Fêtes: Nous sommes heureux d’accepter des fêtes de famille tranquilles et normales dans le cadre de votre séjour. Les amplificateurs et machines à karaoké sont interdits. Bali Breeze Beach House n’est pas disponible en tant que "maison de fête" pour les clients qui souhaitent organiser des soirées bruyantes tard le matin ou tôt le matin dans le cadre de leur séjour. Il est donc vivement conseillé de chercher un lieu de rencontre différent. Aucun événement 'schoolies' accepté.

For summer this is a great property and very much as advertised.
The only problem was we went in winter. The description stated it had heating and cooling but this is only upstairs. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and games room which are all downstairs and/or accessible via going outside, had no heating at all which significantly impacted our ability to use the facilities. I called the owner to ask if there was some portable heating and was told there wasn't. We asked if some could be provided by him or someone he knew close by and was told he was a number of hours away (approximately 6 hours) and there wasn't anybody close by to help. We were also reminded it was 'a summer beach house' but didn't appreciate being told that there were however electric blankets on the beds (given the context). We certainly weren't going to spend our time at the property sitting in bed to try to keep warm. This was a very disappointing outcome to an otherwise really good property which could simply be resolved by providing a few relatively cheap portable heating options. We definitely would not have rented any property in winter if there was not adequate heating.
So in short absolutely would recommend for summer - great property. But for winter, byo snow suits.

Great house
Rob was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day beach holiday in January. The aircon worked very well during a few days of hot weather. The 4 bedrooms we're all spacious and the upstairs open plan living and downstairs games room worked for our large family.

Cancelled
We cancelled our stay in the end. It was too dangerous for our young children with the spiral staircase. We spoke to the owner who said they would refund our money.

Great place to relax and unwind for the weekend, with lovely views. Excellent location, comfortable furniture to laze around on.

Absolutely Lovely
We have to give a lot of credit for Rob (the owner) he was awesome we had an urgent problem at the holiday house and he came without a delay the kids completely loved the table tennis and the pool table the house was very well furnished and clean and the view from above was great from the kitchen you could see the beach and the lake, overall we loved most about the trip was how quick and nice rob was we really felt comfortable knowing that we had someone that was caring and responsive

Top location, great value for money!
This home is in a quality area and close to the beach. We found the home very relaxing with great beach views The balinese gardens were very interesting and a real bonus, something you just don't get with most other holiday homes. We've stayed at a few holiday homes around Victoria, this is definitely one of the best! Our group was travelling from Melbourne to Sydney and found the home to be perfect for our 2 night stopover. The bali house is very close to the beach and a great swimming lake, and is only a short drive to all the shops. Really great value for money and I would highly recommend this home to all travellers. Many thanks to Rob, his communication with us leading up to and during our stay was excellent. Our group is planning the same trip again next year, so will be booking at Bali Breeze again!

Fantastic beach house
Our family had a wonderful time at Bali Breeze. The location is excellent. The home had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the table tennis room! The gardens and surrounds were just beautiful and very relaxing. It only took us about 5-6 minutes to walk down to the beach, which was fantastic. We will be back again!

Nightmare, watch out for your personal property
This is our nightmare, worst property ever. I was so embarrassing to invite our friend from Melbourne to come over.
Firstly, very low maintained garden and overgrown trees, our guest car has scratches on the side because can't drive in and out of this property without hitting them.
The hot water system is terrible, none of our guests can have a proper shower, there is a notice that: "if you have a group of 6 people or more, each person is only allowed to have 3 minute's shower." And it was still even cold when we did so. Come on! we go on holiday, not torture ourselves. There are 4 bed rooms with plenty of beds, of course they must expect large group to stay here. Unless, it is a "Bali style" throughout the house.
Finally, this is the most disturbing issue with the owner of this house. We left our iphone 6s Plus in the living room while it was on charge. We left the house at 11.am as the instruction. At around 1.pm we realised that we left our phone behind and contact the owner straight away by calling, texting and mailing but no response, the communication was so good before. The iphone 6s Plus was turned off as well, the find my iphone app show the phone was last on at the property, and it was on charge so it can't turn off by itself, someone must have turned off the phone and tried to steal it. So, we went back by ourselves( we were 80 kms from the property). The front door was locked and I can see the they were doing some cleaning inside. We contact Rob again but still no response so we decided to report to the local police and drove back to Melbourne. We also sent an email to Rob to say that we noticed the police and MAGICALLY, he called us back straightaway ( there were at least 10 calls was made before and none called back) and said that he found it. Ok, this is good, we asked him to posted for us and we will pay for the postage but he refused and we had to make another U turn (we were in Bairnsdale at that time). When we came back, the phone and charger was left on the bin in front of the front gate and looks like the owner didn't even care.
Rob-the owner said he will charge us the fee when we left the house without notice and some extra charge for cleanliness about $200 because the fact that we reported to the police for the stolen phone.
Well, it was the worst experience we ever had. Also, we had kids with us, so made extra nearly 400 kms back and forth for this issue is totally nightmare when it could be easily resolved by an honest owne

Great beach house.
A great house for 2 combined families. Excellent facilities, walking distance to great beach/lake spot for the kids. Rode our bikes to Lakes Entrance. Beautiful gardens.

A very comfortable and spacious place to stay
We had an enjoyable weekend at this comfortable, spacious and well-situated property. Only a short walk to the beach with beautiful ocean views from the upstairs living area. Being only a few minutes drive from Lakes Entrance we has the convenience of being close to a large town but the peace and quiet of a smaller community. My only warning would be to be aware that the property has stairs which could be an encumbrance to people who can not manage these. The property would not be suitable for people who are reliant on a wheel chair. Families with toddlers be aware that there is no baby gate at the top of the stairs. It would be a boon to young families if the owners were to install a baby gate.

Great Beach House!!
Our family just loved Bali Breeze! Great location, fantastic ocean views, very close to the beach and the property is large & spacious. The home was clean & tidy and had a really functional layout with all the living areas upstairs. Will definitely be back again next year!
