The lady in charge of the apartment (Habiba) is nice and very kind. The owner (Mohamed) is very kind and helpful. We got extra time during the checkout. Lovely!

The number of bracelets to access the pool is limited to 5 (we were 6 persons). And there is an extra charge of 120dhs to get them. Which was not mentioned during the booking.

As per property rules, you should enter at 14.00. The apartment was still occupied by then, and once tenant left, it needed to be cleaned. We finally enter at 16.00, and got confirmation from owners’ representative to extend those two hours during our stay. Got surprised by the request of the owner to leave before 13.00 last day as another tenant is awaiting to enter. Totally unprofessional.

We enjoyed our stay here. Well secured and clean. Facilities for kids were great. We liked it. The host was very friendly and helpfull
