The location was fabulous! The condo was nice & we enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony & look out at the ocean!

My husband needed to be able to use the internet & was not able to. We could only connect 1 cell phone & he could not connect his laptop at all. I contacted with the number I was given for problems & was told to restart the router. We couldn’t find the router & twice I was told they would send someone but no one came.

Nice location, beautiful view of the beach from the balcony, simple decor that was beautiful. The couch was super comfortable. The lounger on the balcony was old but comfortable.

I contacted the provider multiple times over multiple issues. I was given an apology and was assured that they didn’t do business in such a manner. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not wired correctly. The bathroom had multiple issues, including the door knob was falling off, and it was very old. The exhaust fan was very dirty and very dated And did not pull any moisture or odors out of the bathroom. The shower knobs were extremely dated and complicated to use the soap dish had rust and someone’s bar soap in it from a previous rental. The shower curtain had black mold and so did the ceiling housekeeping came to replace the shower curtain. The dryer would not dry her clothes. We called about that right away and was advised that they would be reaching out to a technician. I reached out to them again after not hearing anything back from them and they said they were waiting for the technician to get a hold of them, the repairs were never made to the dryer maintenance. Had a tec came out to check the dryer vent. The technician stated that the flex tube was too long and bent over that did not fix the issues. We had no blankets in the entire unit we contacted the front desk and they would not give us any and said to contact the provider (Vacasa) it took till mid day the next day to get them, the bedspread was similar to a curtain very thin, and it was dirty. It had make up on it, and I don’t wear make up. It obviously was not washed from the previous tenant. this sink disposal in the kitchen late obviously someone knew about it because they put a bowl underneath it to catch the drip after a few days it started stinking. The stove oven was never cleaned out from previous tenants when I used it the one time that we used it is smoked up the entire unit, not one smoke detector went off.

To be honest, the room was full of sand and they didn't change the sheets before we got into our room . There was sand in the sheets . We had to pull everything apart and wash them . I was charged over $300 for room cleaning . Someone is pocketing the money . We won't be back .

my neighbor was being rude saying we were too loud on the balcony . it was only my 5 year old and 2 year old and we were not loud . he was older but made me uncomfortable

the view from the condo was beautiful and the size of the condo was perfect for just the two of us (my husband and myself). we had family staying the floor above us so it was nice to be close

the couch was worn out so sitting in the living room was very uncomfortable. The condo was NOT clean. Please see the pictures I have attached. The filter on the unit has very obviously not been changed in months, both ceiling fans were covered in heavy dust and there was actually mold growing on the air vents. The picture is from the one in the bathroom. Considering this was what I could see it made me VERY concerned about what I could not see or how well the condo had been sanitized prior to our arrival. If I were the owner and was paying for a cleaning service I would be angry if my condo was left in this condition.
