We have stayed in many condos in gulf shores and orange beach. This was our first stay at Phoenix on the Bay and it was wonderful! This condo specifically had the most amazing view of the Bay.. pictures don’t do it justice. We have 3 small children but the condo and balcony were so spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other and they loved the pool and lazy river! We will definitely be staying here again! One of my favorite trips!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. We vacation at POB several times a year. This condo has an amazing view! Bonus was watching the boats head through the pass for the Marlin Tournament. Also, viewed a beautiful fireworks show! Blessed to spend time with our family making memories.

This is our third time stay here we love this location. We bring our boat and love that we can keep an eye on it. The condo is nice. Could use a few more items in The kitchen maybe a crockpot. But overall very clean and well kept.

The condo was a great place for the entire family! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning. We watched dolphins play in the bay and saw several amazing sunsets and a breathtaking sunrise!

We have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay many times. We love the location and the lazy River. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in there. Only a couple of issues, the balcony door in the master suite wouldn’t open and a barking dog woke us up every morning around 6:30.

We spent a short beach vacation with our grandchildren form West Virginia. The property was spotlessly clean and offered amazing views of the Bay. The children enjoyed the Lazy River and pool areas. The other guests were quiet and respectful.

We live in Orange Beach and booked this condo for our Wedding weekend.
The location and views were amazing. I got my hair and makeup done in the condo and the lighting from the windows were perfect. Phoenix on the Bay is amazing. The only thing was you had to pay Phoenix on the Bay for each parking pass. It wasn't that big of a deal since it was communicated in the email but was just surprised because I'm not aware of other condos in the area that do this.

We had an amazing week at this property. It was so clean, spacious, amazing views, and the pool area was a hit for my 3 kids. Close to everything in Orange Beach as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!!

Excellent Condo and vacation spot
Property was clean and very nice. All the amenities one would need for a peaceful vacation. Pheonix on the Bay has a nice pool area with a relaxing lazy river. Highly recommended.

Great view
This place was amazing. The view was spectacular! Everything was very nice. We brought our boat and loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee(am) wine (pm). Watching all the boat traffic. The place was super clean and the grounds were well kept. Hope to be back with family next year.

Family Vacation in Orange Beach
This condo was a good site for us to get together as a family and relax. Unfortunately, we got off to a bad start when we could not get a straight answer about when we could check in and how to get the door code.
After that, we enjoyed the condo and the location . We had lots of room and it was nicely appointed. The kitchen lacked some necessary items such as measuring cups, and mixing bowls. The frying pan was small and inadequate to cook for five persons.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we did have a good time and would consider a return in the future.

Great view of bay
The condo was great. Very clean and very spacious. Pool and lazy River are very nice and the view of the bay was awesome! Just ten minutes from beach and we went every morning and then poolside in afternoon. If you need extra sleeping space, the air mattress in the master closet was very comfortable. We pulled out the sofa beds and they were awful. You could feel the springs of the mattress digging into your body so definitely use the air mattresses instead. They are very nice. Overall it is a great condo with the best view!!!

Another good visit to Phoenix By The Bay
The mattresses were NOT comfortable. There may be AC
condensate which travels trhough pipes in the lst bath on
the left of the hallway. It is definitely noticeable and kept us from sleeping. There are kitchen items like cookie sheets, cake pans, serving dishes etc. which are not included. The physical appearance of the property has returned to pre-Covid, post-Sally and that's great.

Alabama Getaway was wonderful to work with. Unit was clean and the view was amazing. Kitchen was lacking in cookware (no sheet pans/cookie sheet) but we borrowed from friends. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay except our last evening.
We always have a great time at this property. This time however, the AC went out on Saturday afternoon, but the management was very responsive and had a technician sent over promptly, and had the AC working before we went to bed.

I would like to thank the Owner, Management and Staff of Phoenix On The Bay Unit 1322 . Everything was Wonderful ! We enjoyed the Luxury of the Condo, The Lazy River, Pools and Indoor Jaquzzi were a hit with the kids. We will definitely re-book this location in the future !
