Le Loft est un charmant appartement d'une chambre en bord de mer, lumineux et ensoleillé, situé sur l'anse (Glen Cove) avec une vue magnifique sur l'eau, avec accès à l'océan sur place, parking sur place et à deux minutes à pied d'une piscine extérieure chauffée dans notre propriété sœur.
Cette location est située sur Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine, à 3 km au nord du centre-ville de Rockland, à 8 km au sud du centre-ville de Camden et à 1,6 km du Samoset Resort and Country Club Golf Course.

Nous sommes situés à mi-côte du Maine à mi-chemin entre Portland et Bar Harbor. 2 miles au nord de Rockland, 5 miles au sud de Camden et 3. 5 miles du village de Rockport. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux de compagnie et ne permettons pas les animaux de compagnie sur aucune de nos propriétés. The bath and very comfortable bed are a flight
of stairs upstairs. Everything looked new.
Shampoo and body wash are not provided but there is a grocery store nearby. Dishes and utensils must be hand washed. There’s a dish drainer below the sink to help in the process. A luggage rack or two would help.

The Loft is very conveniently located ~ half way between Portland and Bar Harbor just off Highway 1 and over looks Glen Cove. Great location to stay if you want to do day trips to any of the local towns or travel travel to Bar Harbor / Acadia or down to the shops in Freeport. Inside and out it was well maintained and clean as a pin. Excellent communication with Alex and Siobahn and they answered all of our questions and gave us some great suggestions on local sites to see. The view from the deck and the bedroom is amazingl!!! King size bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend and we plan on returning next year!!!

This small apartment is one of three that share a back yard and beach. It has its own private little balcony with grill and two chairs with small table.
The stairs lead to a beautifully decorated loft, overlooking the water and we loved the view. The shower was spacious with a bench, and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the amenities to make meals when needed. There was a small couch to sit in front of the television.
The air condition worked well which was very important to my husband because the days there were hot.
The owners were kind and gave directions to see three light houses, and they checked in to make sure we were okay with toiletries and such. The location was very convenient, near the main road, yet in the back yard it felt isolated.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cute place to anyone looking at it! :)

Alex and Siobhan were great hosts and very communicative. Property was as expected. While updating the house to electronic check in would be slightly easier, Alex was exceptionally helpful and understanding of our late arrival, and check in and check out were simple and easy. Would happily recommend or stay again.

The pictures don't do the loft justice! The bedroom was beautiful and we loved the big windows looking out on the ocean. Everything was clean and tidy, and Alex and Siobhan were both very friendly. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

Stayed at this beautful home with my husband and it was absolutely spectacular. The place was spotless, it was welcoming and the views from the deck are amazing. Both Siobhan and Alex were welcoming and friendly, they provided us with clear check-in/out instructions and directions to local places. We litely were a few steps from the beach, we feel fortunately have been able to find a place like this home. We highly highly recommend this beautiful home.

This property is just as advertised. We found it very clean and quiet. The ocean and beach area were great. A little tweaking of furniture allowed for great views. The only downside is the loveseat is not comfortable. Hosts were responsive. No issues at all. Recommend brining shampoo and body soap and coffee.

A big thank you to Alex and Siobhan for a beautiful place to visit on our vacation to Maine. Was on my "bucket list" for years, and did not disappoint. The Loft turned out to be the perfect place for our eight day stay, with great views and the private beach was perfect for beachcombing. The loft had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy. Short drives for restaurants and sight seeing. We definitely recommend the loft.

Most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Beautiful sunrise views from bedroom on the 2nd floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. It isn't really a place to hang out and look at the ocean since the view at porch level is partially obscured by shrubs, but it is a quick ride into Rockland and Camden.
Remember to bring soap for the shower.

My husband and I just loved this cute rental with an amazing view of the ocean from the first and second levels. Walking along the private beach and looking at all of the interesting rocks was a bonus, as we are both rock lovers. This place is a real gem!

