This home is in a great location, with a beautiful lake view and access, and all grocery and shopping nearby. Travis is a lovely host with great communication and attentive to any needs that may arise. The home has comfy beds, kitchen amenities that allow cooking meals easily and good wifi. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely two-bedroom first floor unit with a putting green right outside the door -- my great grands got a big kick out of this, a hot tub (my daughter and housemate) enjoyed the soothing properties after many busy days. And gorgeous landscaping, and a lake that even in the rain was so beautiful. My daughter took the kayak very early every morning, rain or shine -- her first day she discovered the otters who were not well pleased to have her intrude on their lilypad quarters -- great video memory. Cat was utterly on top of everything and always called me to advise if anyone needed access (our hosts turned themselves inside out trying to get the fireplace working for the first time this season) and Travis was so kind and attentive -- he surprised us with the last of the season's dahlias gorgeous! The kitchen was a dream...very well equipped and I SO appreciate the owners allowing guests to leave behind bits and pieces...so nice not to need to purchase mustard and ketchup and salt and pepper, etc. Cat left us a delicious coffee cake upon arrival and provided really excellent coffee for our use throughout our stay. There was a closet chock full of board games and small toys -- the day the great-grands and their parents came for crafting and dinner the kids found the Clue game fun My bed was truly like a an enveloping cocoon and I appreciated very much having two night stand lamps for reading. GREAT location for us near family. We intend to stay again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying here at Silver Lake Escape! Couldn’t of met a better hostess! We enjoyed sitting and taking in the lake views. The paddle boat and boards were great! Wow! The Silver Lake Escape had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away from home. All the amenities listed were provided. We were pleasantly surprised to see the kayak and paddle boards ready to go at the dock as well as wood ready to go in the fire pit. The place was spotless upon arrival and was spacious for two adults and two teenage boys. Hosts are very helpful and pleasant. We would love to visit again!

We loved our week at Silver Lake Escape! The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, immaculately clean. and with every convenience of home. Our family had a wonderful stay. The property was even better than the pictures, garden is beautiful and it had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Lake view and access was perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Kids loved having the putting green, foosball table, games, fire pit, kayak, pedal boat and SUP's. Kitchen and bbq were fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable (including the pull out sofa). The hot tub is amazing. Hosts were great! Quick communication before arrival, clear instructions for the house and amenities and super friendly.

Our Silver Lake escape was an oasis of serenity in the midst of the city. Many amenities, great views, kayaks, paddleboards, and a well stocked and beautifully appointed suite made this a fun and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the use of the dock, paddle boards, and paddleboat. Our grandchildren (ages 7 & 4) loved playing in the clean, clear lake water. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished and was immaculately clean. We'd love to stay again in the future!

So many good things: very spacious living area, easy access to the dock and lake, and what fun water activities (Cati and Travis even got new pool noodles and a float during our stay). We kayaked across the lake and found a young bald eagle in the trees! Small, close-knit neighborhood (be sure to check out Gary's yard next door) with Safeway and Costco close by, and a variety of restaurants too. Quick access to/from freeway if you read their instructions. Cati and Travis were great hosts: they had cold bottled water for us, and special treats waiting for us and kids. They had also set up an air conditioning unit in the dining area as a heat wave was approaching. Kitchen was one of the best equipped we've been at. We really miss the lake views!

Cound't had have a nicer experience at Silver Lake Escape. The owners are very helpful and extrememly nice. Watch out for their dog, he is the sweetest guy ever, you will want to take him home!!!

Oh my goodness my words will never be able to justify just how amazing Silver Lake is. At first I was a little skeptical having the owners on site, but Cati and Travis are absolutely wonderful. They really thought of everything. We loved the house. Everything was cozy with the perfect touches from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, the laundry room was perfect for lake life, the bedrooms and the pullout in the living room were perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding almost every day we were there. The neighbors are amazing. Gary is a phenomenal guy with great stories. And Amos oh Amos he is the sweetest puppy ever!! The location was also perfect. The grocery is close. We became addicted to Legally Buzzed the coffee shop on the corner. We were able to get to Seattle very easily. We were there six nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you both for creating such a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Such a great property, warm and gracious hosts, and tons of fun activities to keep my three teens entertained! We're all hoping we get to go back soon!

