Nous fournissons un service 5 étoiles, pour une fraction du coût!
Jacaranda Villa est une villa indépendante avec une chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bains, un deuxième maître avec lit queen, une chambre à deux lits, et deux canapés-lits dans le salon (peut accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes), deuxième salle de bain, une cuisine spacieuse et spacieuse, un grand salon, une grande salle à manger et une véranda entièrement fermée qui surplombe la piscine.
La climatisation, l'accès Internet sans fil illimité, les appels locaux, des serviettes fraîches et l'enlèvement des poubelles avec un service de nettoyage complet en milieu de semaine sont fournis sans frais supplémentaires.
Jacaranda Villa est située parmi les jardins tropicaux et paysagers donnant sur le canal et est très proche de nos deux piscines centrales.
Il y a un accès à la plage de la villa, qui est juste à quelques pas de notre plage privée sur l'océan Atlantique.
Notre rue est une route résidentielle tranquille. Ce n'est pas une route de prix occupée ou complète et les impasses se terminent dans un cul-de-sac. Il n'y a que 7 autres maisons résidentielles.
Vous traversez simplement la route étroite pour aller "à travers notre propre propriété directe en bord de mer". Une passerelle en pierre exclusive et un chemin a été construit pour vous permettre de marcher le long de ce qui vous emmène à travers nos propriétés végétation luxuriante des Caraïbes. La promenade le long de ce sentier est un court loisir 150 pieds et vous mène directement à notre belle plage et l'océan Atlantique.
Une fois que vous arrivez, vous trouverez des chaises longues, des chaises et des tables donnant sur la plage et l'océan pour que vous puissiez utiliser à votre guise.
Sarah et moi vivons sur l'île à temps plein. Nous sommes toujours là pour vous aider et répondre à vos questions.
Notre équipe sur place prendra grand soin de vous, mais si pour une raison quelconque, ils ne peuvent pas vous aider - nous sommes juste un coup de téléphone.

We really enjoyed our stay, and was blown away by how clean Luz & team keeps the set of properties. Having kayaks on-site to paddle around the canal and along the shoreline was super convenient and easy getting in and out of the water. The family-friendly pool right outside was fun for the kids. We did beach walks every day of our stay and it wasn’t crowded. Great nearby places to dine such as Mango Reef. All around, a great trip and the hosts were quite responsive.

What a beautiful place! I usually go into any stay thinking the photos will be some sort of exaggeration but they were not--glorious, spacious, comfortable. The villa and grounds were just as lovely as the photos show. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were a 3-generation group, teens to seniors. It was great to be so close to the beach (and so close to Smith's Reef for fun snorkelling). The restaurants in Turtle Cove Marina are a short walk and very welcoming and delicious (the road is a bit dark so we were glad to have headlamps and flashlights).

I cant say enough about the time my family and I had over xmas break. The villa was fantastic for us. There were 7 of us. The villa is ideal for 6, but the fold out bed(s) in the front room were great for our 7th. The location of the villa on the property, the privacy, the pool, the screened in porch, and the ease of access to the beach were all fantastic. The cleaning crew came every day and were extremely pleasant and polite. The hosts were excellent too. They responded quickly to messages on VRBO and were very helpful whenever I had a question or an issue.
We rented a large SUV and the parking spot was right next to the entrance to the villa. Im not sure if there is a second spot that can be used if you have multiple cars, but I don't suspect that is a typical scenario.
This was our second trip to Turks. The first time we stayed at Beaches and it was great. This time we wanted to experience more of the island so we rented Jacaranda and I will say that when we go back we will try to rent it again.

The grounds around the property are incredible! Short walk to a beautiful quite beach with chairs and umbrellas already set up. The villa was much larger than I expected and was cleaned daily to cut down on the sand that inevitably gets tracked in. Not having to pay an air conditioning bill was also a huge plus(some properties do not include in the rental fee). My family had a wonderful time and felt very safe exploring the area.

We were greeted by Luz when we arrived. She was always accessible and quickly responded when called upon. We rented a vehicle to get around the island. For half of my group we were returning to this exact villa. Everything was convenient especially the ocean directly across the street. Someone came in everyday to either remove the trash, replace the towels, or change the bedding. I will definitely return to this place. It is like returning home.

Luz, Claudette, Kalie and the rest of the house staff were very warm, inviting and friendly. The villa was immaculate and perfect for our small family. Thank you all so much for a great time and allowing us there!

This is our 6th time to the island. We asked our kids their favorite place to stay so far they said the Villa! So much space for our family of 5. Private and beautiful grounds. Felt as if we were at home on this private road. Quick walk or bike ride to a few restaurants and cafe. Quick drive to all the spots we love on the island. The walk to the beach on a private shaded path took less than 2 minutes. There is a reef when you swim straight out from the beach that was so alive with colorful coral and so many fish. To the left was Smiths reef where we saw sea turtles. The Villa had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be back!

