The condo was exactly as described and was definitely a ski in ski out location. The pool was heated and right next to the slopes, and the bed was super comfy! Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in snowmass

Very convenient and owner was great!

We stayed 6 days in John's condo in December 2022 and loved it: - Location is great: a true ski in / ski out with the ski storage by the slopes, so you never need to carry your gear - Condo had everything you need for 2-6 people (we were 4), kitchen has all basic pans, skillets, plates, silverwear etc. It was nice NOT to see ruined teflon coated pans and skillets :) Thank you John for that! - Beds were comfortable, temperature was easy to regulate, massage chair was a nice add on. Humidifier was large and worked great (all night). My family likes to spend evenings playing games, so I pay particular attention to a comfortable table - it was perfect for us. - John is super helpful host - exceptional communication, willingness to help, I wish I'd contacted him earlier. We rented skies through Christy Sports but Incline is actually on site of Timberline condos and will give you 20% off. Contact John in advance - he will give you very helpful tips. - Timberline condos will pick you up from the airport and also drive you around Snowmass if you need to go to the supermarket etc. The staff is amazing - friendly, helpful and very nice. - Edge restaurant is on the same building, not crowded and very accomodative. They were able to sit us on a Christmas eve without reservation. The food was good there. Of corse we have to leave a suggestion :) There is no place to hang outer clothes on the first floor. A few hooks above the shoe rack may be useful. It would be convinient to hang ski jackets there. Thank you John for your hospitality

The air-conditioner would not turn on. The first night was very warm in the loft even with the windows open.

Place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The complex it is in has very nice staff and the surrounding village and shopping center is cute. I would absolutely stay again!

My son and I stayed at John’s condo for two nights. Everything was just as listed and pictured. We really enjoyed sitting on the large outdoor balcony enjoying the views and hummingbirds. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall a great stay. Great location in Snowmass. They have a shuttle that will take you down to Snowmass mall, the bus and the rodeo area. This unit is located in building A, which houses the restaurant. From about 8-10pm we could hear the music and talking below us. It wasn’t too bad, they close at 9pm and quiet by 10 but some noise. Beds were comfy! Unit was clean and well stocked with a nice patio. A touch outdated and furniture was a bit worn but comfortable and clean!

We enjoyed the living area - comfortable couch and massage chair, Work desk, nice porch, and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the convenient barbecue area to grill dinners.

The Condo was perfect for our needs with plenty of space to spread out. It was clean and in an awesome location! Balcony and air conditioner was a major bonus, and my husband really enjoyed that massage chair after a nine mile hike in Maroon Bells. What an amazing base for one incredible vacation!! This property was super clean and perfect for us. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and the access to the pool and hot tub. The location even has a shuttle service that was available and the vehicles were top notch. Only con, which wasn't really that bad, would be the steps to the loft bed were very steep. I would not suggest this property to the elderly. If you are young...Enjoy!

I notified owner we would be arriving late and was told a phone number would be posted on our he door and to call when I arrived. Found no phone numbers on the door but found a small piece of paper with multiple numbers in case of emergency to call. My AT & T reception was not great and I had to walk away from the building quite a way to get reception. Called management phone numbers with no answer. Finally found a way inside office when a young woman came down to help someone else trying to Che k in. She was able to give me check in information and we could get in. Feel if arriving late we should have been given the entrance code through email or through VRBO to lessen the aggravation. The unit was great, and found no problem with the accommodations.

In town for a couple days of hiking and shopping an aspen. Absolutely perfect no complaints

The only thing that could have had some instruction was the A/C. It is a remote and at first I didn’t realize I needed to move the remote closer to the unit to get it to work. But I figured it out when I returned that evening and it cooled down fairly quickly! Otherwise it was a really great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to have a front desk although I didn't realize that was how the check in process worked until I got there. I also didn't realize there was a free shuttle with the property, which is another plus. Beds are comfortable, the massage chair was appreciated, and the kitchen although basic, had everything needed. The loft stairs are steep so if you have bad knees maybe a different layout would be best! Pool and hot tub setup was really nice, as was the fitness center. Great service from the front desk. Enjoyed the summer visit-lots to do and places to hike, even if off season. If you are a mountain bike fan you're in the right place.

We had a great stay! The view from the balcony was amazing. Probably one of the best in the area. It was a quick walk down to the Village Mall and the pool/hot tub were really nice. Definitely would stay again and again.

My friends and I all loved staying at this condo. The ski-in, ski-out aspect was amazing (slopes are maybe 50 feet away). Amenities are great, especially the huge TV and massage chair downstairs. Space is much bigger in-person compared to pictures. I would highly recommend this spot and I plan to stay here next time I'm in the Aspen/Snowmass area.

We stayed over a week. Great ski-in, ski-out location. The Timberline staff, drivers, ski rental and restaurant were all top notch. The place was very comfortable and had everything you need for a longer stay. Really enjoyed it!

This property was absolutely perfect for me and my family! We had a party of 4 and this was a perfect amount of space for us and our gear. The location is spectacular - right on the mountain with easy access and also very close to the main strip at Snowmass Village. The owner was incredibly courteous and responsive, which made our stay that much better! I’d highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Owners and condo staff lovely and knowledgeable. Small, but very well-equipped kitchen for Thanksgiving weekend. Extremely comfortable beds. Make sure you turn off the gas fireplace 20 minutes before bedroom or Master will be too toasty! Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kiddos. Well-planned storage. Slope side location made us envious as we didn’t have ski passes (our fault!). Def would stay here again.

We were there during the week so it was pleasantly quieter than the weekend. Comfortable furnishings and the fall colors were amazing. We are seniors so the only thing that was a little tough was climbing the stairs to the loft. I recommend this property!
