Pointe Santo B-47 Stunning Gulf Views and Private Rooftop Sundeck
En tant qu'invité, détendez-vous et profitez de notre magnifique 2 BR, 2 coin salle de bain complète, condo au dernier étage avec des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe de notre véranda filtrée, une terrasse privée sur le toit et 3 grandes fenêtres du sol au plafond dans le LR. Magnifiquement décoré, le MBR offre une vue sur les jardins et le golfe, un lit king-size (nouveau 7/2014), une télévision par câble à écran plat / DVD, un ventilateur de plafond, une salle de bain privée complète avec douche à l'italienne carrelée décorative et des curseurs pour véranda. GBR lumineux et spacieux avec lit queen et lits jumeaux, télévision par câble / DVD, ventilateur de plafond et entrée privée dans une salle de bain complète récemment rénovée. Penthouse B47 propose une cuisine entièrement rénovée (octobre 2012), entièrement équipée avec des appareils de cuisine mis à jour, un nouvel ensemble de table DR, LR avec de nouveaux meubles, une télévision à écran plat / DVD et un mur de fenêtres qui met en valeur la vue sur le golfe et apporte beaucoup de lumière à l'intérieur! Sirotez paisiblement votre café du matin sur notre véranda avec moustiquaire tout en admirant la piscine, les jardins paysagers et le golfe du Mexique. Admirez les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle au crépuscule ou regardez les étoiles la nuit depuis la terrasse privée sur le toit. Vous ne voudrez pas quitter ce coin de paradis! Profitez d'une boisson en soirée tout en regardant des couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur l'océan sur notre terrasse privée sur le toit. Pointe Santo est une propriété en bord de mer méticuleusement entretenue avec une piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi, deux courts de tennis, des barbecues à gaz, une station de lavage de coquillages et un club-house au bord de la piscine qui propose une terrasse et un délicieux programme pour enfants du lundi au vendredi. Chaque invité a un espace de stationnement attribué et l'espace de stationnement du B-47 est juste à côté de l'ascenseur dans le bâtiment B pour un chargement et un déchargement faciles. Il y a des espaces visiteurs supplémentaires pour un véhicule supplémentaire. Accès Wifi depuis notre condo.

Great week with mom!
This is a great location and we loved all the amenities like pool and elevator and close parking! The rooftop was a bonus and we even used the grills which are provided and are gas grills for dinner one night. Took my mom so was very happy with the elevator and close parking. We also appreciate the keyless entry which is super convenient! Would love to come back to this spot again. Thank you Maria for all your help and suggestions!

Communication with owner was awesome. Really liked the rooftop deck. Kitchen well appointed. Had extras such as laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beds were uncomfortable but that just comes with a rental property. Location on the island was great. Grounds were well kept. Pool/clubhouse were very nice.

Perfect!
View is great! Beach is great! Bring your bet bag for shelling. There are tons of beautiful shells! Lots of noseeum bug bites… bring or pick up some bug spray and benedryl for itching… that’s my only complaint. There were 3 of us. 2 got eaten up. One not at all 🤷🏼♀️

Sanibel Serenity
Greatly enjoyed the super roomy condo, location on the beach & island, comfortable furniture, patio lanai & rooftop deck with incredible views! The 4 of us could spread out easily in our own space. Had everything we needed to cook & we felt very safe everywhere. Awesome local restaurants, shopping & activities nearby. Most importantly the laidback vibe of the island & complex was a respite from our normal busy city lives & rejuvenated us!

Wonderful stay!
This condo had everything we needed! The owners were super easy to work and communicate with. You can tell they care for their vacation home. So many times we get to vacation homes and realize not much is provided in the way of kitchen utensils, towels, etc and this condo had it all. We appreciated the dvd players in each room when the kids wanted to relax with a movie before bed. The view was gorgeous. We've stayed in quite a few different condos at Pointe Santo and this one was one of our favorites! We would definitely stay here again! If you've never been to Pointe santo, the complex is incredibly well kept and has lots of activities for the family!

Slice of Heaven calling.... B-47!
First time on Sanibel Island... won’t be our last. And... can’t imagine staying anywhere as perfectly suited, well-appointed, and... the “location, location, location!” Pictures don’t do justice to this upper-corner gem... just rent it, go, relax... ahhh. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the chillaxation for a week of perfect Sanibel weather. So bittersweet to leave (sigh). Pool, lagoon, beach, gentle Gulf waters.... oh my. Condo is very comfortable and you have no need to go anywhere unless you so choose. We’re looking forward to a return visit... or five!