If you are looking for a perfect place to stay, look no further, you will find nothing that tops the Silver Lake Escape. Because there is literally nothing that I can think of that could have been done or provided to make our stay more perfect, I'm simply going to list some of the highlights. Cleanliness ~ perfect. Grill ~ worked perfect. Beds ~ incredibly comfortable including pillows and bed linens. Kitchen ~ we didn't do much cooking but the kitchen was very well equipped. Toaster, blender, full-size regular coffee pot (not K-cup style). There was also ground coffee and filters for our use. There was also an assortment of tea bags. Salt, pepper and some miscellaneous seasonings provided. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses, silverware, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage can liners, laundry pods, dishwasher pods. We packed all of our own toiletries and I noticed they also had many items provided. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes as well as lots of beach towels. The location is exceptional. Easy to get around and everything you could need close by. One money saving tip, if you plan to shop at Safeway you can sign-up to be a "member" and take advantage of great savings by simply entering your phone number at the check-out. All furniture was very nice, comfortable, clean and in good condition. The water toys, hot tub and putting green were in perfect condition and we loved having them to enjoy. Travis was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations as well as insight on what would be a nice casino for my folks to enjoy. The landscaping is gorgeous as is the scenery overall. We had a couple random favors/requests and Travis & Cati were quick to assist. Initial I was a little worried about having the hosts on-site... would we have enough privacy but it was utter perfection. We didn't get as much time to visit with Cati, we were able to spend time getting to know Travis though and I can't say enough about how kind he was especially to my parents. He brought out the best in my dad who is nearly 80 and can be a bit cranky at times. 😉 If you do not like dogs, I'm sorry for you. I suspect they would keep Amos out of the area but can't say foe certain because I am in love with Amos and wanted to bring him home with me. The neighbors were lovely as well. Friendly and great conversationalist. We flew in and rented a car so the single parking space was perfect for us. I see I'm out of room. BEST STAY EVER!

Silver Lake Escape is a great unit right on the lake. The unit was just as advertised, well stocked for our stay, and really comfortable. We had a wonderful experience, Cati and Travis (the hosts) are so nice, and Amos the dog is a nice addition. We highly recommend the place and hope to be back in 2022.

We because we found peace and serenity. Just blocks from busy commerce. Silver Lake afforded beautiful views and a nearby park with jogging path around the lake. Lovely home well kept. Great game closet and grandkids loved the foosball. Missed seeing Travis and Amos. Will definitely be back hopefully in nicer weather so that we can use some of the fun outside activities.

The property is in a beautiful location on the shore of the lake. It is built to provide excellent views. The accommodations are lovely. All appointments high end. Heated floor, granite, ice and water in refrig door, every kitchen appliance you can name and the list goes on. It was sparkling clean and the property owners are friendly and responsive. There are various water toys provided and a hot tub. We have stayed in many rental properties and seldom are they this nice!

My wife and I stayed here with our 16 month old daughter for a week while in town for a wedding in Snohomish. The location was quiet and yet still close to the freeway and local attractions. We enjoyed time out in the yard on the putting green, hot tubbing, grilling, paddle boarding, feeding the ducks and the local park/playground with our daughter. It has everything you need to stay in and is central enough to take in all the local scenery from Seattle to the Skagit Valley (within 30 min drive). The owner cut flowers from the garden which our daughter loved as well as mint which we used for some delicious cocktails. Cati and Travis were very friendly and allowed us to check in early after a long day of traveling from Texas with a fussy kiddo. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the clear mornings and choppy water on the rainy/gray PNW days. The gas fireplace was a great touch for those wet days as well. This place is everything you see in the photos and you won't finder better hosts!

This place is wonderful. It's fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and everything you need to play in the Lake. The owners are wonderful and very helpful with anything you need, from directions, suggestions to stores and events. With two full bathrooms and bedrooms it's perfect for a family or for a girl's week away. The view from the dining table is amazing, looking out at the lake is just a dream.

Wow, this place was amazing!! The lake right out your door, the owners were so nice and accommodating! Everything you could need for your vacation on the lake is there, towels, paddle boards , canoe, and beautiful water. The house fit the 6 of us perfect and I even slept on the pullout which was very comfortable ( I was shocked). Great location, not to far from Seattle for a visit. I was a little leery when I heard the owners live upstairs, but they were wonderful, like having old friends around when you wanted them to be…and their dog Amos was the highlight for me and my girls. We would ask for him every morning…such a sweetie…we hope to return again next year as you couldn’t find a better place or better hosts anywhere!! Thanks for having us!!

Our stay was beyond words amazing! Everyone who visited kept calling it “the perfect place” and it really was. While I only woke up early enough to see 1 sunrise, it was truly beautiful. We made use of all of the extra amenities (paddle boards, kayak, hot tub, putting green) and enjoyed every moment. The 2 mile walk around the lake was great and our little enjoyed the playground and beach nearby.Travis, Cati and Arlo - we cannot thank you enough for allowing us to enjoy your home!
