The receptionist/manager Roman was amazing in that he responded to my requests /messages instantly When we need to borrow an umbrella he got out of the property and brought it to us at the bus stop immediately. And he accommodated our breakfast requests!

If I have to think of one thing that we wish could be better is the location. It could’ve been even better if it’ were closer to all the attractions.

Location is great,we went twice by foot to Center,it is about 25 min walk thru a beautiful park and on the street. Parking is free nearby. Breakfast was Great and cooperation with Anna was very pleasant.

There are only italian programs on TV 🙃

Everything is perfect and amazing. My husband and I love the room that we have. It is big enough and it is what you see in the photos. The most amazing part is that, they gave you slippers to use inside the room which for me is amazing and thoughtful. The hosts are very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. Oh btw the room style has this old era and it is really beautiful oh yeah and clean which is very important.

The apartments were well presented, had a lovely terrace and all necessary amenities. My partner and I are vegan and we’re extremely well catered to (breakfast was included, we received a very well stocked hamper each morning). The property is on a quite busy road, but we slept without distribution as the building is well soundproofed. Nothing to complain about - a 20 minute walk from centre of Verona, but this was expected upon booking.

Amazing room - very clean with all the necessary stuff. Very convenient self check-in. Hosts even give you a small leaflet with some recommendations. Also very nice breakfast and a cool terrace

The road is quite busy, so it's only quiet of the windows are closed (but they work really well against the noise)

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room!

The apartments and the building overall are exceptionally clean and tidy. You might not find that in 5 star hotels. You feel like at home. The location is also great - just a few steps from the city center. Roman and Anna are extremely hospitable and friendly hosts. When we were chatting over a coffee with Roman and just randomly told him that we could not find in nearby cafes mozzarella sandwiches for breakfast, he went upstairs and after a few minutes came back with super delicious mozzarella sandwiches - his wife Anna made them for us. We could not be more pleasantly surprised by such hospitality! I highly recommend staying at their place! Will for sure come back if we are again in Verona.

Great support at check-in. In fact Roman was a great host and really helpful, throughout our stay. Lovely old building just at the edge of the older part of town. Easily walkable to the centre and plenty of buses to get you there too; or those scooters. Our room was really comfortable with a great bed and ample ensuite. Excellent, new, aircon too. Fresh, varied enough breakfast, brought every day, by Roman, to the shared kitchen - which was also brilliant, as there was a fine fridge and coffee-maker. Really pleasant terrace too. We had a great stay - Thanks.

The room was really well insulated, with triple-glazed windows, that muffled nearly all of the traffic on the busy road outside. There is an ambulance station about 500 metres away however, and Italian ambulances ain't quiet, (obviously!) but that was really all the noise you could hear. Myabe give the grouting on the tiles in the shower a bit of a scrub?!

Breakfast was awesome. Room was clean and huge. There was absolutelly cute terrace for breakfast and shared kitchen with fridge.

Our host, Roman, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. Just across the hall is a communal kitchen (for snacks, not cooking). That turned out great. Help yourself to coffee at any time. Let your friends sleep in while you have coffee on the terrace. You also have a shelf in the fridge to for yourself. Each morning a basket with juice, fruit, yogurt, savory and sweet pastries with our room number on it greeted us in the kitchen, which we then took out to the terrace. The street we are on is nothing special, but just a couple blocks away is a lovey neighborhood piazza full of bars and cafes. Not far from the hotel on the busy avenue is a place called Ristorante Pizza Rio that was exceptionally good and quite a good deal. Best pizza on our trip yet. Other dishes served as well. it was good for a first lunch before heading into the center of town. It’s a delightful walk from the hotel into the center of town. For dinner, I highly recommend making a reservation at Osteria al Duca. Not touristy (yet in the middle of it all), fresh pasta and other dishes. Half the price and twice the quality of elsewhere. it has been in the family for generations. Wonderful vibe and ambiance.

The terrace is above a busy street. Just a little noisy but you quickly don’t notice it. And the terrace is large so you don’t even see the street.

The daily breakfast was far superior to a daily menu of dried croissants and wurst. Each morning was different with a different sweet pastry and a savory item. Milk, juice, coffee. All excellent! The owner, Roman, was extremely helpful and polite. I enjoyed my stay!

For us the location was very good. As our main focus were de attraction parks (Gardaland and Movieland), the bus stop was in front of the building. Also, going to Verona city center by foot it takes 15-20 through the old center. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, every morning Roman prepared a basket for each of the guests with pastry, juices, sweets, fruits, milk, yogurt etc. Having breakfast outside on their terrace was also very nice.

Everything was great - very good bedding, breakfast option was excellent and provided food quality was also good., accessibility from the city was great and all the main sights are very near this place. Cleanliness was superb, very good experience.

Accommodation was wonderful, amazing and varied breakfast on the terrace, clean room, very nice host Roman, close to the center, I can recommend to everyone.
