The room is compact but comfortable. Perfect for visiting the lake ad gorge. The swim pool is nice. Very good breakfast.

The host was super friendly. Room was small, however we had an outdoor patio to ourselves. Breakfast was basic, but good. The host recommended a great restaurant in town and offered lots of tips. We felt very welcome by the host who provided lots of advice on sights to see in the area. Pool was nice and lit up at night.

Some more space in the room and a coffee maker.

We were very impressed with everything about our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We had everything that we needed. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of different options.

Very nice and quiet place for relaxing your spirits. The property is awesome. Breakfast quality is also awesome.One should must visit in this property. You will feel like a home.

We like everything in this property, room, services and location.

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Verdon Gorge area. The host is gracious and kind. He called to offer us a massage, sauna and hot tub during our visit. He also helped us book a wonderful & delicious meal at La Truffe in the nearby town of Aups. Check-in was easy, he explained how everything worked patiently and even brought us a bottle of wine for our hot tub/sauna. He has a beautiful sheep dog that was super well behaved and very friendly.

Arrival was a little unusual as there is not intercom for the gate, but it was only a moments confusion. It's a little far away from restaurants and night life, so be prepared to drive on the twisty mountain roads to go anywhere for the evening.

location is excellent between the Luberon, Moustier and the gorges du Verdon .

Nice welcome Caring host

The location of the hotel was perfect for access to the lake and all the local villages. I would say you ideally need a car to get around to towns and villages but the lake itself with facilities is within walking distance. Breakfast was a small buffet style with plenty of options of fruit bread cheeses yoghurts jams etc but no meat. The hosts were amazing in everyway. extremely friendly and accommodating and made you feel really welcomed and looked after the entire time without being in the way. The hotel is exceptionally clean in every area and the pool is a real treat in the late afternoons and evenings. Its a stunning view everywhere you look in the area.

There is really very little to dislike about Chabassole its the perfect little hide away that's ideally located for everywhere on the lake and the verdon area. The only thing I would say as a carnivore is a little meat at breakfast would have made it perfect !

The room was very comfprtable and clean. There is small kitchen if someone wants to cook. The host is very lovely and funny, made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was AMAZING! The lake is just across the road!

We received the warmest welcome during an incredible rainstorm… arrived late which were accommodated with (as we sat where I’m from) true Aloha. A wonderful breakfast too!

The most amazing BnB! The location was absolutely incredible - just steps from the Gorge du Verdon. The pool is stunning! Eric (the owner) was so kind, friendly, and helpful - he gave us advice on what to do in the area and even helped us to rent a boat. 10/10!!!

The hosts are very caring and flexible, the house is very nice with every thing you need for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Every thing was very clean and the garden the prettiest.

Great place to stay to explore the Gorge du Verdon. Fantastic, supernice, multilingual hosts. Excellent room, good airconditioning, pool, fridge and micro available. 5 minutes walk to the lake
