We loved this house and would definitely return. Every time we sent a message to them they got right back to us. It was a excellent place to take our kids and grandkids.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there was plenty of seating and enough beds for our large family get together. The location of the house is a bit removed from the bustle, but it made for peaceful nights on the deck. The house is about 15 minutes from Donner Lake and 25-30 minutes from some of the popular beaches on the north side of Lake Tahoe. We didn't end up making use of the shared pool and hot tub, but the owner made passes available for up to 8 guests. The only caveat to this property is the amount of noise transfer between levels. We had a large group, and it was difficult for some people to sleep in downstairs when others were awake and moving on the main floor because every footstep could be heard below. We eventually trained the kids to tip-toe when up early in the morning, but it was a learning curve. Overall, however, the house was great!

What a beautiful property with a high-end mountain vibe. The entire house was spotless. It had a well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of towels, blankets and bedding. It was also well stocked with trash bags, dish & dishwasher soap, even laundry detergent. The hosts were professional and prompt with all of our inquiries; we all felt they wanted us to have a wonderful vacation experience at their property. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we go to Truckee.

The house was so spacious and great for our group of 3 families with young kids. That place was clean, had a stocked kitchen and lots of games. We did have a power outage in the area but Nina and Paul kept in contact with us during that time to help us monitor. Also, they went above and beyond and shipped back a jacket that we left behind. Thank you so much for having us and being wonderful hosts!

The place was great. We had an amazing time. The best part of our trip was being able to sled from the backyard. The kids had so much fun. The house was just as described. Communication was great.

This property was perfect for us. Lots of room, very clean, well equipped kitchen, great bedding, and everything worked. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend and would definitely return if available.

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin is very spacious and comfortable, and very close to great ski resorts. I would certainly stay here again in the future!

We stayed here for our family snow trip. There was plenty of room. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is lovely. The only complaint we had was that the microwave and dishwasher needed repair, but this certainly didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. I do wish it was a little closer to the house but it's not that far. We all really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed here for a family reunion. We love this location. The big back deck was nice to enjoy meals outside. Lots of dining and seating. Unfortunately we were not able to utilize the pools and recreation amenities because $17 per person per day was a little beyond our budget for our group . But we’ve used it in the pass and it’s nice.

From the start, the hosts were very punctual with questions we had prior to check in. The house was extremely clean and fully stocked with normal household items. Quite neighborhood with all well kept homes.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this property. Owners were prompt with responding to messages and everything was as they said. We really felt at home there. This is our second stay here and everything has been perfect. So well appointed and comfortable, it is the perfect place for our annual ski weekend. Paul was also so gracious and accommodating when there was a major snow storm and the situation was tenuous if 80 would be open for our departure. Made our stay so much less stressful. Thanks Paul!

This is a beautiful property inside and out. Paul and Ninas home was welcoming, cozy, well equipped and large enough for four couples to stay comfortably.We loved the layout of all the rooms, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and family room is open plan and truly gorgeous - there was plenty of space for us to gather and enjoy a family meal around the extra large dining table. Paul and Nina were very kind and accommodated an early check in so that we could decorate for a surprise celebration.Wish we could have stayed more than one night !!We hope to visit again in the very near future !!Grateful thanks !!

Every year my childhood friends and our ever expanding families gather for a reunion in the Tahoe area. This year was our first year at this house and it was great. Our only problem was not having enough passes to get into the HOA amenities, however the area and house itself was so nice we didn’t miss this too much.

The house was perfect for our family of 15. There were enough rooms for privacy and enough beds for all the members, even the kids, to sleep in and not on the floor.The property managers, Paul and Nina, were very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to or exchange emails with from the beginning.The only drawback, the company who cleans the house didnt do a very good job as far as cleaning is concerned. There were cobwebs on the lamps and some parts of the house were dusty. When we arrived past 5 pm to check-in, the cleaning lady was still there to pick up garbage and to do other things. Check-in was 4 pm. Other than that, this was a nice home to spend time with family. Lots of outdoor activities and the points of interest in the area were just a few minutes away.Beth N

Beautiful property in the perfect location in gorgeous Lake Tahoe area. Spacious with plenty of room to gather, share meals, and play games. Was missing some essentials like a salt and pepper shaker, kitchen scrubber for dishes and paper towels which was frustrating.

Great layout upstairs to keep an eye on the little ones and the action. We spent a lot of time at the outside BBQ area, ping pong table in the garage, and the foosball table. Also enjoyed the recreation center once using the discounted pass. Paul returned all my calls and replied to all my questions/texts/emails. There were just a couple issues with the cleanliness and the dishwasher, which I am sure will be corrected. I would rate this place 4.5 stars and still recommend it.

Beautiful, nicely appointed, clean and was a wonderful place for our large family. The owners quickly responded to our questions. We took advantage of the pools, bike trails, and the kids loved the ping pong table and foosball table and having their own "space" downstairs. We would heartily recommend this home.
