Lido Breeze - 1/2 Block From Beach - Private Pool
Bienvenue au Lido Breeze dans la magnifique ville de Sarasota en Floride. Cette propriété de vacances dispose de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains et demi. 8 couchages confortablement avec un lit king size, deux lits queen size et deux lits jumeaux. Il y a la télévision par câble disponible dans chaque chambre, ainsi que dans la salle familiale et sur la véranda couverte. Une connexion Internet sans fil avec une connexion par fibre optique est fournie.
Avec une piscine privée, la véranda couverte est de plus de 400 pieds carrés avec un vrai bar tiki, une machine à glaçons, un réfrigérateur et un évier.
La maison est à un demi pâté de maisons de la plage et à six pâtés de maisons de St. Armand's Circle avec une trentaine de restaurants.
Un dépôt de 450 $ est requis à l'avance pour sécuriser la maison et remboursé dans les dix jours ouvrables après le départ à condition qu'il n'y ait aucun dommage. Cela peut être envoyé par la poste ou par virement bancaire.

Spotless, well equipped kitchen, large bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the patio, eating, reading, using the pool, taking a nap, many times me lying on a chaise lounge looking up at a palm tree. Wonderful setting !!

We really enjoyed our stay in Lido Key. Check in was a breeze and JoAnne was available to answer any questions that came up. The property was problem free and we had a great time.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. One block to the beach and about 1/2 mile from St Armand’s Circle. Or stay right at the home and enjoy the heated pool! Everything you need for beach/play is provided for your use! My family and I had an incredible week in Lido Key!

Lido Key is a special place and this home is a great place to stay. The outside back patio is top notch. The hosts have really optimized the indoor space. It’s clean and organized with everything labeled. Really made the stay effortless and they had great

This place checks all the boxes. The house has everything you need - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, ice machine, fully stocked kitchen, but the pool and lanai take the cake. My whole family just loved it. The beach and St. Armand’s Circle are both very short walks. We will definitely be back!

We loved the pool and outside area, but the bugs were a problem. Great location to the beach and St. Armands. We would definitely stay again. The construction next door was a disturbance, but that won’t be forever. The big three level unit going in takes away the privacy in the pool area. That’s a shame since it’s a beautiful pool. House was furnished with everything we needed.

Excellent location central to Lido Key. Walkable to St Armand’s circle and to the beach. Great backyard pool and covered tiki bar! Great spot for our family, plenty of space and gathering areas. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious property close to Lido Beach and St. Armand’s circle. In town for a family wedding, the house was perfect for the five of us (all adults). Inside, the house was clean and comfortably furnished. Construction noise and sawdust from the house next door was the only downside, leaving the patio of the lovely outdoor pool and bar area with sawdust on our arrival, but that only affected us for part of the stay. And once swept up, we enjoyed the lovely covered patio and the pool. We would love to stay here again!

We had great weather so the covered outdoor living space was where we spent the majority of our time, very nice. Four bedrooms made it nice for us to have family and friends to stay with us and the outdoor space served very nicely as a great gathering place. Only minor disappointment was no outdoor grilling, other than that a very nice place. Thanks Bill.

We just spent 2 weeks at Lido Breeze. It was much better than we had even expected. Check in was right on time and vey easy. The house was very clean and spacious. All of that was great but, the tiki bar pool area was unbelievable. Your own private pool, large table and chairs, bar with chairs, fridge, was beyond our expectations. We spent every evening there.
Lido Beach is a short walk away and has a pool and pavilion with food and drinks available. Plenty of restaurants and shopping less than a mile away.
To say I highly recommend Lido Breeze would be an understatement. It is fantastic!

Good area, close to beach & St. Armand’s. Outside pool area very nice. We were outside most of the time, but for those times when we wanted to get out of the heat, the inside was pretty small for 8 adults.

Great property for a family getaway
We enjoyed the stay @ Lido Breeze. The back yard was our favorite part with the pool and garden like atmosphere. The Lanai was perfect for family dinners and morning coffee. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and laid out well. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Armand's Circle and Lido Beach. Communication was great and we enjoyed the personal touch of receiving the keys and getting a quick tour of the property. We would stay here again.

The property was exactly as listed. Very well stocked. Very clean. The covered outdoor space with table, tv, and tiki bar was a huge hit - a lovely place to sit and watch the kiddos enjoy the pool. Communication with the owner was fantastic and thorough. We would definitely return

Wonderful little piece of paradise. Easy short walk to beach. Pool area is fantastic, includes an outdoor TV! Love the accessibility of hooks in every room! Will continue to stay at this property when available!

Outstanding Property
We stayed as two families with children. The house was perfectly located close to the beach and walking distance to the circle. We spent most of our time in the pool area which is the selling point of this house. Pool, bar, ice machine, TV and surround sound music outside gave this patio a resort feel. We look forward to booking the same trip next year.

Property was great, great location, pool guy don’t did good job in cleaning, house needs be little be more cleaning, lot mosquitos, if I have chance I will rent again, vacation was great thank you all

We had a wonderful stay at this great house in a primo location. The outdoor space is inviting and very functional. The house has all of the amenities you could want. Pool water was a bit chilly even though it was mid-May. Might consider offering an option to heat pool through May instead of April. Only suggestion is to replace bed pillows. All were very flat in all bedrooms. We will likely want to rent this property again.
