Very dirty, lack of hot water

Everything is as it should be. Very nice place

Everything was perfect! Apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is great, very close to Riva and old town, and it was easy to find. You can easily find free parking spot near the building. Host was friendly and willing to help with everything you need. Highly recommended, we will come back for sure!

The location was beyond reproach. Was a little tricky to find the apartment , but then once ensconced we were 110% happy.

Description to find the apartment.

The apartment was very close to a sandy beach which was great for 2 small children. The water was very shallow, even quite far out. Also a playground was very close by. The flat was 15 minutes walk to the old town, which was fine. Good apartment, comfy beds.

The owner tried to move us to another apartment last minute while we were almost at the apartment with 2 small children and a load of luggage. His cleaner hadn't shown up. We were happy to drop the bags and go to the beach while the flat was cleaned and it all worked out in the end

What could be improved is the cleaning in the bathroom and the equipment in the kitchen (a larger pot, cloth for cleaning, iceing)

The apartment was quite big, new and clean. Beds were comfortable and not too noisy considering it location. Check in process with Tea was wonderful, she took us to the apartment, explained us everything and even gave us recommendations on where to go.

Difficult communication with the representative via mail, had to call to get info on check in time

Excellent location in quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Amazing apartment that was very modern, had everything we needed and comfortable. Fast wifi and a virtual cable service that has all the channels we typically watch. A large size space given usually smaller apartments for the city. Also on the ground floor...huge plus for us. Can't wait to go back.

Modern appartment

-irresponsible and untrustworthy host We waited 30 mins outside of the front door until somebody pick us up. The owner didn’t answer my phone at the arranged check-in time and ignored my measages after checking them. She said the front door is opened and we can enter without keys. But in fact, all the doors were closed and we could’t get inside at all. She didn’t respond to our contacts and didn’t even appologize to us. -Smell of tabacco in the entire apartment Booking.com page said it’s “non-smoking” but the odor of cigarette smoke permeated the room entirely. We bought candles to get rid of the small but we couldn’t endure this thick cigarret smell. They should change the room condition to “smoke-free” zone.
