it was a little bothersome that they wanted to charge fees if you didn’t use a white towel inside the premises or hang clothes out in the balcony and other stuff. I guess is good that they will let you know ONCE before charging you over $2,000 pesos but still a little ridiculous. once you get over that everything is nice lol also, they sent us to a different apartment without previous notice and because it’s private property you have to give your name and apartment # where you will be staying so even though my husband’s name was in the list, they wouldn’t let us in because the apartment # and building were wrong. The name says it “tower H” and they sent us to tower G… which took away the beach front view. anyways fortunately the lender was quick to respond and gave us the right info and we were able to get in.
