Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (anciennement Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) a occupé la première place sur Trip Advisor depuis de nombreuses années grâce à nos magnifiques villas uniques, un personnel amical, un emplacement idyllique et un service inégalé. Nous fournissons un service 5 étoiles, pour une fraction du coût!
Gardenia Villa est une villa autonome avec une chambre principale avec lit king, deux canapés-lits dans le salon (peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes), une cuisine complète, salle de bain privée et entièrement véranda. Il y a aussi une belle terrasse surplombant le canal de la chambre principale.
Il y a aussi un beau balcon français qui surplombe le canal et nos jardins tropicaux luxuriants de la chambre principale aussi. Gardenia Villa est idéal pour les familles et est un excellent rapport qualité-prix, ce qui en fait un choix idéal.
La climatisation, l'accès Internet sans fil illimité, les appels locaux, des serviettes fraîches et l'enlèvement des poubelles avec un service de nettoyage complet en milieu de semaine sont fournis sans frais supplémentaires.
Gardenia Villa est situé au milieu des jardins tropicaux et paysagers donnant sur le canal et est très proche de nos deux piscines centrales.
Il y a un accès à la plage de la villa, qui est juste à quelques pas de notre plage privée sur l'océan Atlantique.
Notre rue est une route résidentielle tranquille. Ce n'est pas une route de prix occupée ou complète et les impasses se terminent dans un cul-de-sac. Il n'y a que 7 autres maisons résidentielles.
Vous traversez simplement la route étroite pour aller "à travers notre propre propriété directe en bord de mer". Une passerelle en pierre exclusive et un chemin a été construit pour vous permettre de marcher le long de ce qui vous emmène à travers nos propriétés végétation luxuriante des Caraïbes. La promenade le long de ce sentier est un court loisir 150 pieds et vous mène directement à notre belle plage et l'océan Atlantique.
Une fois que vous arrivez, vous trouverez des chaises longues, des chaises et des tables donnant sur la plage et l'océan pour que vous puissiez utiliser à votre guise.
Sarah et moi vivons sur l'île à temps plein. Nous sommes toujours là pour vous aider et répondre à vos questions.
Notre équipe sur place prendra grand soin de vous, mais si pour une raison quelconque, ils ne peuvent pas vous aider - nous sommes juste un coup de téléphone.
Nous vous fournissons un téléphone cellulaire local pour que vous puissiez nous joindre quand vous en avez besoin, ou même faire des appels locaux pour faire des réservations pour le dîner, etc.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villas at Grace Bay. Everything was as advertised and the on-site attendant, Luze, was amazing. She was responsive, charismatic and very helpful. Although we did rent a car to see other beaches, our "private" beach was rarely crowded, picturesque, and provided relaxing time both in and out of the water. We felt secluded, safe and in our own private paradise. We rarely ran into the other groups that rented the other villas, but when we did everyone was good spirited. We highly recommend this rental for a couple or even a small family of 3-4.

We had such a lovely during our stay. This property was so relaxing and the housekeeping was great. We had access to a private beach and it was not busy. The hosts were very easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our 9-day stay! Very quick 5-minute walk to the beach, w/ dedicated beach chairs and umbrellas, though we ended up driving up the coast to Grace Bay (public access area next to the Sands resort) for most of our beach days because we preferred the calmer water there. It would've been wonderful (and saved us $) if they'd had portable beach chairs/umbrella/wagon for exploring the other beaches. Luce, the head housekeeper, was warm, friendly & very helpful. We appreciated the daily swap of towels and taking out of trash. The cleaning crew wiped down the kitchen and made our bed everyday, which was above & beyond. We ate breakfast almost everyday on the screened in porch. We were there for our honeymoon and they surprised us with a cute towel-swan arrangement on the bed with a bottle prosecco - very nice touch! Unfortunately, the bed itself was terrible - it was shored up underneath with two-by-fours which made it so loud that we were afraid turning over would wake the other person. The property is beautiful w lots of flowering shrubs and trees, two pools, and a crew maintaining it all daily. The provided cooler was handy & we enjoyed the upstairs porch. It took 20 minutes to get to either end of the island from Turtle Cove. We enjoyed dinner at the nearby Hideaway Grill & Chill and The Marine Room. Check out Facebook Groups for helpful communities that share their tips & experiences in Turks and Caicos - super valuable.

