Location is perfect

Nice and comfortable flat, the location is perfect, right in the city centre, just few steps from the river with tons of restaurants and cafés. Ideal for couples!

There is no parking available, but the staff was really helpful and helped us with dealing with that.

Fantastic location. It was well equipped and worked well for our family of four. It was a quiet location despite being so central. We could walk everywhere we wanted to see.

Few essentials missing like dustpan and brush so difficult to clean under table. It was a shame there was no parking as I was under the impression there was when I booked it. However there was a car park nearby. We had an awful experience checking in. We arrived late due to flights and thunderstorm (as we discussed with the host). But when we arrived we had no instructions how to access the property, our phones could not contact the tel number, and we were in the pouring rain for 45 mins. Eventually we tried to see if another hotel had a bed for the night and luckily a kind man helped us contact the owner. We had never heard of Hotel Mrak where we were supposed to check in and check out. This is not mentioned in any emails or booking.com which is very strange; a simple detail which would have saved a lot of time and stress!!!

Bathroom entire floor was always wet due to moisture consensation

The apartments have an fantastic location. We did not use our car at all during our stay. We had two seperate apartments, no. 1 and 6. We spend most time in no 6 as it is the largest. It has efficient aircondition, fancy lighting and window shading, small dishwasher, well equipped kitchen and two shower heads.

Both our apartments had extremely cold floor on the toilet. Furthermore, probably due to condensation, the floors were constantly wet and gave a feeling of being in a moisty cellar, which however appeared a bit less in the rest of the apartment. You have to find parking on your own, however a large open and reasonable priced parking lot is just around the corner. Carrying luggage can be a challenge though, as you need to pass through a building at the street and walk approx. 20m regardless where you park. In our cases the cleaning was unfortunately not at the level expected. Long hair was found in the bed linen in apartment no. 6 and a smell of urine appeared from time to time in the corner of the bedroom in studio no. 1.
