Ce condo adorable rez-de-chaussée, a un patio surplombant notre étang d'eau salée alimenté avec jetée de pêche, nous avons d'excellents équipements tels que 24 heures centre de fitness de pointe, vitré dans piscine chauffée avec bain à remous, sauna, bureau dans le club Chambre, barbecues dans toute la communauté et dans la piscine, et ce qui le rend vraiment génial est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Cette chambre à coucher abordable a été récemment rénovée et entièrement meublée et équipée pour vous faire sentir comme à la maison, Wifi disponible dans l'unité et au belvédère, une place de stationnement assignée, aire de lavage de voiture à l'arrière de la propriété, Ceci est une nouvelle inscription à partir de 2017, à proximité du parc aquatique Schlitterbahn, Bob Hall Pier sur la plage avec un excellent restaurant et bar ainsi que la pêche de la jetée, nous avons de grands restaurants locaux, boutiques et divertissements, avec le confort de la grande ville à seulement quelques minutes avec plus et bien sûr l'aquarium d'État, les attractions USS Lexington, shopping et bien plus encore. Port Aransas est un court trajet en voiture avec des chartes de pêche en haute mer, des restaurants sur l'eau, une petite ville amusante. Nous proposons des serviettes de plage et des locations de voiturettes de plage sont disponibles à proximité .... Alors venez vous détendre et mettez vos orteils dans le sable, profitez du soleil et emportez chez vous de bons souvenirs à raconter pendant des années.

We found this hidden gem during 2020 as we wanted to find a condo close to the beach to where we could walk if we needed to and we have been coming back ever since. I think we have stayed here at least 4 or 5 times and Peggy never disappoints. The condo is always clean and stocked with items we need. Has a great view of pond and very close to the pool. Will always recommend this condo!

Me and my Husband had a awesome time Staying at Just Beachy Condo. Peggy i want to Thank you so much for such a beautiful, clean and comfortable home away from home and omg the bed so comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful views of pond. A 4 min walk to the beach was awesome everything we needed around the area was so convenient you did not have to travel far at all. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and hot tub so much fun. We definetly will be back again Thankyou again for responding bk to us so quickly when we needed to ask any questions. You are a Gracious Host and Very Sweet thankyou for the late check out we did not want to leave lol. From the Mr and Mrs Hopkins see you soon again!!

We liked everything about the condo, it was quiet, view from the balcony was wonderful and first floor made it easy to get in and out (especially with kids).
The inside was nicely decorated, had all the nessesary items and more (extra sheets, plenty of towels and even beach towels). The unit was tidy and clean

We were the family of 5 with two older kids and an infant - when we originally booked the place, our infant wasn't born yet. The owner allowed us to reschedule our stay last minute because of some unexpected conflict, so we are extremely thankful for her flexibility! The condo is perfect for family of 4 or fewer people, but it worked out with an infant too.

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wish it was right on the beach, but the one block walk to the beach was fine. The pool was clean, but needs more umbrellas for shade from the hot Texas sun.

Nice little condo, although it could've been cleaned better. There were dish rags in the washing machine, a couple of clothing items in the dryer, greasy smears all over the stove top, sand in the kitchen sink, etc. Also, I think there may have been some construction going on in the condo above?? Pretty noisy... But, we had a great trip, stayed really busy, and actually spent very little time at the condo.

We traveled to the Padre Island / Corpus Christi area in May for just a few days. The condo was perfect - we could've stayed so much longer! Exactly as advertised if not better! The condo was immaculate and well furnished It had everything we wanted. The pool was wonderful and so uncrowded. Easy to get anywhere and just a short walk to the beach. Wonderful property owner that was so easy to communicate with!

We had a great time staying at the condo! It was extremely clean (hard to do at the beach) and was beyond well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies. The beach was literally at the end of the street and it was so nice to be able to walk and not use our car in the sand. Highly recommend!

My husband I I go to Whitecap beach usually a couple times a year. This was our first stay at this condo but I am sure we will be back. Very clean and well stocked. Assigned parking was a real treat, it's right in front of the building. For the first time ever I did laundry on the last night as we relaxed, so nice to come home and not have to deal with that!

Was our 5th visit to Corpus Christi in our 30 years together and this was the best place we have stayed there so far. Enjoyed walking to White Cap Beach each morning. The unit was very well equipped with all we needed. Only minuses may have been wife did not like the bed "too hard" and was some roof construction that blocked front building entrance and parking during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in 5 years.

We wanted to get away from the snow of Wisconsin. We didn't rent a car and used Ubers instead. All Ubers were great. If we do this again we would stay here again, but rent a car to explore more of the area. The place is very clean and well stocked. We also liked the binder of all the information for the area with coupons to attractions near by. Thank you Peggy for a great stress free stay.

A perfect place to stay for your beach trip!
Adorable home with everything you need. We cooked dinner each night and the kitchen had all of the pans, knives, utensils we needed. Plenty of towels and a great AC! Clean and decorated very nicely. Would definitely stay again!!

Trip to Beach Club in June with JB
First time we had stayed at this property. We couldn't have had a better stay. Everything was exactly as promised, clean and really convenient. We have stayed at most places in the surrounding area however my wife really loved this unit probably her favorite of the last 20 years. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Cant say enough good things about this condo and the owners. Would definitely recommend this one . We look forward to another booking soon. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your condo.

Another great trip
We stayed at Peggy’s place again and it was awesome. Close to so many restaurants, shops, in walking distance to the beach or close enough to drive to port A if you want. This is the second time my family of 4 has stayed here and I’m sure we will be back. Also has a great view of the pond from the patio.

Cute 1st floor condo next to the road and near the ocean
Communication with Peggy was pretty clear and check in and out processes were easy and straightforward.
The condo was cute - right across from the pond they have onsite. The community pool and jetted tub, sauna and workout room were nice. There were grills in that area that people used for their cooking. The jetted tub was constantly crowed…as to be expected.
I would have definitely appreciated a more detailed explanation that this condo is on the first floor (unless I missed that.) We heard our upstairs neighbors each morning. I would choose a top floor condo if I had to choose again…Even though there are no elevators.
The hall outside the unit was smelly - maybe because of the carpet or the clothes vents - but the inside of the condo was clean.
The building the unit is in is right next to a road. That may be off putting to some. I think the top floor units could probably see the ocean as we were very close to it!
There were little stickers that stuck to the bottom of my shoe during our walk to the beach.
The bed was extremely uncomfortably hard. I would invest in a good, plush topper if I were the owner. If you sleep well, that makes all the difference. That’s why I’m rating this at a 3.
The pots and pans and laundry facilities right in the unit were very convenient.

Nice stay
The unit was very clean, I only gave 4 stars because the building in which the unit is located needed some TLC. The unit is cozy, good for 2 adults and maybe 1-2 small children. Location was perfect and proximity of parking. Community pool and hot tub were ok. The communication with the owners was great and check-in process was very straightforward.