House is just as pictured. You are on the canal and they do provide kayaks which is nice. It is a spacious unit but I would not put 6 people in here. One of the couches was broken and the one that did work was very uncomfortable per my son. The only TV in the living room looks to have had a rough life. There isn't a washer and dryer in the unit. The laundry is located under the house for housekeeping. Make sure you read the warning about creepy crawlies they will come out and eat your left overs. The beach is across the street you can't see it like the pictures insinuate. The grounds are beautiful with all the foliage. Id only recommend this location for couples or a family with small children.

Luze was waiting for us when we arrived. She walked us through the property and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in Gardenia and it was identical to the photos and more than we could ask for. The beach is so close and was so nice to have chairs set up and available every day. The place is beautiful and lush with trees and other flowers. It’s is a bit off the beaten path, but there are a couple restaurants and bars close by. The neighborhood itself is not in the best part of town but we felt completely safe on the property. You will absolutely need a car unless you never plan to leave the complex. The screened in porch was awesome, but I would highly recommend a ceiling fan (or two) out there! And the bathroom gets uncomfortably hot and humid. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a laid back relaxing vacation.

This villa was perfect for my husband and I during our week long stay. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect spot. Short walk to the beach and we were the only ones there. The pool was nice each afternoon. I would recommend renting a car if you stay here. I would highly recommend this villa!

We really loved the villa and the property and was so close to the beautiful beach! Everything was as expected as I had read the earlier reviews. Excellent place to stay, the only issues were the stove not really working well and there was no cell phone provided (that should probably be updated in the description.)

The property was nice, well maintained and clean. Had everything we needed and is a short walk to nearby restaurants and marina. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, coffee and blended favorites. Short walk to semi private beach with loungers and umbrellas. Pools were nice. Has pools toys, larger ice chest, and kayaks for canal that leads to the ocean if you're up for it. Felt secluded, safe and quiet. Staff and housekeeping were fantastic. A short drive (or really long walk on the beach) to Grace Bay. Car is helpful if you want to venture out (groceries, shopping, finer dining, outings, etc). Would recommend.

The check-in process was super easy easier than anywhere I’ve ever gone. The person in charge of the property was easy to get a hold of very helpful place was very clean. The staff was wonderful very helpful. They’re always on top of the property I don’t have anything really bad to say the only thing that I felt that might be something that I didn’t feel so comfortable with was the fact that the staff can have access to your place when you’re not there to restore towels I would prefer that not being able to happen with the staff, but other than that they were still friendly nothing came up missing they took very good care of the cleaning while I was gone. The place was amazing and I would definitely love to stay here at this Villa again when I return.

Comfortable villa steps away to a beautiful quiet beach with chairs and umbrellas. One reef within swimming distance and Smith’s reef a quick walk down the beach to see colorful fish, turtles and rays.
The villa has two great outdoor areas for meals and happy hour overlooking the canal. Luz was there daily to answer questions and light housekeeping. 5 restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a great villa and everything we needed for an amazing vacation.

Beautifully clean and spacious villa! Well stocked with amenities. The tropical grounds are immaculately kept and are peaceful and quiet. Luz and her team ensure that these villas are well looked after and the grounds feel secure and safe. Great location - short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and the IGA is a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This place hit all the high marks for a laid back beach vacation. Kitchen had everything you could want. Villa was clean, well maintained and great quality for the price and the proper was like a botanical garden with beautiful foliage and flowers. Approx 100 yd walk to one of the best beaches in the world. Very few people on the section where the villas are located. Great kayaking in Turtle Cove. New bikes at the facility. Snorkeling gear. Two minor negatives - personnel weren’t prepared for our arrival and oven did not heat up well; however Luz was helpful meeting our needs. Would definitely recommend and would go back without hesitation.

