Lavallette Center:Charming MidCentury Cottage, Ideal for Couples or Small Family
Chalet arrière sur une propriété située à mi-chemin entre la plage de l'océan et la plage de la baie (qui comprend une aire de jeux pour enfants et un quai de pêche). Promenade facile aux restaurants et magasins. Deux chambres - une avec lit queen, une avec lits jumeaux - plus un canapé-lit pliant dans le salon. Salon-salle à manger-cuisine combinés, plus véranda fermée avec table à manger. Salle de bain complète intérieure et douche extérieure fermée. Lave-vaisselle. Central Air. Le chalet a été restauré après l'ouragan Sandy pour reproduire son aspect d'origine du milieu du siècle. Stationnement dans la rue mais il y aura un accès à l'allée pour le chargement et le déchargement.

It has become increasingly difficult to find nice rental properties for just a couple to enjoy Lavallette during the summer. This fills the bill perfectly with two bedrooms with a queen size and two twin size beds. Much of the unit has been updated from Hurricane Sandy and has new central air conditioning. The owner was very thoughtful, lets us know we could move in early upon arrival and walked us through how to hook-up with the wi-fi. We’ll definitely return in the future!

We had a great week down at this cozy beach house in Lavalette. The location is great for spending time at the beach as well as shops and restaurants.

I stayed at Michael's property with my 2 kids and it was the perfect beach vacation! The bungalow was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy the comforts of home and the local beaches. We were located on a quiet residential street and were a short walk to the beach and some local restaurants. I especially liked having a clothes line outside for drying out our beach towels each day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a short and sweet stay here (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 5 and 7). The beach is within walking distance. The house has chairs, sand pails, etc. The outdoor shower has hot water and the water gets hot immediately. The piers, restaurants, and playgrounds are all a short distance and very nice. We would totally come back. But, next time we would bring spare towels and more clothes in order to avoid having to go to a laundromat.

Two and a half blocks to the beach, this small 2 bedroom was just great for us. We walked the boardwalk, got breakfast a block away and saw the sun set over the bay. There were a couple of comfy chairs outside with a table for our Scrabble board, so we were happy.

Lavallette is a family town, with plenty of shops and great places to eat. The beaches are beautiful and clean. This bungalow is a block in from the bay and 3 blocks from the beach. There is a park at bayside, with a beautiful view of sunset. This is a "back house" so you need to park on the street. Since I was there off season, parking wasn't an issue. The bungalow itself it cute, ground level, tile floor, 2 BD, open LR to KT floor plan. Kitchen & bath were newer and in great shape. Comfortable couch, TV with cable & internet services available. I would have appreciated a new outdoor light for when coming home after dark. I enjoyed my stay at this bungalow.

Everything you would need for the Jersey Shore experience! Outdoor shower, house returned to its original 1950s charm, close to everything! Mattress was firm if you like that kind of thing. We loved staying here and will return next time we travel to NJ!

Very cute and nicely renovated cottage. Mix of new and vintage and more spacious/ better than the pics. The owner addressed any issues kindly and promptly. It was a perfect size for a family of 3. I would personally stay again since I slept well. My husband found the bed too firm.

Perfectly located as a home base

Quaint Stay, Great Host
This place was so cute and Michael was an excellent host. He even let us know the cleaners were done early and that we were free to check in! The kitchen was stocked well and I would say the only thing missing was a sheet pan for the oven! We will 100% be staying here in the future!

Great Stay!
Great location, walked to the beach for the day, and then the bay for sunset. Close to the shops in Lavallette, short drive to seaside or point pleasant. Property was clean, and well maintained. The manager checked in to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend.

Basically lived up to what we expected. Problem with front outside light not being operational, had to supply our own portable lighting extremely dark and dangerous walking in from street. Bathroom shower curtain liner and bath mat were both disgusting. Overall we improvised and enjoyed our stay.

A small cottage located within walking distance of the bay, ocean beach, stores and restaurants. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and found this place net our vacation needs quite well.

Cute bungalow
The house is perfect for a small family and a short walk to the bay or the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, especially considering we were there during the week of the 4th. Amenities were adequate- wish there was a small washer/ dryer unit on the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