Our vacation at his house was perfect and peaceful. The beach was conveniently across the road with a nice walk way. Ms. Roberta was helpful with hooking us up with transportation. It was plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Our group loved this find! Initially we searched for beachfront properties but were not liking our options. We came across this rental and learned there are 8 total units available which made this gem the perfect spot for our group of three families to retreat. We loved the quick walk to the beach, quiet pool at our door step, short walk to amazing snorkeling with gear provided. We regularly made the quick drive to the grocery store and walked to Turtle Cove to enjoy multiple restaurants. We also enjoyed a boat charter for a trip out to the reef and over to iguana island before catching the sunset from the boat. Highly recommend this vrbo!

The villa was perfect for our family of four! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed, including Luz, who was always available for questions and suggestions. We loved the quiet location with whatever we wanted to do just a short drive away. Although there are a few places to eat and breakfast coffee around the corner, we suggest renting a car. (Bring or borrow snorkeling gear for the reef around the bend.) Highly recommend, but also kind of want to keep it a secret! Amazing!

We had the most amazing stay at Jarcaranda villa over the week of Christmas. Our family had never spent Christmas away from home but decided to try something different this year. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. We are a family of five with children ranging in age from 12 - 17. The property worked perfectly for us particularly because all of our children had their own space. There are two bedrooms on the bottom level and although one of those rooms had two twin beds our oldest decided to sleep on one of the pull out couches in the living room - it is a huge space so even if one of the two couches is set up as a bed there is plenty of room left for watching t.v. as a family. We loved having the option to eat a few meals in the house rather than have to eat out for every meal, so although we did eat out frequently it was nice to have a full and well appointed kitchen for the occasions on which we did not. The pool was lovely, We were fascinated by the interesting birds who visited (juvenile night herons in the evening, and other birds we have not identified in the early morning) we enjoyed and spent much time there. Can't say enough about the beach, it is situated in the most perfect spot on Grace Bay, far enough away from the hotels that they are not a bother but should you choose you can walk down the beach and grab lunch or a drink at one of the closer hotels. However, we preferred to walk in the opposite direction once we realized the Smith Reef was a shot distance away. On a daily basis we saw sea life that I have never been so close to in any other location (turtles, stingrays, lobster, and so many tropical fish). We took a boat cruise out to the large reef and it was fun, we saw fish, but what we were able to see right around the corner was much better - invest in and bring good snorkel masks and save the money on the boat tour! Grace Bay is know for being a perfect beach, and that it is. It was made better for us by where we were situated on it. If you want to be right in town then you would be better of staying at one of the resorts, but having been to dinner at many of them I was happier each day to wake up where we were; and although there are not a ton of restaurants in this area there are a few within walking distance, and those ended up being the places we most hope to go back to. All and all we were so happy with our stay, it was perfect for our family.

We had a great stay at the property and it was private enough where the kids had enough room to run around and be free. Great location (not crowded) and it was what we were looking for.
NOTE: we had 4 pairs of sandals and a hat taken from the front porch during our stay. The neighbors had the same happen to them. This is most likely an isolated incident but keep your sandals inside when wrapping up for the day. Neighborhood was so peaceful and we were a little shock when it happened.
Overall, amazing stay and we would go back. Thank you Chris and Sarah.

The villa is even cuter than pictured. Lots of space, loved the pool and outdoor area. A short walk to the most gorgeous beach. We used the kayaks one day and that was fun. Great communication with the property managers.

House and property were as advertised. Location was excellent, 10 min from airport, 5 min from grocery store, 10 min from Grace Bay and walking distance to a couple nice restaurants and a coffee shop. The house is 200 steps from the beach, which was about what we expected but not totally clear in the description. The beach was very private, often we were the only ones in the general area. Also Smiths Reef a renowned snorkeling location was a 5 minute walk up the beach. A 10 minute walk in the other direction brought us to a couple hotels with bars on the beach. So all in all it was a.great location to have a lot of privacy while still being convenient to most ammenities.

Our Happy Place
This is our second time to stay in one of this host's properties. We love their villas, their care and of course the most wonderful beach and snorkeling so close! This villa is well-appointed, large and has a cozy swimming pool. We will be back!

The property was perfect, clean, had everything needed. Staff was incredible and available to our needs. I arrived with my 12 month old and when I asked if they had a crib, the staff immediately brought over a nice and clean pack and play. I private beach was literally across the street, (the street bringing the size of a driveway) and a short walk (about 50 yards) to the sand.
I would definitely rebook at this facility. The pool was shared with other occupants of the few villas on site and the occupants were all very nice. It was a pleasant and relaxing trip 5 stars.