I stayed with my partner for a week, and in general, the villa was clean, short walk to the beach (across the road, well-lit path at night), and an overall relaxing place to stay. Everyone in charge of running the villa was extremely quick to respond to questions or requests (we asked to borrow snorkels and received two pairs within the hour). Only two small complaints, not worth docking a full star over:
Location (not the villa’s fault):
- a few miles away from the downtown area, you really need to rent a car. We tried renting bikes, but to get to the grocery store you need to cross a highway. Ended up trading in the bikes for a car after a day.
- most of the restaurants and all of the shops are about 3-4 miles away. There’s a handful of restaurants within walking distance, but not enough to last a week.

- we weren’t expecting to make extravagant meals, but we thought there would be more kitchen staples provided than there was (e.g., salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.).
- there were a handful of other spices that we believe other guests probably purchased and left there

Very friendly & amazing onsite staff. The property was perfect for us and so comfortable. We appreciate the king size bed and both air conditioning units. The house had everything you need. Super easy and close access to the beautiful beach was wonderful. Pool was equally clean and beautiful. The question is not if we will go back but rather, when!

Provo truly is paradise! These villas are not super modern but they are well kept. They only thing that upset us was not having the cell phone we were promised so I had to use international calling on my phone. There were also bikes listed for use on the listing but no bikes to be had.... I'd still stay here again though.

First, let me say that the location here was amazing! Right across the street from the beach with several reefs within swimming distance. The road is extremely quiet and the property was also. We rented a car and getting around was very easy. The pool is well maintained and beautiful and the grill worked and was very clean. The location had a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed.
That being said, it feels like the bare minimum is done for upgrades and repairs. What the staff actually has control over is great, what the owners should be responsible for was not. We arrived to find the refrigerator leaking all over the floor. The housekeeper (who is FABULOUS) said the ice was just too full. However, it continued to leak all week. The two pull out sofas were BOTH completely broken. They managed to tie one up with rope for my daughter to sleep on and we could not close it the entire week. The oven did not get to temp so we could not cook in it. The master bedroom is listed as a queen, it is a full (I pointed this out to the host and since have checked if the listing was updating and it has not been so I am mentioning it here). The living room TV never fully turns off so it just glows 24/7 unless you unplug it. The lights on the screened in porch don’t work so you can’t have dinner out there in the evening. Only one of the beach umbrellas is actually functional. There is no in-unit or coin operated laundry, you have to ask the housekeeper to do it for you. I wish this had been specifically stated in the listing when it lists the laundry amenity. Overall, we found it disappointing and not in line with our expectations from the listing.
The last item I will mention is this: before we arrived, the owners answered my emails in hours if not minutes. Once we were there, it took 4 days to get a reply. Had the pull out sofa not been able to be “fixed”, it would have left my adult daughter and I sharing a full size bed and the owners no where to be found. The owner was apologetic and offered a discount on a future booking.
I absolutely hate leaving a less then stellar review but future renters should be able to make their choice based on accurate information of the current state of the property. I hope there are some repairs made so people can enjoy this property for its location in future!

Property is only steps away from the ocean with its ien shared pool. Great value for the space and amenities and location. On site house keepers provides easy check in and check out experience. This area is great for quiet relaxing and snorkeling as Smiths reef is basically a few steps away. The beautiful white sand clear blue water beaches are all within minutes drive if you have a rental car. The villa easily good sleep 6. We went as a couple and felt at home. Very nice stay!

This is an exceptional property in Providenciales. The location is great if you want to be away from all the hubbub from the resorts and close to excellent snorkeling. Very private yet within walking distance to several excellent restaurants. The unit was very comfortable and very clean. You won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely loved this property and our stay here. The villa was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the front porch for relaxing with coffee in the morning and dining at night. And, the balcony porch from the master bedroom had a great view of the canal and stars at night.
The beach access was a very short walk and easy with a beautiful garden pathway. The beach was beautiful and the water as clear as I’ve ever seen. Fully equipped with chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling gear and a reef to snorkel right in front! Also, bicycles are provided as well as kayaks and canoe . I loved kayaking right off of the bank through the canal. We did enjoy the pool in breaks from the beach and grilled steaks there one night!
Several fantastic restaurants are a minute away at the marina.
Luz the on site property manager was so helpful, efficient, and friendly . Quick to help in any way she could.
The property was so beautiful and comfortable, I totally recommend it!!! We miss it already!
