comme celle la. Hygiène horrible. Vraiment à fuir !!

Horrible awful horrendous
I arrived late after 10+ hour flights only to be given a dirty room by an automated check in system. No one was there to help and I ended up spending 250 euros on another hotel.

We arrived and the receptionist was not there anymore, we tried to make the check in by the machine but nothing works, we got 35 minutes in the outside waiting someone to help us, me and my wife, at night.
We sent texts and nothing, we tried call and after 5 minutes someone finally picked up.
And she could resolve the problem because “the maganer was not there” only after almost 45 minutes and to much stress we finally did the check in

I order a babybed in my reservation but i did’´t get it in my room. I checkin at 1:30 at night and i coudn’t sleep the hole nicht because my child sleep betwen us in the sem bed. It was terribel because i had a very long trip 😌

Good staff, clean room and toilet. A quiet and peaceful place, from where you can easily get to the old town of Bayonne by bus or on foot (30 minutes)

No proper check in, Bathrooms stunk a little and weren‘t too clean.. also, as two young girls, we felt uncomfortable with the majority of the other guests being older men

I waited two days for a reply regarding late check out which never came. Also there was supposed to be breakfast for 5,00 till 10:30 but there was noting. Also no one answered the phone for 2 days.

I was supposed to self-checkin via a machine at the front door. However, this machine was broken. There was an emergency phone located next to the machine, but the person answering it hung up on me before I could even explain that the machine wasn’t working. After that it took ages for someone else to answer the phone and finally check me in.

Our door number and security code remained on the automatic check in screen beside the front door for every person who tried to check in to see. At 3 am had a man open our door (using the code which was still on the screen) demanding it was his room. Very scary experience - we left straight after this happened and slept in a car. Terrible hotel

it was freezing upon arrival and didnt heat up until almost 4am.

I understand F1 is an entry level hotel but this smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and was very expensive for what was on offer……..I accept it was my choice to go ahead with the booking (last minute desperate) but I paid around €70 for the night. At €30 it would have been an ok alternative to a hostel

We had no towels provided and had to go down a corridor to the toilet and showers. We were offered the option to buy towels. There were young people running up and down the corridor at 4.00 am in the morning so we had virtually no sleep as there is no staff on site after 9.00 pm. Breakfast was one cup of tea, half a slice of baguette and jam. Had we known this on arrival we wouldn’t have bothered. This is a hostel at best and should not be listed as a hotel.

Very bad soundproofing, get ready to hear anyone passing around your room.
