The location is just five minutes away from Airport and good restaurants are available in the area. The hotel staff was very good.

The bedsheets provided were not clean and it was like a used one. The cleanliness in the room was not up to the mark. The toilet is also not well cleaned. Moreover the rooms are not maintained well. I am forced to say that booking.com is not providing the real picture of the hotel and how the hotel is rated as a three star hotel only you people can tell me. Also my booking included breakfast but I was struggling to just receive it. All management and coordination with booking.com were the worst.

Nothing much, even for the price.

The staff is a collection of youth, who can barely speak English. I was travelling with a visitor from abroad. There were mosquitos in the corridor. The foreign visitor was given a room in which the AC did not work and the toilet would not flush. Making them understand that was a task. They said they will send someone to fix these. But it was communicated in such a way to us that it did not inspire confidence. We insisted on a change of room, which they did - with reluctance. Breakfast was included. The kitchen was supposed to open after 8:30, but at 8:40, they did not answer, so had to go to the reception. One did not understand English, one did, he connected to the kitchen and showed annoyance with me. The breakfast consisting of fried egg and toast was very poor. Can't see what can go wrong with the fried egg except using old oil. It was better the breakfast was not included. The toilet was functional. The room did not look like what is shown in the picture. Due to the difficulty in communication, the hotel is suitable for Bengali travellers, but not for people from other states or international travellers. It is better to pay extra and get something better near the airport.

Filthy horrible room, nothing like in the pictures. The sheets were dirty and had pubic hair in them. The bathroom was filthy and we didn’t use it. The whole place is quite disgusting.

Nothing was likeable in this property

Room was dingy and stinking badly. Bed sheet was dirty. Wall plaster was popping out due to ? (seepage?). Could not stay in the room for even an hour, I checked out early and stayed in another property nearby.
