Unique Waterfront Beach House, 1 mile from Friday Harbor
Ce chalet de deux chambres nouvellement construit est à seulement un mile de la ville de Friday Harbor, mais offre un moyen idéal pour s'évader de tout avec une cour arrière luxuriante qui donne sur l'océan avec une vue incroyable sur Jackson Beach.
L'île de San Juan est célèbre pour ses plages, et à marée basse, vous pouvez descendre de la digue sur la propriété et traverser pour explorer à votre guise.
Lorsque vous avez terminé votre journée, le bruit de l'eau qui coule doucement à l'extérieur vous endormira.
Construit en 2018, la maison est un confortable 1 000 pieds carrés avec deux chambres et un lit mural queen personnalisé haut de gamme sur le côté du salon. Cuisine complète, laveuse, sécheuse et accès Internet sont tous fournis.
Le joyau de l'espace est la vue depuis le salon et les chambres à travers Jackson Beach au sud. Ils sont dégagés et inoubliables.
Vous serez situé sur l'une des seules rivières d'eau salée de l'ouest des États-Unis, une curiosité naturelle fascinante où l'eau douce se fond avec le sel, puis reflue avec les marées.
La maison contient également une exposition d'outils et de pointes de flèches trouvés sur le site archéologique voisin datant de 2500 à 5000 ans.
D'autres propriétaires ont accès à des espaces communs à proximité, mais l'accès à la cour et à la plage est entièrement privé.

This house was perfect for our visit. The location was convenient to the town, being right on water was so fun, and the house itself was clean and full of games for the kids. The owner was very easy to get hold of. A great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had e bikes and found the ride to the town was great. The ride out to the cattle point light house was a little precarious as the road was very busy and not the best for bikers. We had fun watching the salt river during the tide changes.

We very much enjoyed our stay. A mile from Friday Harbor and a very unique location on the water. We saw an otter, seal, eagles and heron sitting out in the chairs adjacent to the water.

This is the second time with have stayed at this beautiful location. The wildlife we saw right from our bedroom windows was amazing!!! Eagles, great blue herons, a couple of loons, kingfishers, numerous water birds, deer, and a couple of foxes too! We brought our kayaks and had a lot of fun paddling right from this property. Highly recommend!!!

The house was everything I wanted it to be…the view from the back was amazing, and where I spent almost all weekend. The perfect home base to explore the wonderful island. Cannot recommend enough!!

The Cannery Row house couldn’t have been better! The location and views were amazing and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting out back watching the birds and sunrises. Nicely stocked kitchen where we enjoyed cooking. We didn’t want to leave during the day to explore as we were so comfortable and relaxed in this home. Thanks for a great stay!

We traveled to San Juan for a women’s weekend. Our rental was clean and comfortable. There was a seating area next to the bay with a daily visit from a heron, several ducks and flocks of geese. Everyone we encountered on the island was friendly and helpful. The weather was perfect and the island is beautiful. We would definitely return!

My children are world travelers and when we stayed last year several months later I heard them saying our trip to Friday Harbor was the best vacation they ever had. This was mostly because of this house and it’s amazing location. So many cool things to do and see literally right out the back door.

Another wonderful family vacation in Nigel's San Juan Island house! The waterfront wildlife did not disappoint (again) with eagles, ospreys and a seal making a close up appearance!

The location is perfect. From the back porch we saw eagles, seals, and otters.
If you are a runner, you can loop out from the house, around the point, for a beautiful 5 mile run.
The house is basic but very clean and well stocked. We ran out of dishwasher pods and Nigel dropped them off almost immediately upon receiving our text.
My husband absolutely loved Vangoughs pizza, if you are looking for an easy dinner.
We had a great time and we're sad to go!

We’ve stayed at this house multiple times and always enjoy the wonderful location - very quiet and peaceful! It has plenty of room for two people and two small dogs. Checking in and out was very easy!

This property was perfect for our visit. It is right on the water and was very easy to find. The house itself was very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. This is a very peaceful place. We would definitely recommend this house and location to others. Thank you for a great weekend!

We came to stay with 4 people (all adults) and had a great time. Walking to downtown Friday Harbor is definitely possible, it's an easy walk, a little less than 1 mile.
Nige is a great host, very communicative and helpful.

This house was the perfect place in a perfect location (just a 3 minute drive to Friday Harbor). The house was clean and exactly as described.
The view of the water was great, although we weren't there when the tide was low so couldn't walk out onto the island.

Very nice spot on the beach. Clean and easily slept all 5 of us. Just about a mile walk into downtown or easy drive. Special spot for sure, highly recommend.

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE!!!! Nige was awesome to work with - very communicative - the house was clean and fully stocked. Everything we could ask for. We loved being on the water and seeing the geese come in each night. We loved being walking distance to town. There was plenty of room for two couples and one toddler. We used extra linens yo make a toddler bed in the walk-in closet and the wee one was set. The beds were comfortable. The couches were a little stiff, but this is clearly a well managed rental vs. a family home, and we were rarely in the den for long (too much to do on the island!!!). We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to others!!!!

We had an incredible time staying here in September. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable! The location is perfect - very close to town and right on the water. We enjoyed having our morning coffee down by the water and ending the day there with a nice glass of wine. Really neat to see the tide come in and out and so peaceful! We can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay at Cannery Row, the house is so unique and access to the lagoon and spit made the visit superb!
Nigel and his assistant were top shelf communicators and while we had no issues, I felt confident from check in to check out that any problems would be handled!
We hope to stay here again someday.

The house is excellent - plenty of space for two people and two small dogs, all the rooms had awesome views of the lagoon with lots of natural light, and tons of cute birds chirping just outside the windows! We really loved the peaceful surroundings.
We didn't cook or use the kitchen much but it was clean, well-stocked with plates/bowls for our takeout meals, and very spacious for us.

Amazing stay close to town!!
My husband and I just returned from a week's vacation on SJI. This is the 5th VRBO that we have rented on the island over the years and there were many things that we appreciated about Nige's place. First, he was extremely responsive to any issues that came up (we temporarily lost the front door key and he had his house cleaner bring us over a spare and the night that all the islands lost power he messaged immediately with useful info.). We also really enjoyed that the space did not feel like we were staying in someone's lived in house. There was plenty of space to store things in the kitchen and bedrooms. We also loved the ever changing view our the windows. So cool to see the changes with the tides each day. Finally, he graciously allowed us to bring our 3 pets with us which was amazing. All five of us had a fabulous time!!!
