E un hotel minunat. E la fel ca în descriere, poate ceva peste. Sauna face toți banii. Acel candelabru este uimitor!

מלון מדהים, חדר/סוויטה גדולים ומרווחים, נקי מאוד, צוות מקצועי ואדיב במיוחד. ארוחת בוקר מטורפת. השהייה במלון מפנקת מאוד. מומלץ ביותר!!

Suter Palace is a quirky hotel located about a 20-25 minute walk/€15 taxi ride from the Old Town through the suburbs, which appear to be safe. It has parking, but this is very limited - however they offer valet parking and they seem to find a spot amongst the chaos! First impressions are excellent - large reception, very attentive check-in staff - and our room on the ground floor (101) was great: large, well equipped and with a big terrace overlooking the Palace of the Parliament, complete with comfortable chairs and a table. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning discrete and effective. The bathroom was similarly well-equipped although would benefit from a little updating (the shower doors did not prevent a lot of water leaking). Breakfast was excellent - a very well-stocked buffet with high-quality hot and cold food, sitting under large sunshades in the sheltered garden. Bliss!

Two issues which brought the overall rating down: firstly when our room was made up they did not fully make the beds which seemed odd. Secondly, the constant schmaltzy music playing in all the public spaces - think recent top 40 hits, sung by crooners in a quasi-jazz style. It was everywhere - breakfast, reception, bar - from morning to night and was really unnecessary. We could even hear it in our room if the outside door was open. There was a wedding on our first day and I understand why there is some music noise from the event, but the general 'background' (if only) soundtrack is neither needed or appreciated by us, nor is in keeping with the style and ambiance of the hotel. Turn this off and you get a 5* rating!

A real 5* where everybody is very helpfull and makes you feel great. Is amazing and a very relaxing atmosfere in every part of the hotel and the restaurant is so great with amazing dishes. A real history building with a modern twist. I will definetly be back.

Great place, we really enjoyed our stay. An unique place with very friendly staff.
