The location and the room itself.

The bathroom was not clean. I even moved to another room and the shower was not clean. I ended up using shower shoes. Very disappointing as the last time I visited everything was clean.

The breakfast that I paid 22.00$ for was terrible, the blinds didn't work in the room and front desk would never answer when I called. I paid 260.00 for a horrible stay, I stayed at the comfort inn the day before, the staff were great great amenities. Great all around. I went back I'm here now ! Marriott in Rome. Sucks

Enjoyed the fact that it was in walking distance from restaurants and other places.

Rooms weren't ready for check in at 1500L. Room cleanliness was below standard, had garbage in room for two days before housekeeping removed it. Visited Rome for a wedding, many from the wedding procession stayed at the hotel. Again, rooms were not ready when most attempted to check in. Expected more, especially with prices set at over $200 per night.

Courtyards usually have certain amenities like crème rinse and newspapers. This one did not. The Bistro menu was really limited.

I was very impressed with the property and the staff. They were very helpful. I had lost my cell phone and thankfully the staff found it and sent me an email telling me that I could stop by and pick it up. I really appreciated that.

Location was perfect! The bridge was right there, so we had easy access into town. Breakfast was quick and easy. The breakfast staff graciously found an item that I requested to go with breakfast. We enjoyed our visit and will stay in the same place each time we are in Rome.

Great location and excellent staff! Perfect for college visits. Highly recommend and will visit again.
