It looked okay. There was a swimming pool but we didn’t make use of it. Staff very friendly.

Well, the cleaners need to do a better job of removing feces from the back of the toilet seat. It was disgusting.

I loved how spacious the rooms are. Very clean for the most part. Free wifi, parking, decent breakfast, and close to a WaWa! Love that it's pet friendly also.

The pack-and-play we were given wasn't cleaned well. My husband had to wipe it down himself before putting my 14mnt old down. The mini fridge didn't get cold either; luckily, we had shelf stable milk for the baby.

Close to work dinner at Jimmy’s Famous Seafood. Traveled out of town so great to stay close so we could Uber to and from.

Breakfast was very good. The location was good (easy to get to). I like the convenience of Wawa being very close.

My bed had crumbs in it. I was too tired to complain. I didn't like the sliding door in front of the bathroom and closet. It was very hard to slide. Also, the room was a little small for my liking. I would prefer a little more space with a table and 2 chairs to sit and eat. I was not aware of a $100 hold to be placed on my credit card upon my arrival. I was told it was for incidentals that I may purchase while there. That did not make sense to me since I used my credit card to pay for the room (upon check in). I am a Hilton member and never experienced this policy in the past. Also, I have stayed at other Hampton Inn's which seemed more upscale. I was a little disappointed when I first entered the room.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

There were crumbs in my bed and the sliding door to close the bathroom was hard to slide. I felt the room was smaller than what I prefer. Also, I have never experienced a $100 hold on my credit card to cover things I might want to buy. I didn’t want to buy anything and now I have to wait for them to put the money back on my card.

The girl who checked us in was fantastic. She had just received great news from her HR department about QA results and was elated. Her customer service was fantastic. I wish I would've gotten her name.

The fact that housekeeping was trying to get into our room before check out time - which I'm sure they were just trying to do their job.

The staff acted like family. They were proud to work there. We didn't have rooms together. Trudy mad sure we had connecting rooms. Food was great. We even watched your maitance guy was literally swept the drive way The breakfast ladies were wearing gloves.we were so delighted. The Hampton inn in Reading Pa is awful.

My only suggestion is roll in showers. Also new king size bed They creaked when you move.

The Kitchen staff! She was lively friendly informative personable friendly and would go through the entire dining area making conversations with the hotel guests. What a true gem!

Rooms and pool much smaller than advertised. Our original room the refrigerator didn't work so we had to move to another room.

I was very pleased with my stay there. I liked the fact that they provided a decent breakfast, not just a continental breakfast, but a real, hearty breakfast that actually fills your belly and is satisfying! I also liked that a microwave was in my room, which was very convenient. My room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. The staff was friendly, warm and informative. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay at Hampton Inn and I would definitely stay there again.

The only downside was that the bathroom could use a bit more lighting but it's a minor detail - I still enjoyed my stay.
