Position and beautiful room, nice breakfast at the bar nearby. The street of the hotel was quite.
Room was full of mosquitoes (we killed more than 20), nobody from reception was present during our stay, the staff is in general not available. Room could be clean better, considering the price, and they should remove old blood of killed mosquitoes from the walls.

Not much, except that it was located 1 minute to the sea.
No concept of checkin. There was no one to greet us or welcome us for our stay. There was a SriLankan person who made us wait outside the door and kept asking for our reservation receipt. The internet was also quite disappointing.

The staff in the building were lovely, the air conditioner work effectively and the neighbourhood felt reasonably safe in comparison to other parts of Naples.
It states that breakfast is included however do not be fooled like we were, this only includes either ONE hot drink OR a coffee. For our final night we were big provided with a breakfast voucher for the morning. The mattress we slept on was very uncomfortable as though we were sleeping on a pile of bricks and the sheets did not feel well cleaned.

It was a nice room, even though I booked it just for the bed curtains, which was taken off, since its summer. In photos room looks better:) but the location is great.

Beautiful place near the ocean. We had a great time at Regina Elena and would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Napoli. We like to walk and it is very easy getting to the center by walking along the sea. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and all within walking distance. Breakfast was in a bar near by and it was nice with friendly owners but near by there was also some amazing pastry shops with sfogliatelle Mmmmmm. Loved the floors at this place and the outdoor terasse was a nice place to sit in the evening. We would definitely return some day.

Location as I was alone with my son so area nice and safe and lovely typical Italian streets to explore nearby. Beach also close by to.
Not able to access our room, advised changes to arrival time but was not there and told he would not arrive until later. When asked time of arrival and somewhere to store cases didn't get reply until later. Had booked tickets for football and luckily restaurant nearby came to our rescue. Never saw owner and was not aware you got breakfast from cafe downstairs, would have been nice to be told or info clear somewhere. I would not use kitchen area, coffee machine looks like not cleaned in a bit. Bed slats broke in middle of the night and the bed taped in areas. Bin in bathroom hadn't been emptied. Eaten alive by mosquitos, put air con on this eventually helped.

Loved the location slightly along the waterfront; a nice, more peaceful escape from the wonderful craziness of Napoli. Salvatore was very friendly and went above & beyond to give us tips and support our stay. Loved our clean little room, beautifully decorated.
Bed could be slightly less creaky.

10 minutes walk from subway station.
7 minutes walk from Mappatella Beach.
Free breakfast in the cafe downstairs. The variety is not extensive, just a croissant and a cup of coffee.
There is a communal kitchen. There is a small balcony, which is not big but can hang clothes and can see the sea.
The whole building is equipped with security guards, very safe.
There is a small refrigerator in the room, but it is not cooling

I liked the location and breakfast at the bar near the hotel. The beds were very comfy. Staff was lovely, very kind and helpful.
The bathroom was smaller than expected and not as clean as the rest of the room.

Awesome location, the design of the place is very beautiful and building itself has a charm. Staff was very friendly.
Bathroom wasn’t really clean, I’d advise to pay more attention to that. Even though there was a a kitchen in the bnb it wasn’t well equipped and there were few other organisational flaws. As many mentioned there were dozens of mosquitos and I was also pretty much eaten alive over night, which I think could be easily solved by the management.

The household is very kind. The appartement is located at a beautiful and safe neighborhood recommended by my local friend with a metro station around. The room is bright and spacious. And the breakfast is offered in a café downstairs with nice croissants and cappuccino.

Great location, right near the water. Salvatore was very helpful.
It has a kitchen so you can cook your breakfast if you want something more than a coffee with pastry.
Good wifi.
Very noisy street with motorbikes and cars racing at night. Air Conditioner didn't work.
Bathroom's vent is right in the room so it gets very humid and hot. Also sink and shower were clogged and smelled badly.
Lots of mosquitoes.
