Le New Orleans Jazz Quarters est un magnifique hôtel de caractère situé à un demi pâté de maisons du quartier français. Il est situé dans la célèbre région de Treme, juste à côté du nouveau parc Armstrong, et à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de l'infâme Bourbon Street! Il est également à seulement un demi pâté de maisons de la ligne de tramway qui peut vous emmener à de nombreux endroits dans la ville.
Le Jazz Quarters propose de magnifiques suites avec des draps de luxe, des meubles anciens et des œuvres d'art locales. Parce que nous sommes tous au sujet de la musique, chaque suite porte le nom d'un musicien de jazz rendu célèbre à la Nouvelle-Orléans. Il y a un bain à remous disponible dans la belle cour du jardin et une belle balançoire si vous avez besoin de calme et de tranquillité loin de la ville. Nous avons également un parking fermé si vous arrivez à apporter un véhicule avec vous.

Booked this stay for 9 of us going to new Orleans for a bachelor party. This place was perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone. Plenty of space in the house. and the outdoor patio area was unmatched. It was an easy 5 minute walk to Bourbon street and the gated entrance made everyone feel safe. With not many affordable options near the french quarter for a large group, I would highly recommend this space to anyone with a large group going to new orleans.

I rented this VRBO as a group of 7 for a relatively low key bachelorette celebration. The house was a great location for a group of ladies. We had plenty of space inside to hang out in the front room and the house is at the back of the property so it felt pretty private, despite there being many other groups also staying in the other houses. We had our own courtyard and being also behind the locked gate made it all feel very safe. It is also close enough to walk to bourbon street without feeling *too* close, which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this VRBO.
My feedback for the host: one of the 2 dishwashers doesn't work, which was confusing, there was no checkout process so we weren't sure if we needed to do additional cleaning, and one of the doors at the front of the home was unlocked and we couldn't lock it.
But overall, it was a great location!

The location was great and we could walk everywhere! Everything was clean and nice! Highly recommend and host is very nice and welcoming! Perfect stay for our two night Mardi Gras Bachelorette! The bride to be was very happy with the place and said it could not have been a better option.

Great location, would book again!
This property is in a solid location very walkable to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was easy to get to and had a great courtyard vibe. Inside was good with plenty of towels, sheets, etc. No complaints; it is well represented on the website. Would recommend staying here with a small to medium sized group (4-6 people). The host was also flexible and helpful.

Perfect spot for girls trip
We loved this sweet little cottage! We were able to walk to the French quarter but have a quiet retreat when we wanted. The garden area was awesome for enjoying coffee, card games or cocktails. It was pretty close quarters for 6 of us but we knew that going in and enjoyed the togetherness. We will definitely consider returning for future trips.

Overall a good place
The size and location were good for our needs, an 8-person bachelorette party. Relatively safe location, and no issues in the cottage itself. Upon arriving the towels were still in the dryer so we had to fold our own towels, but that wasn't too bad. We were only provided with 4 rolls of toilet paper and ran out by the second morning. That is the only reason I am giving 3 stars.
