The location is great for the magical combination of nature in the mountains and the sea.The facilities of the property are great, very clean very well maintained. I couldn't thing anything in need that wasnt provided.The stuff kind and discreet always willing and helpfull to make us feel more welcomed....like home! We were very pleased to have around us the cat and the dogs, the swittest pets!

Location and sunrise!!

We stayed as a family of 5 for 4 nights in the Valeria Villa. The inside of the villa is exactly like shown in the pictures we saw on the website, very beautiful. The villa is very well equipped and modern. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinners (if you want). A big fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine -all very useful if you are staying as a family for a few days. The villa was clean , spacious (2 floors) and very comfortable. The owner was helpful and always available for questions. He sent us many options and suggestions for things to do in the area during our stay. The outside sitting area is also great.We didn't use the swimming pool as it was still a bit too cold but I'm sure in the summer it's great. Also plenty of room to sit and eat outside. The view from outside is to the sea which was lovely. The location is great for travelling around the area. In the village there are a few taverns. A minimarket at the entrance was also useful. We had a relaxing stay in the villa and we enjoyed it a lot. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Pelio.

The internet was sometimes a bit weak but nothing too bad.

Charming place, first class level and service, and outstanding assistance of the owner in every question and problem. We, a family of 15, including children, loved the place

The property owner was super helpful from the beginning! He shared with us all his knowledge about the location, activities we could do, places to eat etc and he was super helpful in terms of arranging extra space on the property at the last minute when we ended up bringing one more person with us! Overall everything we needed he helped us find! It was an excellent experience and the houses were beautiful and super clean! We cooked a New Years Eve dinner and the kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed! Can't wait to go back! I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Pelio!

3rd bedroom is inside the 2nd bedroom and way to small to.be called a bedroom! Smell of stuffiness in the basement were the 2 bedrooms were. Windows needed to stay open at all times.

We loved everything. the location is great, near to all the main beaches, the room is very cozy and comfortable,, having a living room that you can seat and relax, and a fully equiped kitchen, is a real bonus. above all- vassilis the host was highly available and assisted with many good recommendation. we shall be back for sure!

A new fabulous, fully equipped house, built in very high standard, large, comfortable, the basement floor is a perfect romantic apartment, the main floor has very large living area, a table for dinner kitchen with almost everything you need, a sleeping room and bathroom. The yard us pleasent and the pool and surrounding are beautiful.

We love everything.
