Great location right on the lake with amazing views. Direct access to the water. Ideal for swimming as well, with clear water and a slow decent to deep water. The kayaks were an added bonus and in good condition. We had fun watching movies in the downstairs family room while it was raining and playing games in the livingroom in the evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked as well which was extremely helpful. The house was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family vacation before the kiddos go back to school. We will definitely return next summer...I can't wait.

As always this home is clean and comfortable. The stairs were easy for my disabled mother and for the littles in the family. Staci is great to work with and my family and I are thankful that she shares her home with us. 10/10!

We loved the property! Great house with all accommodations! Kids loved the games and all the space with the bunk beds. Clean and very well taken care of. The lake is beautiful and steps from the house. Quiet and calm water. You can float on a raft all day! Can’t wait to return!

It was perfect for our family of 11. Something to do for all ages. Enjoyed the time together and the house and amenities were perfect

We had a wonderful stay! 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space for all of us. Gorgeous views all around! Crystal clear waters. Would highly recommend staying here. We would book again.

Being on the water was wonderful. Sitting on the porches was so nice. We all enjoyed the view. Kids and grandkids loved the kayaks and swimming. Games were a great addition to the house also. The king size bed was very comfortable but others in the house could be improved, especially the bunk beds.

Two stories with wall of windows facing the lake. Decks above and below with comfortable seating. Inside-quality construction with modern appliances. Slightly sloping, somewhat irregular path to the water. Beach is rocky but perfect with water shoes.

This place is fantastic. I hope to stay here again. This place has the best stocked kitchen we've ever encountered and the host was amazing. We really didn't want to leave the back yard to visit the surrounding area!

We originally stayed at the house in 2020 with my parents, my husband and my twins. It was just the perfect location, easy walk to the water, and the house had everything we needed. We were so excited to go back this year for spring break! Our favorite times were when the deer would come and try to steal the bird seed from the backyard bird feeder. They were adorable. It was a very relaxing, beautiful getaway.
And only a few hours from Kansas City for us!

Thank you so much! Decided to jaunt down for a little spring break with our college aged children for a few days! House was perfectly accomidating, beautiful and peaceful. We all slept very well! Weather was cold so being able to make a fire in the fireplace while sitting and watching a movie of an evening was very nice. We did have 3 deer visitors one evening which was really neat too. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake was always breathtaking! We couldn't have asked for a better place just to get away from the norm for a bit, and get a recharge. Would definitely love to stay again if ever back in the area!

Two grandparents, two daughters, 3 grandchildren all had a wonderful time for 5 days. A very comfortable, well-equipped home, plenty of beds and privacy, right on the lake, good parking, a kitchen to die for, heating and cooling control the best I've ever seen, a place we could all live in permanently. It is better than the pictures show. And Staci is an angel: so helpful, always available and responsive, and so considerate. It is past 5 stars: Give it 6 or 7.

Wonderful
Great access to lake and loved the kayaks. Very clean house and fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Roads are curvy to get there but not busy streets and were able to take walks in the morning. Would recommend this for any family or multiple families for a great Lake get away!

We rented this property recently and everything from beginning to end was absolutely perfect! The owner contacted me and was so easy to visit with and so helpful. She was also available for any questions during the stay. The pictures of this house do not do it justice! It is gorgeous! What a beautiful spot on the lake. We kayaked every day, fished off the shore, made use of the nice grill and the fire pit area for Smores. The house is fully stocked with everything and then some. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great time on your property, the lake was close but far enough, with little kids around. We saw deer and lots of different birds! The kitchen had everything we needed as well! The property owner was very accessible and helpful, which we really appreciated! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and a child. We went on a few hikes, saw Eureka Springs, and went striper fishing with a guide, my spouse and I caught a 30lb and a 20lb. Lots to do in the area! We will be back!!

Excellent house
We stayed here over our Thanksgiving holiday. You will likely not find a cleaner and more well stocked house. The location is serene and relaxing. The water was of course too cold to enjoy but our kids loved playing on the beach and spending time around a bonfire. A really great house, host, and location. Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Beaver lake! This home is absolutely beautiful. Lots of space! We brought my mother-in-law and brother and sister-in-law and it had plenty of room to share without feeling cramped. The beach area was so nice and we especially enjoyed feeding the deer in the morning. Definitely want to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the water!

We had a wonderful time at "a shore thing". Wonderful communication before and during the stay. We loved the huge shoreline, which was clear of big rocks. Caught a few nice catfish right off the shore. The kayaks were great, just wish we had a paddleboard. Wonderful area and we will be back for sure.

Better than expected!
We knew we loved the property as soon as we saw the photos, but it was so much better in person. The water access and kayaks were the highlights of our fantastic week. Thank you Staci for sharing your home with us!

We will stay here again! Owners very easy to contact, access to the lake was fantastic, view was wonderful, so many extras compared to other rentals, games, lots of kitchen supplies, extra bedding and towels, house set up was great for our 2 families. We were very pleased.
If you rent a boat Starkey's is closer by water, but Lost bridge is only a 10 min drive, there boats are not in great shape though.

A perfect weeks stay with friends. The gentle slope to the water made swimming and water sports easy. Stacey, the host, was a great communicator and made the process very easy. The house was very clean, nice and accommodated our party easily. I would certainly stay there again.
