Location was perfect, very close to beach, marina a short walk away and centre of town very near. Comfortable apartment, air conditioner did not work in living area! It was good in the main bedroom though.

We had to wait until 5 pm to meet someone with a key to get into apartment, having arrived there at 11.30 am. This was very disappointing, surely in 2022, a better system can be offered to holidaymakers. The facilities by the pool are very poor, wooden deck chairs creaking and falling apart. More needs to be invested in good deck chairs, sun umbrellas and loungers.

This apartment was great, much more than we expected considering the price. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the appliances and the bathroom was clean. The apartment block it is in was also nice and clean. The pool was always clean but it is not heated. The location was great, right by the old town of albufeira but a short walk to the main square.

The pool area could do with some updating, the sun loungers could be replaced, they were very old and creeky which put us off a little. The balcony is covered from the sun pretty much all the time, this is great if you want to stay out the sun.

Impossible to reach the company that rents this apartment, they don't reply to messages, phone provided here does not reach people who should do the check in, not a nice experience.

staff are the most unhelpful people I have ever come across and I am a regular traveller. - could never get in touch with them regarding the broken washing machine until booking.com got Involved - refused to give us clean towels or bedding from Sunday- Friday and then stated that the cleaner only goes in every 4 days - made to use the same bedding which the baby wet a few times as no means to wash it - cleaner didn’t bring towels 4 days into stay- she bought them on Saturday- the day before our one week stay was ending - no new bedding provided at all - sofa bed is so disgusting and peeled wasn’t safe for the baby to move onto -asked how to put the heating on the night we got there- ignored - really poor staff. no consideration given into how uncomfortable the baby was

Very clean, comfortable functional apartment in a great location minutes walk from the beach and the old town facilities. We did not hire a car as we were only staying a short time but was not necessary as everything on hand, good Intermarché supermarket 6 minutes walk away. Good size for 2 Adults and maybe 2 younger children, would be small for 4 adults Comfy kingsize bed in main bedroom. We very much enjoyed staying at this apartment and would 100% return despite a few niggles regarding facilities.

kitchen poorly equipped, luckily we ate out but if you were preparing meals it would be a struggle with limited utensils and pans. No bottle opener. no wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom and could do with more hangers in the main bedroom. Bathroom needs some attention as both shower heads leak at the back, the shower hose is broken so not working effectively and tap in the bathroom wobbles and leaks. no patio furniture.

Property is quite modern

Virtually no rules in what is supposed to be a family friendly complex. Parties until 4am. Never had a good nights sleep. The soundproofing in the apartment is awful. You can hear everything from neighbouring apartments.

Cleanliness

The host was rude, arrived 50 minutes late after we specified the time which meant the grocery stores were closed! The apartment has no basic cooking utensils (oil, salt, pepper). The tray of the oven was broken and everything had a cheap fitting.

A very spacious, modern apartment which is so close to the beach and also has this nice pool in the backyard. We just used it with 2 ppl, but also with 4 you will have enough space! Equipped with everything u need for a nice stay. I would definitely come back.

I guess due to the month (April) the poolwater didn't get filtered, cause basically no one was using it.

It is a very nice apartment for up to four people, enough space for everyone even though we spent the whole day out traveling around Algarve. Would come back to stay there again! Easy communication for the check-in. All good!