Amazing panoramic views of the bay as soon as you walk in. As you make your way up the stairs you get an even better view; right from your bed. To wake up to this biew and hearing the waves crash was exactly the soul reset we both needed. The property owner's were so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for being such gracious hosts! The loft was immaculately clean, and the mattress one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. The view from the glorious wall of windows and the deck was breathtaking, and both sunset and sunrise were spectacular. Even though there was some road noise, we could still hear the waves, and the hosts did their best to help counteract the road noise by providing a noise machine (which we didn’t have to use) and an a/c unit so we didn’t have to sleep with the windows open. This loft is perfect for crashing in-between outings and eating out (just beware that most restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). Thank you for providing a comfortable home base for all of our Maine exploring!

We stayed at the loft in Glen Cove for 4 nights. Was perfect for me and my husband. Gorgeous view with morning coffee, perfect location in between Rockport and Rockland. Quiet, except for some traffic on hey 1. This did not bother us as loft area is in back of house. Took some relaxing strolls down on the beach. Just an all around great place to stay.

If you want a lovely place to near Rockland and Camden then look no further. This delightful duplex is very well appointed and has everything you need to for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is spacious and has huge windows overlooking Clam Cove. The owners are very attentive and it's noticeable that they've been in the hospitality business for many years for their professionalism, attention to detail and helpfulness. If we're ever back in this area, this will be our port of call. Thanks for everything.

Lovely spot a short drive from Rockland. Had everything we needed, and very friendly and pleasant host. Incredible ocean views from the upper level bedroom, though from the bed itself the view is really of the neighbor’s yard. The reason for four stars instead of five is that there wasn’t a very comfortable spot from which to take in the ocean view. The seating area downstairs is small and not very cozy, and since the deck is tiny, the siding obstructs the view when sitting outside. No big deal since we were mostly out and about, but I had hoped that we would have a nicer place to sit and take in the ocean on the tail ends of the day.

We had a great time exploring the area and this was the perfect home base. Alex brought my wife some decaf pods and he brought us 2 antigravity chairs so that we could enjoy the cove. I had a nice nap in the chair while my wife read and soaked in the nature. Highly recommend this listing for your vacation pleasure.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were wonderful and checked in on us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything . The unit was clean and well stocked with everything. We sat on the beach and deck to soak in the beautiful views , read our books and relax. Easy drive to the restaurants in Camden. We would certainly come back!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Glen Cove loft. It was exactly as advertised and was very clean. Nice size for a couple. The downstairs area with small kitchen and sitting area was fine for us, as we spent most of our time out and about exploring the area. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and large. The views of Glen Cove were spectacular. Location of the loft is ideal if you want to check out nearby midcoast towns or lighthouses as we did. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place to lay your head at night and watch beautiful sunrises in the morning. It has a great shower, too. The downstairs living space is very compact but functional. The back porch is nice for breakfast and watching the water. If you plan to be out visiting the area all day and mainly just sleeping here, it’s a highly suitable space close to Rockland and Camden. It is one part of a divided house, so we were aware of neighbors if they were on the back porch at the same time as us. We couldn’t see them, only hear them. In the house, we didn’t notice them at all. The one thing I missed was a comfortable sitting area for relaxing inside. There is a small couch in what I would describe as a “nook” downstairs and there are two stools upstairs, but nowhere to put your feet up. For a short stay with lots of sightseeing, it still served as a perfect base for us.

This was the 2nd year we stayed up in Rockland and we rent this part of the house along with a bigger part to fit us all. This one bedroom is great for if you need decompressing time or need to get away for a little. The house is central to everything we wanted to do. So we could easily leave during the day and come back at night. The owners were very helpful and responsive when it came to question and checked in on us to see how things were going. 10-10 recommend if you plan on visiting the Rockland/Rockport area.

What a wonderful place to stay!
The loft is cute, clean and peaceful with a amazing view of Glen Cove. The view of sunrise from wall to wall bedroom window upstairs is a special treat. It is also a very convenient spot to all areas along Maine Mid-coast.
Siobhan and Alex are excellent hosts, welcomed us when we checked in and checked to see if everything went well in the middle of our stay. They made themselves available when you need them and kept everything perfect. A true five star and highly recommend.
