The room was very accommodating and had everything I needed. The facility was nice and I liked that it wasn’t over crowded compared to a resort. So it was quaint and the bonus was the Lodge restaurant next door had great food but a little pricy. The service wt the front desk was on point. Very nice and professional.

Can’t really say I had any dislikes. Except for the room size, it was a little pricy for an unimpressive room. It was clean and had all our needs met. The bathroom area was small, and if your traveling with people u don’t want to change clothes in front of, the bathroom was cramped. Might could install a slider there at the wash basin.

We only stay here for our trips to Pigeon Forge! Rooms are always clean and staff is helpful and friendly! We love the location also!

Rooms were great, clean and comfortable. The location was very near some of the things we did so that was a plus. We were there in cold weather so couldn't enjoy the outside much but you can tell it's very inviting.

We picked a very busy time so that was a bummer as sometimes hard to get in and out of parking lot. We never did get to eat across the street. The breakfast left much to be desired as mostly muffins etc.
