Very clean, very comfortable and really nifty aspects like the photo heaters, the electronic tablet lifter function and the fold up bed. Brilliant having the option of Netflix on the TV too. Cant fault anything at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay.. Cannot really fault anything. All I would say I perhaps having a step for the bed, I could get onto the bed fine but it was higher than most beds. However.. it was insanely comfortable!

Cosy, quiet and perfect for a couples night away. All amenities covered including gas bbq!

Bed was a little uncomfy but appreciate we are in a small hut!

The location was beautiful and peaceful. A very cosy place and well equipped. Unfortunately for us there was a power cut which then left us with no means to have breakfast. The owner came and clarified it was a power cut rather than a fault with the hut but offered no other help than that. (unsure if they had gas at their property) But for future maybe consider a gas hob so not to be left completely helpless as we were. Had to seek breakfast elsewhere at extra cost.

Overall the cleanliness of the place was good, however could do with a bit more attention to detail ie the windows had children’s hand prints all over them, and the main lights were dusty and had cobwebs on them. The use of the shower really needs sorting out, whilst it does say you only get 3 minutes of hot water, the first minute the water is so hot you couldn’t stand under it didn’t leave a lot of time once you were finally able to use it. Subsequent users then had to wait for it to warm up again. Or not if you have a power cut.

lovely location if a little difficult to find ( owners do send detailed directions but either way you come in you can turn right onto pound lane & both ways has forest road - we ended up doing a big loop) but hosts have tried to think of everything.

unbearable hot, a fan would be a simple addition & opening the curtains to a youngster staring & a dog at the front door was a bit of a surprise

The host was lovely and the luxury hut was perfect!

I booked this for me and my husband to spend some much needed time together and it ties in with our anniversary! With both of us working full time and having 4 children we dont get much time together. I wanted something peaceful and relaxing and thats exactly what we got! The owners of this shepards hut have literally thought of everything we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be booking again!

lovely secluded and peaceful location surrounded by wildlife and birdsong, and so close to New Forest heaths and woods. Hut really well kitted out, lovely facilities.

Simply amazing, so well appointed with everything we needed to make a comfortable stay. Even a wardrobe!

Cosy, comfy and warm and in a beautiful setting. Very friendly host who welcomed us. Great peaceful secluded place to escape.

Almost perfect except the hot water doesn't last very long, so quick showers only.

fantastic location and views from the decking just fabulous . stunning hut with everything you need in one place . Darren couldn’t be helpful enough and we will return again