Perfect family trip
This Villa was so perfect for our family of 7. We have 4 young adults and one teen. The pull out couch is in a separate room so my daughter who slept there had her own space. The kitchen has everything you need so we could enjoy cooking together. The daily housekeeping was such a nice touch. The pool is right out the door so it felt like a private pool. Being close to Smiths reef is a bonus. We saw lots of turtles and even an eagle ray. We woke up early to watch the sunrise on the beach almost every day. And what an amazing beach. You can walk for miles. We used the provided snorkeling gear, bikes and kayaks. And ate within walking distance at mango reef, shark bite and the Hideaway. Diane from the hideaway cooked dinner for us one night as well. The ease of this villa made for a very relaxing vacation for mom and dad!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. The location is unbeatable: food and bars nearby, but the real star is the beach just across the street. The villa itself was very clean and tidy, the property is well cared for. Orhkid, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and incredibly gracious. We loved our stay there!

We could not have been happier with the Jacaranda Villa and our overall vacation on TCI. There were 4 of us (my wife and I, our 13year old daughter and my father in law who was celebrating his 60th birthday). There was ample room for all of us and the villa could have slept several more people. The villa was immaculate, with linens refreshed every day. The shared pool area was great at the end of the day for a refreshing dip or to sit and have a glass of wine. The one night we cooked for ourselves, we used the outdoor grill area.
The property is on a canal that leads to marina, with several kayaks for guests to use. There were also bikes for guests to use as well. The marina is in very easy walking distance, with 3 restaurants (all great) and a coffee shop. There is also a giant supermarket that is a 5 minute drive away.
The star of the show is the amazing beach- with private access and chairs/umbrellas for the property guests to use. We felt like we had an entire giant section of Grace Bay Beach to ourselves. The snorkeling right off of our beach area was the best we have ever experienced! The reef that goes all along Grace Bay Beach is fantastic. It does get windy some days. We also loved Sopadilla beach on the other side- which was a 10 minute drive.
Overall- an amazing week and an amazing villa!

Jacaranda Villa is perfectly located with a paved 2 minute walk to a quiet beach. The house has a lovely pool for relaxing after beach time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the large 3 bedroom Villa and it was well equipped. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay at Jacaranda Villa.
Jacaranda Villa is perfectly located with a paved 2 minute walk to a quiet beach. The house has a lovely pool for relaxing after beach time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the large 3 bedroom Villa and it was well equipped. Highly recommend!!!

Our group of 8 stayed in the jacaranda villa this summer. We had 4 adults and 4 children. The home is a three bedroom home. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a very large closet. We were able to set up a pack n play (provided by host) in the closet for the youngest child. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (older spring type mattress) and the third bedroom has two twins (foam mattresses and a little more comfortable). The house is a split level. You enter on the main floor that has a large living, dining, kitchen and screened in porch. The primary is 1/2 a floor up and the 2 other bedrooms are half a floor down. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer downstairs with 2nd bedrooms. The house advertised 2 couches that made into pull out beds but one was broken when we arrived.
The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved the large kitchen and screened in porch. The house provided plenty of beach towels, sand toys, cooler, and plenty of kitchen items. The property manager also did a grocery run for us for a fee prior to our arrival so we arrived with a stocked refrigerator. So helpful since we arrived in the evening! There is a large empty pantry, so we packed a suitcase full of snacks for our kids and had plenty of easy storage.
The pool is right off the screened in porch. It is not large but was perfect for our family. The pool has chairs and umbrellas and a little bar area. There is a bolt to the door from porch to pool if you have little ones.
The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the villa. You cross the road and there is a paved walk to the beach. The beach has plenty of lounge chairs set up but we did have to ask for umbrellas. The beach is beautiful and had very little other people near by, which we loved. snorkeling off the beach was great.
The villa is in walking distance to turtle cove marina. We walked to sharkbite and mangos for dinner, both were very good.
I would recommend you get a car for this rental. While you could stay and not leave if you want to try other restaurants or beaches then a car is a must. We got almost everywhere in 10-15 minutes.
We did a private charter with dream caicos and they picked us up right on the beach infront of the house! highlight of our trip.
If you want a private villa, away from the crowds but still on a beautiful beach and near restaurants, this is a GREAT options. We highly recommend.

This villa is very spacious and a perfect location! The beach was a short walk and was very secluded. Most of the time, we were the only people there at a beautiful part of Grace Bay Beach. We had a car and drove to eat out, but there are a few good restaurants within walking distance. IGA grocery store is short 5 minute drive away. We had friends that stayed on a property adjacent to this villa with same owners, and we loved staying so close and using the large kitchen and dining room in our villa to cook dinners. Great pool with ice machine and both gas and charcoal grills and a pool bathroom. Nice hanging lines and pool showers made it easy for us to rinse and dry out our diving gear. We are already talking about coming back!
