La villa Bougainvillea est située au deuxième étage et dispose d'un lit queen-size avec une kitchenette qui comprend un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une cafetière, un mixeur (il n'y a pas de cuisinière) et une salle de bains privative.
Il y a aussi un beau balcon à la française qui surplombe nos jardins tropicaux luxuriants. Bougainvillea Villa est idéale pour les couples ou les célibataires et est d'une grande valeur, ce qui en fait un choix idéal.
La climatisation, un accès Internet sans fil illimité, les appels locaux, les serviettes fraîches quotidiennes et l'enlèvement des ordures avec un service de nettoyage complet en milieu de semaine sont fournis sans frais supplémentaires.
La Bougainvillea Villa est située au milieu de jardins paysagers tropicaux, à côté de l'une des piscines centrales.
Il y a un accès à la plage depuis la villa, qui est à quelques pas de notre plage privée sur l'océan Atlantique.
Notre rue est une rue résidentielle calme. Ce n'est pas une route tarifaire animée ou approfondie et des impasses dans un cul-de-sac. Il n'y a que 7 autres maisons résidentielles dessus.
Vous traversez simplement la route étroite pour passer "par notre propre propriété en bord de mer". Une passerelle et un chemin en pierre exclusifs ont été construits pour vous permettre de vous promener le long de la végétation luxuriante des Caraïbes. La promenade le long de ce sentier est un court 150 pieds et vous mène directement à notre belle plage et l'océan Atlantique.
Une fois que vous arrivez, vous trouverez des chaises longues, des chaises et des tables donnant sur la plage et l'océan que vous pourrez utiliser à votre guise.
Sarah et moi vivons sur l'île à plein temps. Nous sommes toujours là pour vous aider et répondre à toutes vos questions.

I didn't want an all inclusive and this met our needs. Our unit was small and we new what we were getting, I just wish we were able to make ice in that little refrigerator. Location was good. Quiet. Need a car for sure.

Grace Bay Beach Villas is a hidden gem away from the business of Grace Bay. It is in the Turtle Cove area which is quiet yet offers a few restaurants and coffee shop/deli within easy walking distance. The beach is located a short walk across the street down a private walkway and chairs and umbrellas are set up exclusively for Grace Bay Beach Villa guests. We did rent a car and parking is easy as each villa has its own designated parking spot. We stayed in the Bougainvillea unit which is a small studio containing a bathroom, small refrigerator, microwave and toaster. The space was clean and Luz and her team came in daily to empty garbage and replace towels. We only wish there was an additional sink for washing dishes we used. There is only one sink located in the bathroom vanity. There is a kitchen space located in the bar area down by the pool that does have a sink and a table under a gazebo, which we enjoyed having our morning breakfast. Please note that the Bougainvilla and Oleander units are one bedroom studios located adjacent to a larger rental that sleeps ten. Unfortunately, two nights were rented to a group of partiers that we heard on and off till 5:30 am. Then a large family group came in. We did not experience any noise like we did with the previous renters, however, all of their towels, floats, toys, lotion, etc., occupied the majority of space around the pool common area and were not always put away after use. We really enjoyed our time in Turks and Caicos.

The room was clean and spacious with excellent access (two minute walk) to a beautiful, sparsely used beach with chair and umbrellas. Everything worked properly and the housekeeping service cleared out trash daily and provided fresh towels upon request. The bed was very firm but acceptable, but could use a gel topper to make it a bit more comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay! Loved the quick walk to beach that we had to ourselves! Villa was clean and nice and had everything we needed! Hosts were gracious and Luz was nice to deal with onsite!

Beautiful property, terrific location, walking distance to great food. Right on the beach with your own private umbrellas, chairs and amazing snorkeling. Host was very kind and our bungalow was cleaned daily. We will definitely be back again!

The villa was just perfect for us...just enough for a couple- was very clean- everyone very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location--quiet- outside the "hotel row". We walked to the several restaurants in the area and took a taxi otherwise. Would recomend it.

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 day/5 night stay in the Bougainvillea villa. It was exactly as advertised: comfortable, clean, and conveniently located just a short walk from both the gorgeous beach and the Turtle Cove Marina. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and available as needed. The owners were communicative, ensuring that our stay went off without a hitch--from check-in to check-out. We hope to return soon!

The property was beautiful. We really loved the access to the beach and all the surrounding areas. Our problem was the bedding. The mattress was very old and lumpy. The pillows were very old and uncomfortable. The sheets had holes and the bed cover was stained. We like the areas but the bedding situation should be improved. Thanks

The property was absolutely gorgeous and very friendly staff. The beach was incredible. Staff provided snorkeling gear and the reef was beautiful. Kayaking was another fun adventure. We will definitely stay here again. Amazing place.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was very clean and quaint. We usually had the beach to ourselves as well as the pool. The gardens throughout the property were beautiful. I definitely recommend a car though since it would be a bit of a walk to go anywhere. Our only complaint was the mattress was very hard and the airconditioner could get quite noisy. But other than that we still would recommend enjoying this lovely property within steps to the beach.

