Stylish 2-bedroom air-conditioned apartment with communal pools, near the beach
Appartement de luxe à 2 lits très souhaitable et climatisé (construit en 2008) avec un mobilier moderne et une atmosphère contemporaine. Les piscines communes, l'aire de jeux pour enfants et l'espace barbecue en font un lieu de villégiature idéal pour des vacances en famille. Les piscines sont fermées pour la sécurité et la protection des enfants. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur Vale of Parra. Le salon contient un canapé en cuir 2 places et un canapé-lit 2 places, TV LCD, lecteur DVD et DVD. Les chambres comprennent un lit double et 2 lits simples, avec placards, dont une en suite. Il y a un parking sécurisé pour une voiture dans le parking souterrain. L'appartement se trouve à quelques minutes des plages populaires de Guia et à 10 minutes en voiture du célèbre centre commercial de l'Algarve et des magasins d'usine adjacents. Les autres attractions à proximité incluent Zoomarine et le parc aquatique Aqualand à quelques minutes en voiture de l'appartement. Un service Meet-and-Greet gratuit est disponible, et si nécessaire, un transport peut être réservé pour vous emmener directement de et vers l'appartement.

This is a really great property, located in a nice quiet area with a great pool and close to the beach and a variety of shops and safe parking.
We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Derek the owner when we bumped into him into the underground car park.
WiFi is good and it's nice to have a washing and drying machine and dishwasher too.

The apartment is large and well looked after. There were ample cooking utensils, saucepans etc for self catering.
The complex has 2 lovely pools and they weren't super busy at all.

Nice appartment with private parking under the appartment. nice swinmmingpool to cool off and nice beds to lay on in the sun.
2 bathrooms were nice because we were there with 2 couples. Only the bed was very hard, but it slept well.

Absolutely perfect for us!!
From start to finish the communication with Derek (owner) and Terry (manager in Portugal) was brilliant; full of advice and answered every question we asked.
We were able to check in early as the family before us left the day before so that was brilliant.
The property itself was just perfect for our family (of 2 adults and 2 small children) not just in size but facilities too. Having the extra bathroom was great. The kitchen had all the accessories you would need and there was even basics left there such as cooking oil and washing up liquid, even coffee and tea!!
The gated pool and play area are metres from your front door which we found great and the kids loved it. The pool was amazing for small children as one is only shallow and my youngest could go in without armbands (under constant supervision!!) and his confidence grew as a result. The larger pool was great for diving, playing and had plenty if room even when it got busier around mid afternoon. Both were immaculately clean as were the grounds.
The front door is extremely secure having a 4 bolt lock so you can feel super safe being on the ground floor. The back is more first floor due the ground being on a hill and was super secure too. The safe is a good bonus. I was at peace with everything and never needed anything more.
There's a coffee and pastry shop just down the stairs at the back of the grounds which does beautiful coffee. We got takeaway cups for round the pool. There is an Aldi 250m from the back also. We used Uber as a preference over the cab office just by the pastry shop although they were great when we did use them in the first 2 days but Uber were alot cheaper and arrived within 3 minutes usually.
The closest beaches (Galé and Salgados) were beautiful, clean and we always found a good spot with plenty of eateries in reach.
We would be happy to return anytime!!!

An amazing place to stay close to all amenities and within a short distance of all that is great on the algarve - strongly recommend the property and the owner to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay - 10 out of 10 !

Top and bottom gate
Our only issue was the bottom gate did not work all week. The top gate did not work Sunday on arriving. Other than that all okay.

Fantastic Location
We enjoyed our stay. The location was super, very close to most of the interesting places like the Marina Albufeira, Zoo marine and Lagoa was closeby by car. I would recommend the waterpacks in Lagoa, the kids had lots of fun there. This are is close to beautiful beaches.

Not quite luxury. Construction work in the complex.
Is is advertised as a luxury 2 bedroom apartment. This is why I think it isn't luxury.
- Only 3 of the 4 rings on the hob worked.
- The one external shutter, did not go fully up, so every time you went to the balcony, you had to duck.
- Is bathrooms were not as clean as they could be, (everywhere else was fine)
- For me the beds were hard and very creaky, I had a bad back most morning's (Other people might like a hard bed, just not me)
Now for the good points
- The kitchen was well equipped (even had, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc.)
- A good choice of TV channels
- You own underground parking space
- 25 minute walk to the beach (Gale beach was our favourite)
- a great pool, though it was a little cold in October.
- Cabanitas bar opposite
Our general overview.
The apartment was a little noisy, as it is near a busy road junction, but most of the noise came from the complex itself as there was construction work going on for 5 days out of our 7 night stay (they only stopped at the weekend). Jack-hammers were going off from 8AM to 5PM most days. I do realise that this work had to be done, but I am sure they would have given the owners plenty of notice and we should have been informed before we travelled, NOT when we arrived.
I am certain that I would have given it a higher rating, if the construction work wasn't happening, but from the state the site was in when we left (18/10/18), I would say there is another couple of weeks work, but maybe less noisy.
We still had a great holiday, but it could have been so much better.

