La ubicación es perfecta a unos pasos de la plazuela Machado y el teatro Angela Peralta

La chapa de la puerta de entrada al departamento no funcionaba al 100 % y tenía que estarme cerciorando de haberla cerrado correctamente

i didn’t mind, but our room had low pressure in the toilet and there were some hair on the floor and roaches (typical from downtown locations)

I liked how central the location was and how easy it was to access. The instructions were easy to follow and the hosts were lovely.

We did have to ask for more towels.

The place have a really good location, directly in the heart of the city. Everything was close only the golden zone is a little bit more far but you have everything there, so, I don't think that is important. The apartment was cozy and nice. The personal who attended was really nice and clear with the instructions for getting the keys.

The bed was ok but no comfortable enough after a long day outside walking around or climb the lighthouse. Since the beginning I perceived the room a little bit wet, I thought was because the city have a really big porcentaje of humidity but no, after the first week was clear. The shower (the temperature in the water) and the toilet (the bottoms) was a little bit difficult to manage but we did after some days.

The host is very nice and help me with everything.

Central to great restaurants, easy walkabout. Accommodating host, great maid service (on request), and secure building.

HOWEVER, a full-volume, 2nd floor, windows-open, hip-hop dance studio across the street runs week nights from 6-9pm. IT. IS. LOUD. Unnecessarily so. Also, pulmonias and others rolling down the narrow one-way street out front, blasting speakers. It is SLP Hotel San Francisco bad, although it slows up between 9-10pm, unlike the former, which rolls past midnight. Headphones are a must between these hours.

No breakfast with the suite but cooking facility was ok. Needed a pot though. Close to all sorts of eating places and close to market.

The apartments are centrally located in Centro Historico of Mazatlan close to the Plaza Machado. It really has everything you need for your stay in Mazatlan. Great restaurants in walking distance. Great value compared to similar places in the area. We would stay here again.

The water in the shower was difficult to get the temperature right. The pool wasn't heated so we didn't use it maybe during the summer when it's hotter we would have. The pillows could have been better.

best place to stay in Mazatlan. This little apartment has everything you need and the terrace is perfect to relax in the evening. Just a minute walk to the plaza machado, 5 minutes from the beach. Definitely will stay here again when I’ll come back to mazatlan.

The owner was kind enough to allow me to check in early, I was very grateful for this as I'd had a long bus journey to get there and needed to rest. The location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, although quite small. (Good for 2 small adults but ideal for 1). Decor was interesting, it felt cozy. The woman who was in charge of maintaining the units was absolutely lovely, warm and welcoming and ready to help.

I thought the communication was quite poor. Really slow, except for the day I checked in and one time I had a problem with the internet. Otherwise, I think that can be improved. I didn't like the fact that the only window was at street level and although some measures have been taken to create privacy, if somebody wanted to they could just look straight in your room. That was a bit weird. (We were in room 1). The wall was literally crumbling off. This has been turned into a design feature of the room which was very clever but perhaps this needs some more attention as it's a little unpleasant to have the dirt on the floor (just in one corner). Ipod the everything was nice but i really didn't think it was the battle value . Kind of expensive for what you get. But that's just my humble opinion. It could be because mass event is just more expensive in general compared to where I've traveled to.

Eveything was perfect, location, staff, tidyness.

Everything was perfect! Excellent, not busy location. Quiet cool room with a private terrace.

So hot and humid in the summer. Thankfully, the unit had a very well motivated air conditioner.

The apartment was just right; the size, the AC, the bathroom, mini kitchen, terrace, small pool, washer/dryer unit and linens made my time there very comfortable. I was very satisfied. I was asked near daily if I wanted the cleaning person to do any work in the apartment; collecting trash and sweeping floors were helpful. The location was good, as I could walk to the beach, market or grocery store, or get a Pulmonia or Didi. I felt very safe. I enjoyed the sunsets from the terrace. Overall it was a great find!

The mini-split AC unit had a clog or something... it kept the space cool, but had a small stream of water running down the wall and floor towards the bed. Nothing a towel didn't stop, but should be serviced. There were ants in the kitchen, which is typical for the area, and was controlled as long as I didn't have food sitting out. Having the trash removed daily was helpful.

The facility was very comfortable. The location was ideal. Liked everything about it.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Daily message from the cleaner asking if I needed anything. Nice and quiet at night (except if there are other guests around the pool area, but that wasn't a big problem while I was there).

Chairs are too low for the height of the table. Would like a few more coat hangers. It would be nice to have drinking water, cooking oil and salt in the kitchen.

Aside from being very noisy (30 m from main bus and truck route) the location was convenient to the historic center. I had the suite with terrace, and the terrace was a highlight. It is newly renovated with modern plumbing and electric, although a brand new ceiling fan was already hanging by wires.

The bed, pillows, and linens were the cheapest, lowest quality possible. Extremely uncomfortable. The kitchenware was mismatched old junk, and was incomplete. A few pieces of plastic picnic cups and used takeout containers doesn't count for anything. I bought a drinking glass for myself because there were none. To cook, there was a small, beat up, blackened old pan and a Dutch oven, incase you want to make a gallon of soup. I bought tea, but boiling water was ridiculous. Everything is kept on the counter because there are no drawers or shelves below, only the floor behind the doors. Which leads me to bring up the numerous design flaws. It appears to have been designed only for looks by an amateur who had no appreciation for practicality - no place to hang clothes, no handle on the terrace door so the deadbolt knob was broken from pulling on, and falls off, shower has no door, fridge opens into bedroom area with its back in the kitchen. The keypad entry to the building was squacking "replace batteries" when I arrived. I sent a message to the owner. She never replied at all, and the were not replaced in the seven days I was there. To get in, I never once had to use the code. Just press the big button 2 or 3 times and it opens.

With such good reviews, I was expecting much more. The place needs a lot of maintenance, the walls need painting, the bathroom smells musty, the towels and beddings were super old, they even had holes, the sofa-bed was dirty etc