Great home.
The process was quite easy. The home was updated and clean and very accommodating. the only thing I would have changed is the mattress topper on the king bed, it was too much and hard to get in and out of the bed. Just not comfortable. the rest of the home was nice.

Relaxation with a view!
What a beautiful condo, and outstanding location. I actually only went down to the beach 3 or 4 times, because the view from the screened lanai was beautiful, giving a 180 degree view of the gulf and a bonus.....a private roof deck for my night time photography. I actually enjoyed getting up at 4 am to sit on the roof deck with a cup of coffee and watch the stars. Hope to stay there again, someday.

Wonderful Vacation
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies needed for preparing meals, including a Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, and blender (for pina coladas!). The condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The views were amazing and location was excellent. We rented bikes and we were able to bike pretty much anywhere we wanted due to the excellent trail system in Sanibel. The overall complex property was beautiful, well kept, and the beach was awesome. The host (Maria) was excellent and responded to all communication very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING
My wife, our 8 & 11 year olds and I have fallen in Love with Sanibel.
Unit and view were impeccable... King size bed in Master bedroom was particularly comfortable!
Facilities superb.
Owners were SO easy to communicate with... no problems with the stay - just regular communication due to the COVID issues.
Will definitely be returning to Sanibel and the Pointe de Santo resort & would most certainly reccomend B47 if it is available!

Great stay on Sanibel
Spent a week in April at Pointe Santo B47. Condo is very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Rooftop was a little challenging as stairs are a tight spiral staircase so we didn’t use. Location at the end of the building is excellent, no one walking by.

Nice unit, nice views!
We always enjoy our stays at Pointe Santo on Sanibel! This is a nice, clean 2 BR unit with a great corner location. It has great views of both the ocean and pool. Unit has everything you'd need, including a storage closet with beach chairs & umbrella.

Fabulous views! Older property.
We have stayed at Pointe Santo in various homes for several years. Some are more updated than others. The ocean views and beach access are what continue to draw us back to this property. This particular home has fabulous views from inside, the screened porch and the rooftop. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the views are ~ from sunrise to sunset. Some of the furnishings/interior decor is outdated but that is more of a personal preference. The kitchen has everything you need. There were plenty of towels. 2 nice beach chairs. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location!! Great beach and amenities.
The condo met all of our expectations for a beach vacation. Especially nice was the well equipped storage locker that has everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, chairs, cooler, beach toys. Pointe Santo has one of the best beaches along that part of the island. We noticed that at high tide some condos' beach area was very narrow, but there was always plenty of room at Pointe Santo.

Absolutely Fantastic!
We had a wonderful stay during our recent trip to Sanibel in mid August. The condos location on the island is great; close to the main activity on Periwinkle Way, yet far enough away on Casa Ybel Road to feel like private property. The views from both the lanai and roof-top deck are incredible. The condo was beautiful, very clean and appeared exactly as shown in the web-site pictures. The owners were extremely nice and easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't ask for a better experience and look forward to returning soon.

Awesome Holiday Stay
We were guests in unit B47 for the week between Christmas & New Years. The unit was very neat & clean and well appointed. Everything needed was provided; beach chairs, 2 bikes (older single speed but functional,) beach toys, tennis racquets. Roof top deck was a fantastic addition and it will be hard to stay anywhere else that doesn't provide one! Views are exceptional. Unit is very close to the beach and overlooks the beautifully kept landscaping in the Pointe Santo development. The development is centrally located, and just a short bike ride to Baileys, Periwinkle Way & Tarpon Bay for kayaking, SUP, etc. Quiet development and very well maintained. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Awesome condo w/incredible views!!
We have been coming to Sanibel Island/Pointe Santo for 25 years! This unit by far, was the best that we have stayed in. It was truly as advertised. We found the unit to be spotless and the amenities provided, exceptional. Loved all the glass and the ability to see the ocean from the living room. And the roof-top sundeck? INCREDIBLE! Thanks again to our fantastic hosts-Dom & Maria! Can`t come back soon enough!!

Perfect Stay!
Perfect accommodations. Has it all. The beach, bike path access, pool, hot tub, and a fabulous roof deck. We were very pleased as first time visitors to Sanibel that this place offered everything we needed and expected. Location is also fantastic for access to just about everything Sanibel has. Condo is very clean and perfectly situated on island and on the Pointe Santo complex as well. Would certainly return here again. Highly recommended.