Enjoyed our stay .
Well equipped apartment on a lovely complex, with a great pool. Close to lots of good restaurants, and lovely beaches not too far away. The new patisserie by the complex does very reasonable cakes and rolls, and we would recommend it, coffee and cakes for 3 cost 6 euros
The road nearby has become much busier since our last visit to this complex and is quite noisy, otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Nice property in a really good location
The property was just what we were hoping for. Having stayed in this area on a number of occasions we had a good idea what we were looking for and this property fitted the bill perfectly for the 5 of us.
On the plus side, location, underground car parking facilities, proximity to the pool and play area, proximity to other amenities including shops and restaurants, good size apartment.
What could have been better...
A number of things in the apartment weren’t working as they should: extractor fan in kitchen; safety deposit box; one of the shutters over the doors; bidet. Little things really that didn’t have a major impact but nevertheless were not as they should have been. The property also lacked some basic cleaning and kitchen apparatus.
Overall the holiday was really enjoyable and we’d certainly consider this place again. The complex itself tended to be quiet in the morning and very busy some afternoons. The pool security may as well not have been there as others than stopping toddlers from using inflatables didn’t enforce any of the other so called rules including drinking, smoking and loud music.

Great base to explore local area
Nice two bedroom apartment with plenty of room for four adults.
Everything you needed for a holiday in the sun, great pool area with plenty of sun beds, local bars, cafes and restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance.

Great apartment on small complex
Well equipped apartment a few feet away from communal pool. No trouble getting a sunbed ! Owner is very very helpful before arrival, and arrangements to be met on arrival by Terry all went to plan. Apartment very clean and everything you could need is there. Pool area and surroundings very clean, small supermarket 3 minutes walk away, so if you want a quiet week away by a pool, this is a great place to stay. We had very high temperatures whilst here so the aircon was invaluable. Some excellent restaurants in walking distance, Nearest beach is 30 minutes walk away and Albufeira a 10-12 Euro taxi ride away. We didn’t bother with hire car and used taxis all the time for any trips out,but if you want to explore the area more a car would be essential. Aqualand waterpark is 15 minutes away, get tickets before you go off internet for 50% discount. Albufeira old town well worth an evening visit. Would highly recommend Prima Pasti nearby for a meal, reasonably priced and excellent quality food. Overall a great weeks stay and would highly recommend to others

Casa com excelentes condições perto da piscina e com uma churrasqueira partilhada muito limpa.
A piscina está em óptimo estado e tem bastantes espreguicadeiras.
Único entrave para algumas pessoas foi que todos os contatos formam em inglês.
Estamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia e aconselhamos.

Superb apartment in lovely area
Air con is superb and was much needed when a heatwave up to 39 occurred and kept our kids nice and cool.
The apartment is very well equipped and secure with shutters, the kids part is seconds away as are both pools which are very well kept.
Supermarket is ten mins walk as is more bars and restaurants. We walked with our kids (in buggies) from here to gale beach many nights which was stunning.
Derek is an absolutely wonderful host and the transfer company he arranged for us was also absolutely perfect. We will return!

Brillant Holiday
Had a fantastic stay at these apartments this summer, so clean and well equipped. Derek was very helpful with my many enquiries. Large pool and lots of sun loungers. Great for kids as there as kids pool and play area with swings and slides. Close to shops and restaurants. Rented a scooter for the week and it was only a 10 minute drive to old town. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Great holiday - great apartment
We had such a great holiday. The apartment was really well equipped. We had a 4 year old and a new born with us and it was like being at home. My 4 year old absolutely loved the pool and there were plenty of Sun loungers around it. There are loads of lovely restaurants nearby (prima pasta being my absolute favourite) and we rented a car and went to albufeira few times. We also did a few day trips. We went to zoo marine which is absolutely brilliant for adults and children 😊 overall we just had a really great holiday and we're already looking into booking flights for next year. 😁😎

Perfect Vacation!
As 2 single ladies in our 40’s from the US we have travelled extensively in the US, Caribbean and Europe. I can honestly say this was one of my best vacations ever. The apartment was perfect – lovely and clean, well maintained, comfortable furnishings and surround sound Radio & TV was an unexpected bonus! We rented a car and loved the convenience of the parking garage. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool was literally outside the apartment door. Derek, the owner was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and gave us some great recommendations of places to go. The location was ideal for us – very peaceful compared to the madness of downtown Albufeira, yet close enough (10 minute car ride) to get there when we wanted to go. It was about a fifteen minute walk to Gale Beach – which is just breath taking! There are at least 10 restaurant/pubs within walking distance of the Apartment complex – we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere – although Prima Pasta and A Sardinha were favorites! Cabinista’s serves a great English breakfast daily and is a great hangout at nighttime. If you prefer to stay in and cook, the apartment has a great fully furnished kitchen and there are 3 supermarkets very close by. They weather was also so perfect – beautifully hot and sunny with a perfect cooling Atlantic Breeze. I fell in love with the locals who treated us so warmly. I highly recommend this spot (in fact I already have) and look forward to returning next year!

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, corresponding in the totally to the description given in the ad. The outdoor spaces are great, with fresh air, peace and tranquillity. Although we need a mean of transport, the location is good because we can choose several beaches located nearby.
