only host is a nice lady and she try to best ,because she change my apartment which was i booked by booking . com
booking .com must take a notice because in my trip i faced 2 time same problem and me and my family very disturb

The apartment is located next to hospital borgo Roma but with a bus you can easily get to the city center in 10 minutes and the busses also run at night. The apartment is clean and has everything needed to spend a night or a week: towels, kitchen utensils, shower gel and so on. Also the owner and her brother are always available in case of need and very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accomodation either to go to the hospital or visit Verona staying in a quiet nice location.
