Staff was pleasant and helpful. They upgraded me to a studio with kitchenette

Kitchenette only came with pots & pans so I had to buy dishes, silverware, soap & paper towels They don't allow alcohol on site and there is no restaraunt or bar.

It is a very nice and modern hotel that has super clean, modern and spacious rooms with a/c. Just opposite the hotel is a big shopping mall with several stores and next to it an independent cafeteria/pasteleria and taqueria.

They do not have laundry service and work with a laundry service that is not reliable. The taxi drivers they work with are super desagradable and unfriendly. I would not book there again.

Great housekeeping, large room, large bathroom, near to shopping and some restaurants, next door to Oxxo, small-ish but very nice pool. Nice pool deck area (add more plants). Exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Easy and inexpensive taxi ride to the beach.

Needs a lamp...very low room light in the evenings when you have to close curtains.

The property is new or freshly renovated, everything is new. The size of the room and bathroom is decent. Good location if you have a car - close to the main highway and a huge shopping mall with great supermarket is across the road. Great place to eat local food is a few minutes away. Good value for money.

The road outside is very noisy and windows are not soundproof. The area outside doesn't look very walkable, you need a car to get around. Little fridge would be a huge win.

It was clean, the very basic things to sleep over are there, but don't expect much. There is a parking, not protected though with any fence.

The room is almost an empty box. There are walls, bed, bathroom, some place to put things, a table and a chair, and an air conditioner that doesn't work properly (blows hard straight to the bed and we couldn't get it work on lower regime). Not even a bottle of water that all other hotels in Mexico that we stayed have provided. Soundproofing does not exist - could hear every single word of people talking in the corridor, etc.

Big, clean room. Good connection to the center via colectivo.

Relatively small bathroom (shower is ok but wash basin is in the room not in the bathroom and you have to move to close the door to the bathroom). The most annoying was trucks movement on the street all night long (the hotel is by the main ring around the town center with heavy traffic both at day and night).

Clean and effective, however the price is a bit high considering the facilities. Also you'll be just above the road so if you're a light sleeper request rooms on the other side because the traffic does make a bit of noise ☺️

It was a clean room and very comfortable bed.

The pool is very small, still Ok for a 2-3 stars hotel.

Comfortable room, shopping possibilities are few meters. Parking in front of the hotel is free. It is not a luxury hotel but well worth the money they asking for it! The small pool is also positive!

It was dissappointing. The reviews are definitely misleading.

Everything! It was dirty, broken down and needs everything new! Don't stay here, even $34 was to much! Didnt want to touch anything let alone sleep on the bed! No hot water either. Photos don't even show how gross. Thought we'd get bugs or something
