We had an excellent stay. We loved riding bikes to the beach, playing in the pool, and being close to so many different activities. Even though they were still recovering from the hurricane, the house was still wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great place close to beach and everything we wanted to see in the area. House was beautifully furnished. Backyard was highlight with lots of privacy and beautiful pool and spa. Glad we chose this home, actually extended our stay here too. Highly recommended!

The location of this home is wonderful. The property managers are fantastic, very responsive and easy to reach. The neighbors are lovely. The home itself needs some attention and repairs. The home shows wear and tear.

We traveled to Naples for a beach trip. Michael was a wonderful host with timely communication. The location of the house is perfect with everything in close proximity & the beach is only a 3 min drive away.
The home itself is really beautiful and so comfy! It’s decorated very nicely as well. The pool was clean & kept at a good, warm temp. We had a great time & will return.

The house was clean and very spacious. Nice neighborhood, just minutes away from great restaurants and the best part is just 3 min drive to the beach, we really enjoy it and definitely we will come back. Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the wonderful Naples retreat just a short distance from the beaches. Idyllic setting, super well appointed and private backyard that is just amazing. The home was so private and beautiful, the rooms were all so comfortable, the pool and hot tub were amazing.
Home has bocce ball, foosball and plenty of bikes which we used. Don't miss walking or cycling the pleasant neighborhood in the morning or evening! The hosts really have catered to every detail. We will be back!

The property needs a deep cleaning. Also, there were some maintenance issues, including the fact that there were multiple lightbulbs that did not work. We had to go out to Walmart to purchase lightbulbs. We also had to purchase a blanket at Walmart, as one of the blankets was unclean.
I honestly do not want to be too critical. It is a beautiful location and a very adequate house, and we enjoyed our stay. But I would be remiss if i I did not mention some of these important deficiencies.

Management was very responsive. The house had all the amenities to stay there and chill in the pool & to bike to the beach for play. Restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away. Great quiet neighborhood which was very safe. Kids loved the freedom of bike riding around the neighborhood.

We had a great week in Naples at this home. First, everything was clean when we arrived…. cleaner than most rentals we have had in the past. It was also refreshing to have everything working. The pool, hot tub, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer all worked great. Communication with the owner was simple and she responded promptly when we asked a couple of questions. The location is ideal and I would describe the neighborhood as safe, quiet, and in a great location. The beach chairs, patio table, bikes, and pool toys were all higher-end in terms of quality. We highly recommend this property!

Highly recommend staying at this wonderfully located home. The place was clean, had plenty of amenities and the host was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable. Neighbourhood is quiet and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were great - lots of fun. We also enjoyed eating outside on the pool deck. The house was very up-to-date and clean. Both the AC and heat worked well.

This is a great home, very close to the beaches and Mercato shops. The pool and Jacuzzi are great, the back yard is beautiful and well equipped. The rooms are comfortable, this home has everything needed for a family stay. Laundry and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. Beach chairs, carts, bikes. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Excellent location! Second time staying here and had a great time. Pool is nice and warm, hot tub gets nice and hot, beaches short walk or drive away, fenced backyard with all day sun by pool. There is an umbrella to use for some shade if it’s not too windy. Plenty of beds, pillows and towels. Host responded quickly to any questions. Bikes, chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys, wagons, cooler, etc all available to take to beaches. Kitchen was equipped with utensils, cookware, baking sheets, dishes, glasses and silverware. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and going to scoops for ice cream is a must (about a 9 min drive)! Would stay here again for sure!

Simply perfect
You will find everything you need to have a great vacation. The house was very clean. Everything was working perfectly. It is literally 5 minutes from super markets, pharmacy and much more. 14 minutes from bonita spring and about 15 min from fifth avenue. Great location! Very close to the beach. We will stay again

Quaint place. Kitchen fully stocked if you want to cook, pool was great as an alternative to the beach. Family enjoyed playing games (we brought our own), sun bathing, swimming and reading. Place was clean, plenty of towels and such. Very quaint.

It was fixed the next day after the call by a pool guy who said it had been broken a while. The rear yard lights were all broken or malfunctioning so it did not look like the pictures.

I knew about that and said no thanks last minute. But then we arrive at the house with the road gone, fine, but the next door neighbor is also having his roof done for a week prior we would have appreciated knowing there would be men looking into the back tard with my daughters all day.
The road construction has been going on for weeks and I could have booked anywhere else IN N Apple Park is the management company has done their job
The roofers had been there all week prior and a simple drive by the property by management would have discovered this

Beautiful home close to everything, amazing hosts
Michael & Rikke are absolutely amazing hosts & go above & beyond to make sure you have the best vacation. Their home is not only beautiful & immaculate , it has everything you could possibly need. You feel right at home the minute you step into it. Its conveniently located to everything and very close to the beaches! They were immediately available with any questions or concerns we had and also gave us great suggestions on dining, shopping & beaches. Pool & hot tub in the private, landscaped backyard were a big hit along with the bikes which were a plus. We would highly recommend this home & we hope to revisit in the future.