We selected this property for our Honeymoon and it was the best decision we could have made. We stayed for 10 days and the space was clean, safe, beautiful and private. We decided to skip the busy resorts and opt for this well situated villa. It was close to everything and had everything we needed. It has access to the beach and not 100 yards off shore you have a beautiful reef to snorkel. To the left of the beach a 5 min walk away access to smith's reef. The Villa came with high quality snorkel gear better than what the tour boats offer. Every inch of the property is beautifully landscaped and well taken care of, the beach had chairs and umbrellas for us and the pools were never crowded, we mostly had it to ourselves the whole time. The host was easy to reach for any questions we had and the staff were great. We even came in to towel swans and flowers on our bed the first night a really thoughtful touch. If you're thinking about this place for our stay book now!

We had a great stay at the Villa that was just the perfect spot for us to explore the island. Grounds and room were clean (bathroom a little worn but fine). Can easily walk to the beach which has chairs and umbrellas. One of the better snorkeling spots on the island. We got a flat tire overnight and the crew on site helped us change it! Would recommend with a car to explore the island

We stayed in Bourgainvillea - a one bedroom. Description online is accurate about having no kitchen. We took advantage of the coffee pot/toaster/mini fridge and ate breakfast in the room. There is also a microwave. We packed a collapsable cooler as another website suggested and that was perfect for the beach. Property is directly across from the beach. You cross the street and walk the path. Private beach is nice. We went in the off season and had it to ourselves most days. The pool is nice to come back too. There is a grill outside that Lynn kept very clean if you want to use it. You'll need a car to get where you want to go. Nothing is too far from here and there are restaurants close. Lynn was our caretaker and she did an awesome job! We will miss her! We ended up getting stuck for a few extra days due to the hurricane hitting Florida and Ray was wonderful to work with to stay longer. We would definitely return. We enjoyed our cozy villa.

Location is superb. Very quiet and relaxing. Most beautiful beach is steps away. We rented a car and it was a good choice. Plenty of great places to eat within a mile at Turtle Cove. We stayed in Bougainvillea Villa and although quaint, was fine for 2 adults. The grounds are a tropical painting and filled with wildlife. Pool was nice, clean and steps from our villa. The mattress could use an upgrade, but overall we really enjoyed our 6 day stay. We will be back !

Lovely Place!
We loved our stay in the Bougainville unit! It was just the two of us, so we didn't need much room. I ordered my groceries with the concierge, Orkhid prior to our arrival and was excited to see all of the food and wine in our unit when we got there. I called Luz (her number is in the book in the unit) for bikes and snorkeling gear and she delivered them right away. She's awesome!! I actually counted the steps to the beach and it's legit 150. So convenient and gorgeous. Smith's Reef right down the beach and has many beautiful sights. We swam along side of a sea turtle and it made my day. We plan to rent the 3 bedroom villa next summer and bring our whole family!

Beautiful Bougainvillea Villa
I cannot say enough about this property; it is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay while visiting the TCI. Although set away from the center of Grace Bay, it is within walking distance to restaurants in Turtle Cove and a short drive to the hub of other resorts. The access to a private beach is a plus. I'll definitely return

The Bight Honeymoon Experience
We just got back from staying at this VRBO. The overall ad for this unit is accurate. It is a a short walk from the very secluded beach but no more than 10 minutes from everything. If you are into snorkeling then just walk into the water and snorkel out to some beautiful corel where lots of fish and even some manta rays swim around. The place is litereally a quaint one-bedroom with a bathroom but it is nice. The pool and other units wrap around you and they are all wrapped in beautiful landscaping.. The beach and clear water are amazing. There are so many restaurants. Hemmingways was our fav. Enjoy!!!!!

What a beautiful and unique property. It harkens back to older times but is fresh and contemporary at the same time. The pool area is an oasis and even the walk to the beach (1 minute) is a meditative stroll. The hosts are friendly and the room was bright and cool. The entire place has a very friendly atmosphere. The amenities are good, but be sure there is no full kitchen. If you are looking to cook a lot of meals, there is only a microwave and a toaster. The beach is beautiful and the are chairs and umbrellas. If you enjoy snorkeling you are mere feet away from a reef. This seems to be the spot for snorkeling. Also if you want to get away from the crowds then each here is very secluded. I would stay here again for sure.
