Nouveau au programme de location pour 2017! Cette maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains située à Cheney Point à Ashville est parfaite pour une escapade familiale! Situé près de la fin de la rue, vous ne trouverez pas beaucoup de circulation vous permettant de vous détendre en regardant le magnifique lac de Chautauqua. La chambre n ° 1 offre une reine avec salle de bain attenante, la chambre n ° 2 offre 2 jumeaux. Un canapé-lit et un canapé-lit sont également disponibles pour une chambre supplémentaire. Cette maison dispose également d'une station d'amarrage pour un bateau, un pont ou une zone de portique, un foyer, une grille à gaz, une laveuse et un sèche-linge et une climatisation centrale! Le câble et le WiFi sont également fournis. S'il vous plaît, pas d'animaux de compagnie et de ne pas fumer. Assurance voyage disponible sur demande.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the cottage was cozy, exceptionally clean, and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. View of the lake was spectacular and screened porch was perfect.

The cottage is very nice - comfortable, great views of lake, good location. and well stocked. We will probably not return to Chautauqua Lake due to the high algae content in the lake which was disappointing. Again - the cottage itself is great but in the future we will find a lake we can swim in.

We had a phenomenal time staying here over a long weekend. The location is perfection and the property is well-maintained. Our 4 year old daughter keeps asking to go back to the lake house and we've only been home for about an hour :)

We had a phenomenal time staying here over a long weekend. The location is perfection and the property is well-maintained. Our 4 year old daughter keeps asking to go back to the lake house and we've only been home for about an hour :)

The property is exactly as described, very clean, with most of the kitchen necessities you'd need - thought they could use a bigger frying pan for family sized breakfasts! :) The screened in deck was well-furnished and great for meals and board games, and the table inside, which still had a great view of the water, worked great on chillier days, as did the fire pit by the water! A beautiful spot to watch the sunrise!

Great location - very peaceful
We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was incredibly peaceful and the views of the lake were incredible. We had an issue with the oven and the maintenance company was there in 10 minutes. Very good service.

Beautiful Sunrises
Your first impression when walking into your new home away from home is breathtaking. The panorama view is expected, but the photos do not depict the absolute beauty.
We were fortunate enough to have clear weather, which provided for a wonderful star gazing event. This city girl was thrilled.
The house was clean and well appointed. The outdoor and porch space is outstanding. No complaints and fully met our expectations.
This home will be our first choice when considering a lake vacation.

Lovely, quiet lakefront cottage
The home is well furnished and as advertised, with a beautiful porch as it’s main attraction. The lake is quiet and beautiful to contemplate. We enjoyed the fire ring for roasting marshmallows. Plenty of room for four adults and a teenager.
The coffee drinkers in our party would have preferred a regular drip coffee pot to the Keureg provided, which is very slow. A couple of dressers in the bedrooms would be a nice addition so guests wouldn’t have to live out of suitcases on the floor.

The only problem was that we were told we could extend to Sunday. we made plans accordingly. Then on Saturday another agent said no because the cleaning people did not come on Sunday so we had to leave Saturday. It would be nice to have a queen bed instead of a double. Otherwise I we enjoyed it immensely. thanks Jerry

Beautiful location
Beautiful home on Chautauqua Lake. If you're looking for a ranch style home this is the place! Very clean and well appointed with lots of homey touches like throw blankets for chilly mornings on the porch. We'll be back!

We so much enjoyed our weekend at this lovely lake cottage! We loved the wall of windows leading to the screened in porch overlooking the gorgeous lake. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing weekend getaway :)

Very nice and clean. Great location except for being too close to the highway.
We had a great time. Weather was perfect. Some of the screens could be fixed on the porch, but otherwise no other issues. The house was nice and clean. Bedrooms were great but would appreciate a king bed in the master. The location made it very easy for sightseeing. We went to a brewery and had a tour. That was great.
Just a really nice and relaxing vacation.
