Mise à part que c’est proche du marché, absolument RIEN.

Accueil glacial même pas bonjour lors du check in; hôtel très très moche. Nous avions réservé une chambre de 13 m2, elle ne dépassait pas 8m2; à l’accueil ils s’en fichent. Il n’y a que des chinois dans cet hôtel horrible ; les serviettes de toilettes sont minuscules. Photos des chambres sur booking hyper trompeuses bref un hôtel à éviter absolument car aucun service et aucune qualité ; en plus 30 degrés dans la chambre et la Clim qui ne marche pas donc fenêtre ouverte et des moustiques… 2 nuits horribles dans cet hôtel horrible ; on déconseille fortement et c’est très rare. Pas de réponse de booking sur la surface de la chambre qui n’est pas respectée…

Cleanliness of the room and housekeeping. Near to Olle night market. Can store a=our luggage even check out or check in earlier. Staff are well spoken in other languange.

Escalators always full everytime

Lovely hotel on Jeju island. The room was spacious and clean, plus had a nice view of the city and ocean. Easily connected to buses to explore the island, and some really cool spots to check out near by.

Perfect location. Cosy room with beautiful view from the window to the town and sea.

The hotel provides a good experience at a reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable. The 24-hour front desk made checking out at an early hour convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located in terms of local transportation (the bus system).

Nice, clean room. Decent size. A lot of options for breakfast. Perfect to stay for couple of nights. 7-11 in the building what is very handy. Reception is not available 24/7 what can be difficult especially when your flight is delayed, we barely made it exactly 5 min before the end of check-in time

Staff didn't speak any english and were very confused with all the additional questions. Parking situation- not too great. We had to use public parking which is free only at the certain hrs. Property doesn't have parking

There wasn't a remote for the air conditioner. It was okay overall, but I would have preferred to have a remote and choose when to turn it on and off, not to have it turning on and off every several minutes.

- Friendly, English speaking staff. Had a last minute change of plans to my trip and they were very helpful and accommodating - There’s a 7-Eleven convenience store literally inside the hotel - A/C in the room - Fresh towels & bottled water left in a bag outside my room when I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door - Good location - Excellent view of the city and Hallasan from my window - Luggage storage available after checkout

- Laundry facilities were out of use when I was there, although they looked like pretty good, modern machines, so would imagine they’re very good when they’re available for use - Quite a lot of mosquitos. Tried my best to spray them, but still seemed to get bitten a few times in the night

Got a free room upgrade and had an amazing view. Very very nice place to stay , I ended up extending my stay twice

No new bed sheets even I asked for it The lighting and especially the location of the light switches in the room were a bit strange ..

Fantastic value for money and the staff were really friendly. Great location to travel and see all the local sites. Wanted to stay another night and was no problem. The rooms are compact but for the price I can't find any fault. If I ever came back I'd definitely stay again. Incredibly clean and comfortable.

Lots of mosquito when first checking in the room, but upon using the mosquito spray it gets better.

I made a room reservation at midnight, but I selected the wrong check-in time when submitting the order. However, the hotel quickly confirmed the reservation. I immediately sent an email requesting to modify the check-in time, but the hotel continued to ignore it. It wasn't until the next day when we called the hotel that the front desk initially agreed to allow the modification, but then a man with a rude attitude stated that it couldn't be changed and asked me to contact the platform. He then hung up the phone.

I will continue to communicate with the platform and file a complaint regarding the hotel's poor attitude and handling of the issue.

The automatic light

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the market. Easy to access food and markets. Room is tiny, but as comfortable as it gets for what you pay. Hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are helpful enough.

The measly parking lot has only room for like 6 cars, and they will direct you to park at the public carpark near the market. Hotel supposedly has a laundry room, but it wasn't working during our stay.

Location very strategic and very close to search restaurant and goods at market.

Room to small, toilet seat not proper close, dust on air con also washroom.

Very lively location, well worth booking breakfast very good selection of things to eat. Rooms cleaned daily.

Even though the room was a single it was pretty small but you get what you paid for.

It was close to convenience store and a nice park. Beds were comfortable and staff were nice.

The toilet stank of sewerage and as the rooms are small the smell filtered out even with the toilet lid closed and bathroom door shut. There was mould spots in shower and dried snot? on the shower wall.

limited car parking facility, room/bed a bit small, no air con during our stay and room was really hot in the afternoon, no bath towel and each person gets 2 hand towel, no segregation of bathing area and rest of bathroom and as a result the entire bathroom was 'flooded' after bathing.

The room should be aired beforehand cos it was very hot when we arrived in the evening yesterday… The air conditioner is non-operational as it is still considered winter time… The window is small, so it took quite a bit of time to cool the room 😆 The bathroom is very small and there is no proper shower enclosure, so water splashed everywhere during shower time. A shower curtain would be nice 😊

the location is the best just 2 min walk from the food market. the room provided everything i need and clean, a bit small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. they also offer laundry room at the basement floor which is really convenience.

the car parking is quite limited. make sure you arrive the hotel early to get the lot 😉.
