My husband and I spent six weeks at this condo in La Joya and really enjoyed out stay. The building is located close to the Marina, small public beach and the village for shopping, eating out and exploring. The apartment could use a bit of updating as the cabinet hardware is very pitted from the environment but otherwise we had no complaints. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable and there was ample closet and drawer space to stow away our belongings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals including a brand new dishwasher. There is an older flat screen TV in the living room that worked fine but we did have issues using the Android box to watch our favourite streaming services. The balcony is spacious with a variety of loungers from which to enjoy the view even to watching whales. We did request an umbrella for the balcony which was provided in a timely manner. The building has a wonderful pool and we never had problems getting loungers to enjoy the sunshine. We were especially impressed with the assistance provided by Carolina and Leticia from Casago. We would definitely recommend this property if you are searching for a quiet and comfortable holiday in La Cruz.

The condo was great, clean just as advertised but no TV channels or cable.
