En face de l'appartement est Georgian Antiques avec 4 étages d'antiquités - je parie que vous n'avez jamais vu autant d'horloges de grand-père au même endroit!(Antiquaire de l'année GB 2016)
Derrière cela se trouve Leith Links - où le jeu de Golf (ou Kolf) a été inventé et il y a encore 9 trous à contourner!
Tout cela est à votre disposition ... il suffit de vous joindre à nous et d'en profiter!
Sport local et international: Édimbourg abrite l'International Rugby Union en Écosse et les matchs se jouent au stade Murrayfield, à l'ouest du centre-ville d'Édimbourg.

The flat was just as described. Short walk to the tram and easy to get Edinburgh and all the attractions. You don't need a vehicle for this location. Stuart was a wonderful host. Would stay here again.

Overall, a very nice condo/townhouse, very modern, and clean. Check in process was a bit challenging since the nearby bar did not have keys for us to pickup, however the owner walked me through how to find the "emergency keys" stored in another location. Unfortunately, I had to go to the local convenient store to purchase toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash the morning after we arrived since the unit was very low on TP and did not have the shower items mentioned at all. However, very nice owner, nice location, walking distance to river and some really nice restaurants, pub, and public transportation. Not far from castle and downtown Edinburgh. Overall, a very nice VRBO. A bit pricey, however nice location and unit.

Overall, Stuart’s flat was very nice. A bit dated but it was clean and it appeared as advertised. Stuart was very responsive to our questions and needs. When I say it could use some updating I mean the master suite mattress needs to be replaced, along with its sheets. Towels also could use some updating. But we felt safe in the unit.
We loved staying in Leith. It was so fun to get to talk with locals at the pubs. The area doesn’t feel like a tourist area. So if you are going to Edinburgh, and don’t want to stay in the central city, Leith is the spot. We were about three blocks from the tram line. Easy on, easy off to downtown or even to the airport. Hop on and you’re there.
We’d stay at Stuart’s place again. It just needs an update.

The property was clean, tidy and comfortable - we were only 2 people, but it was a decent size big enough for a family of 4 or 4 adults. We loved the location in Leith - nice and quiet at night, but with plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and also close enough to the city centre to be easily accessed by tram or bus.
The property owner was really communicative and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed for three nights and were very comfortable at the apartment. There are many local restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops within walking distance, and well-stocked supermarkets for provisions. We loved the convenient tram stop that took us to and from the city center, and to transport us from the airport to Leith on the day of our arrival. All in all it felt like home! I would definitely recommend this lodging for anyone visiting Edinburgh.

This was a fantastic location to explore Edinburgh. Leith itself is a great hub and the flat is just a few hundred yards from The Shore tram stop - a quick zip into the city centre. Having a private parking space is a huge benefit as parting in Edinburgh is usually a nightmare. The flat is spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely come back.

The apartment is brilliantly located 2 mins from the tram and a short walk from historic Leith port and a variety of bars and restaurants. Free off road parking and pup friendly. Our host was easily accessible, helpful and very amusing. I’ve dropped one star because the oven didn’t work and we couldn’t cook our supper on the first night. I’m sure Stuart will get that sorted 😊

What an awesome stay the flat was perfect. Lots os space for 5 people. The bowlera reat pub was amazing and the locals are aalt of the earth. Make sure to meet Kirstie and Miss Carroll. We had a wonderful time here. Stuart has a wonderful binder of things to do nearby and how to operate things in the flat. Would highly recommend this flat and wouls stay here again 10/10

Stuart was really easy to work with/communicate with! Leith was much more convenient than I expected. The tram to Edinburgh is very easy to use and just a short walk to the flat. The flat itself is a little dated/cluttered and it sorta feels like you are staying at your bachelor uncle’s place while he is away…the beds arent the most comfy, and the showers are a little weird, but it is a convenient, safe. well managed flat. There is a lot of good info about Edinburgh and Leith in the flat, And Stuart was terrific and very communicative.

This warm and charming flat was already wonderfully located being a block off of Leith Links and blocks from The Shore, Easter Road, and Leith Walk. Now with a tram stop just two blocks away, access to the heart of Edinburgh and the airport is ridiculously easy. The flat itself is cozy and charming. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's surprisingly roomy. The locals in the neighborhood are welcoming and friendly. I could have stayed much, much longer and will certainly be looking into renting this space again for my next visit (my fifth in two years and easily the best of all of my rentals).
