The only problem was the lift did not work until the day I left and the apartment was on the top floor and It’s incredibly hot. The curtains are very light net and a very loud ticking clock.

clean and close to pretty much everything we needed to be near. the host was excellent and very helpful with getting around the city and also helped me get to Ferrari museums by train and taxi.

the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good, we saw a washing machine in the bookings photos but guests were not allowed to use it while staying there. also we would have liked an extra pillow

It had a well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with washing machine and heated towel rack, very comfortable bed, and fold out dining table and chairs. The property managers Loretta and Susy were both very helpful and kind as well, and were very hospitable -- I have never received such amazing service before.

Loreta was a great host, very good comodation in a few minuts from train station.

The location is perfect, easy to reach. The little apartment is equipped with everything necessary, it is very clean and has a comfy bed. Communication with the owner went well.

Great space. Super clean. Full of amenities. Comfy. Near to central station (pretty convenient). 20 mins walk from Downtown.

Lauretta is a wonderful host - thoughtful, caring, available, and attentive. That was the best part of our stay knowing that we can count on her help if we needed guidance. The most important part for us is cleanliness of the place we choose and Soffitta was clean, orderly, and homey. The location is about 10-15 minute walk to the very center and a minute away from the bust stop to the airport and 5 minutes to the train station. This was very convenient. We highly recommend Soffitta and would stay there again when back in the wonderful Bologna.

Hard to find the entrance, which is right next to a bar/cafe with outdoor seating.

I was informed of how to collect the keys. Suzy was waiting for us at the hotel and she helped us settle in. She was so nice that even language wasn't a problem, also Suzy is quite tech savy that she was able to use Google translate to help us out.

Everything was perfect! And the staff lovely! They were great and warm people! I loved every detail!

The hosts were spectacular! Very friendly and kind, and the small issue we had they sorted out immediately depsite the holiday. The room is very cute and comfortable, and perfect for a few days or even a week. Just across the train tracks from the old city, which made it a slightly cheaper and less touristy area, but still within easy walking distance to everything. I'd happily come back anytime!

Lovingly decorated, cozy and very convenient if you’re coming from the main train station. Nice little bar downstairs with free wifi, amazing patisserie round the corner. Kitchenette has everything you might need.

It gets a bit noisy at night/early morning, but it’s normal for the area and for a city like Bologna

Room was very nice and comfortable. The host is also very friendly and accommodating.

The only downside was a smell coming from the bathroom which was a bit off-putting.

The owner is very friendly and the apartment is clean. It is just 10 min walk from the train station
