Our family stayed for Thanksgiving week and connected with local family members. The home with two living rooms was ideal for our needs, Janet was awesome communicator, coming by the day after we checked in to show us highlights of the home. We were all happy campers.

Visited Del Mar for the horse racing with friends for a week. The place was great and met our needs perfectly. Janet met us for check in and have your if the house. They also own a great restaurant named Ki’s that I would highly recommend! Great food and great service!

This was a great experience. We have been renting beach houses for over 30 years. Proximity to the sand has always been our priority. But in this case, it was an added plus to have a home that was cared for and tended to by it’s owner as more than just a rental. By this I mean, comfortable beds, great kitchen supplies and TLC. It is a place we plan on returning to again and again.

Lots of room, amenities, close to beach and restaurants. Friendly host, easy process. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house is just a few minutes from the beach - it couldn’t be more convenient. It is well-stocked, as far as beach supplies, and the kitchen was complete with modern appliances. It is spacious enough to have multiple people without having to worry about there not being a bathroom for someone to use. Would recommend to any family looking for a beach trip.

Janet’s house in Del Mar was perfect for our family. 6 adults, 1 teen, 1 infant. Very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed plus more. Janet is a gracious host and so easy to communicate with. Very close to easy beach access! Beach is very clean! There is a dog beach & dog park within walking distance. Love the Del Mar area!

This place was great! The house is set up well for a large family or even 2 smaller families. Easily accommodated our family of 10....and the beach is a minute walk away, you can hear the tide at night! The owner is super personable and prompt to answer any questions during your stay. Her home is very organized (complete with beach towels, toys, chairs, wagon and boogie boards) and tidy. Loved our visit, we would definitely return!

We had a great time at this property. There are so many special touches that the entire trip was both fun and worry free, even with a boat load of kids in tow. We'd definitely stay here again.

Large comfortable space with great views and great location. Includes a parking space and the rental is very private. Owner was very friendly, accommodating and responded to communication quickly. Great for a family.

The owner or owner’s family lives on the first floor.The place is very beautiful with lots of great comfort items: great wood-looking floors, very comfortable leather recliners, multiple big screen TVs, fully stocked kitchen with modern cooking supplies, modern washer/dryer, a large balcony with a dining table and sitting area, and a beautiful hot-tub on the ground floor outside. There is probably even more than I’m not thinking of. It’s much nicer than most VRBOs that I have stayed at.Janet, the owner, was extremely nice and extremely helpful. She even tracked down a few extra items that we needed.And, most importantly, the beach is only a block away.This place is really a steal for the price.

Lots of room and great location. Great kitchen, awesome outdoor deck, lots of beach stuff in garage with easy way to clean using outside hose and shower. Landlord was very nice and helpful.

Across the street from the beach and enough space for a large family or several guests. Great house.

The property is quite large with multiple living areas. Lots of great areas you can easily walk to - bars, restaurants, shops, park and of course the beach. Bedrooms are large and a big plus is 3 bathrooms! Owner is very amenable and makes herself available, if needed. Great sunsets available, too!

Great place for a large party such as our family reunion. Plenty of space for both group activities and secret places for those who want quiet time. AC in the back rooms were nice, particularly with warmer than normal temperatures during our stay. Walk to the beach and downtown Del Mar was easy. Janet was a great host!

Janet was extremely helpful and gracious! Would definitely rent this cute place again!
