Une belle maison familiale moderne située à Havelock North. Situé à 5 minutes en voiture du village, à proximité de Black Barn Winery et de Te Mata Estate Winery. Situé sur une grande section ensoleillée avec une pelouse arrière privée et une salle à manger en plein air, un espace barbecue extérieur avec piscine spa. La grande cuisine ouverte traverse les salons et l'espace de divertissement extérieur.
Waimarama et Ocean Beach sont à environ 20 minutes en voiture.

This home was awesome! Brilliant location, especially to do the Hawkesbay 1/2! Only minutes from some of the best winery's! House was really warm, beds very comfortable! Couldn't have asked for more! Thank you

Large home with great indoor outflow. Lots of space to enjoy. Just be aware very low hot water pressure.

Just what we needed for a relaxing family weekend getaway with our young son and friends. Amazingly spacious home, super comfy beds, Sky sport (thank goodness as we forgot about the big game on the weekend) and of course, the absolute icing on it all was the amazing outdoor area with the orchestra of native birds, fresh lemons for our drinks and relaxing in the pool/spa…..pure perfection! Thanks heaps - was everything and more!! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Great to have two living areas. My step son spent many hours playing in the pool. Would book again if visiting Hawkes Bay in the future.

We were very happy with the accommodation and the pool was a winner with the children. Only one negative which was ants in the kitchen made worse because dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher. Overall we had a teally good stay. Very helpful neighbour opposite

The location is perfect for any Hawkes bay visit with great facilities - friendly neighbours and the kids loved the bedrooms which were like “a slice of kiwi life” that they enjoyed.

We had four guys in the Bay playing Golf.
Easy drive to courses and at night it was very easy to get into Havelock North for dinner.
The house is well laid out with four good bedrooms and a great outdoor area with a spa.
Great to deal with, would definitely use again.

My husband and our adult grandson and his wife stayed for four nights at the end of May. The house is well equipped and has two comfortable living areas. It is a better house for a family than two couples, as there is one master with a king bed and one room with large twins. The other two bedrooms are single beds. That was my fault for not figuring it out. The yard is lovely, with great bird life even at the beginning of winter. It would be terrific in warm weather, which we unfortunately did not have! The location is very convenient both to Havelock North village and two of the best vineyard restaurants - Black Barn and Craggy Range.

Extremely nice home, and helpful managers. The house was very clean and well presented, and in a very nice setting. Photo's do not do the property justice.

What a gentle and lovely location! We spent this time connecting with family under the grape vines and over the kitchen bench. We were so lucky to have a this house, it is so accessible to some of the beautiful sites of Napier and its wider communities. Thank you.

We stayed in the property for 4 nights. We had a baby, a toddler, parents and grandparents and everybody absolutely loved it. The garden is really lovely and the house is spacious and comfortable. It provides a great place to visit the region from.The owners were very helpful when we had questions. I strongly recommend this house.
